New center is reporting today that Fort Gorgeous, the iconic fort in Casco Bay, is in desperate need of repair. It's literally falling into the ocean.

They just started a new your fort campaign to save the 150 year old landmark. The main supreme court has ruled that the CMP corridor referendum is unconstitutional, and the ballot question will not appear this fall at the polls. Now unlike what you may have seen on social media today, the court did not issue an opinion about whether or not the corridor should be constructed. It simply said that that ballot question did not comply with the Maine constitution and the citizens' constitutional power to legislate in Maine. And finally, today, as more schools decide how to reopen safely, Cape Elizabeth has decided to delay their opening a week over concerns about ventilation in their schools.
