#82 - BRAT饮食法

我们意识到找新闻的时间不多了。要知道，在「一分钟播报新闻」环节里...昨天我胃疼得厉害，真的特别难受。我尝试了BRAT饮食法，就是吃香蕉、米饭、苹果酱和吐司，还喝了点姜汁汽水。结果昨天我喝了大概两升姜汁汽水，吃了六根香蕉，还干掉了一整排（大概6-8小袋）苹果酱。结果感觉比开始节食前还要糟糕得多。

Not very much time we're realizing to find news stories. You know, I I mean, in in the news around one minute podcast news, had a stomachache yesterday, you know, pretty bad one. I went on the BRAT diet, you know, that's when you eat banana, rice, applesauce, and toast, and I also mixed in some ginger ale. So I had you know, yesterday, I had about a two liter of ginger ale, six bananas, and then I had like a sleeve of the I think it's like six or eight of the applesauce packs. And I I felt way worse than I did before I had gone on the diet.

知道吧？所以如果你要尝试BRAT饮食法，切记这不是那种「吃得越多越好」的方法。本来应该减少食量让胃部休息，我们完全超标了。不过至少得找条新闻吧。有什么值得说的吗？

You know? So if you're gonna do the BRAT diet, definitely, it's not a sort of like take as much as you can and you'll feel better approach. It's you're supposed to minimize the portions to give the stomach a rest. We're way over, but let's get at least one news story in here. Do we have anything?

I mean, there's like, you know, Pete Davidson tattoos of Kim Kardashian. Davidson already has a few tattoo tributes to Kardashian including one that says my girl's a lawyer. Yeah. I mean, he just, you know, he's just like writing down things he knows he needs to remember. You know?

我觉得他真该试试便利贴，或者少抽点大麻，这样至少能记住她的职业这种基本信息。还有别的吗？五岁小孩尝糖果年薪七万八美元？真他妈让我想死。

I think he just needs to be introduced to a post it note, you know, or smoke a little less weed, you know, so he can remember some basic facts like her job. What else? Anything else? Kids as young as five could get paid $78,000 a year to taste candy. Fucking kill me.
