Flatbed truck hauling crushed cars overturned. State police say that the 56 year old driver Kevin Russell of Weeks Mills lost control in heavy fog, struck the guardrail, and overturned at 3AM. Both directions were closed as of just a few hours ago. The Maine Police Academy has issued new high profile abuse rules. According to the AP, Maine Police officers must now intervene when they see colleagues using unreasonable force on civilians, and they must also report it to their superiors.

These are according to new standards adopted by the Maine Criminal Justice Academy's board. And a state report from the Maine Fuel Board has concluded that a technician from CN Brown who filled the propane tank at the Leap Building in Farmington last September made a critical error and failed to perform a mandatory safety leak check after he filled that tank. The explosion just a few days later went on to kill one firefighter, captain Michael Bell, and injure several others in that horrific explosion last September. The technician was suspended for fifteen days and was assessed a $1,300 fine. From MainVibe, I'm Ryan Gavin.
