Today we are looking at Psalm 46 by the sons of Korah.

This Psalm is one of the most widely known Psalms and there are many hymns based on the Psalm.

诗篇开篇说：神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。

The Psalm starts by saying, God is our refuge and strength, and ever present help in trouble.

所以，我们必不惧怕。

Therefore, will not fear.

在随后的经文中，多次提到自然灾害和战争。

In the subsequent verses there is a lot of mention about natural disasters and wars.

例如，有诸如山崩落、水浪翻腾、山体摇动、万民喧嚷、列国倾覆、大地融化等描述。

For example, there are phrases like mountains falling, waters roaring and forming, mountains quaking, nations in a proar, kingdoms falling, earth melting.

但在第10节中，经文说：你们要休息，要知道我是神。

But in verse 10, it says, Be still and know that I am God.

朋友们，我们是否觉得已经跌到谷底了？

Friends, do we feel like it has hit rock bottom?

我们是否觉得一切都在我们周围崩塌？

Do we feel like everything is collapsing around us?

我们是否在恐慌？

Are we panicking?

如果我们正是如此，那么神说：你们要休息，要知道我是神。

If that is us, then God says, Be still and know that I am God.

是的，在本该恐慌并四处寻找答案的时候，保持安静是最不合常理的事。

Yes, being still when we are supposed to panic and do search for answers is the most unintuitive thing to do.

但今天这一分钟提醒我们，需要将信靠放在神身上，在我们最混乱的时刻，要凝视祂的宁静。

But hey, today's minute is a reminder that we need to put our trust in God and during our most chaotic moments we need to gaze into his stillness.
