今天我们要来看大卫王的诗篇第38篇。

Today we are looking at Psalm 38 by King David.

这是一首向神祈求的诗歌，大卫在其中描述了自己在阳光下极其阴郁的处境。

This is a song of petition to God where David describes his rather gloomy situation in the entire sun.

在结尾处，他说了第21节：主啊，不要离弃我。

And towards the end he says this verse 21, Lord, do not forsake me.

我的神啊，不要远离我。

Do not be far from me, my God.

这就是他的祈求。

That is his petition.

然而，今天让我留意的是第9节，大卫说：主啊，我的一切心愿都在你面前。

However, for today verse nine caught my eye where David says, All my longings lie open before you Lord.

我的叹息也瞒不过你。

My sighing is not hidden from you.

朋友们，大卫说他的处境上帝并非不知。

Friends, David says that his situation is not hidden from God.

换句话说，他没有试图独自解决自己的问题，而是在祷告和行动中向神敞开了自己的处境。

In other words, he did not try to solve his problems by himself but rather opened up his situation to God both in prayer and in actions.

他非常确信上帝知道他的困境，因为他的全然倚靠体现在生命的每一个方面。

He is quite confident that God is aware of his problems because his dependence on God is exposed by every aspect of his life.

问题是，我们如何向神表明我们倚靠祂呢？

The question is, how do we show to God that we depend on him?

我们的行动是否与我们的祷告同等重要？

Does our actions mean the same as our prayers?

今天的短讲提醒我们，要倚靠神，使我们的倚靠显明在我们自己、世界，以及上帝面前。

Today's minute is a reminder to depend on God to the point that our dependencies exposed to us, to the world and yes to God.
