救赎之神 | 女孩们读圣经

The God Who Rescues| Girls Gone Bible

GirlsgoneBible.com/tour 2025年12月6日 加州洛杉矶站 爱你们!迫不及待想见面! Speaker 1

刚带了一堆笔记进来。

Just came in with a bunch of notes.

Speaker 1

你还记得我们刚开始做播客的时候,总是带着18页笔记吗?

Do you remember when we first started the podcast where we used to come in with 18?

Speaker 2

我当时也不知道自己在干嘛。

I didn't know what I was doing.

Speaker 2

我们以前总是

We used to

Speaker 1

带着这么多笔记进来。

come in with so many notes.

Speaker 1

我们本来想

We wanted to

Speaker 0

做我一个好做了。

do I a good did.

Speaker 1

你所以我会。

You So would I.

Speaker 1

我会带着很多笔记进来。

I You would come in with a lot of notes.

Speaker 2

你曾经因为你会不知道做什么。

You at one point didn't know what because you would

Speaker 1

有八张纸,但没有一张

have eight pieces of paper and none of

Speaker 0

它们我都处于

them I were in

Speaker 2

就像彼得坐在船上。

was like, so Peter sat on the boat.

Speaker 2

我只是我

I was just I

Speaker 0

正试图引导你们

was trying to lead you guys

Speaker 2

而我当时快淹死了。

while I was drowning.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

当你看你所做的一切时,我最喜欢的一点是你的笔记从来都不是有序的。

When you look at what you've done My favorite part about it was none of your notes were ever in order.

Speaker 0

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 0

是的。

I yeah.

Speaker 0

我觉得我现在协调得多多了。

I've I feel like I'm a lot more coordinated nowadays.

Speaker 1

当然100%。

A do 100%.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你很有协调性。

You're coordinated.

Speaker 0

你觉得吗?

You think so?

Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

你协调性很好。

You have great coordination.

Speaker 2

我们来扔个棒球吧

Let's throw a baseball in

Speaker 1

给我

for me

Speaker 2

尽管你昨晚说我有阅读障碍。

even though you called me dyslexic last night.

Speaker 1

Well

Speaker 0

你知道阅读障碍是什么吗?

Do you know what dyslexic is?

Speaker 0

就是人们会把单词读反。

It's when people read back words.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

但你

But you

Speaker 0

我不知道那是什么意思。

I didn't know what it meant.

Speaker 0

我只是想说有时候单词会乱掉。

I just meant that sometimes the words get jumbled.

Speaker 0

但你告诉我,你要想象一下,就想象一下这个场景。

But you told me you had imagine just picture this for a second.

Speaker 0

你们突然就找到了耶稣。

You guys just find Jesus.

Speaker 0

你们突然就开始读《圣经》。

You guys just start reading the bible.

Speaker 0

然后,我不知道,三个月后,

Then, I don't know, three months later,

Speaker 2

你得在数千人面前朗读《圣经》。

you have to read the bible in front of thousands of people.

Speaker 2

我每个星期二都在拉屎给我的粉丝们看。

I was pooping my fans every Tuesday.

Speaker 1

你做得非常好,而且你做得如此

And you did such a good job, and you did such a

Speaker 0

很棒,

good like,

Speaker 1

耶布斯人。

Jebusites.

Speaker 1

太初有道,道就是

Well, in the beginning Was the word and the word was

Speaker 2

上帝。

And the God.

Speaker 2

道就是上帝。

The word was God.

Speaker 2

伙计,

Dude,

Speaker 1

最近怎么样?

what's new?

Speaker 1

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以今天我觉得我戴着耳环,感觉有点像夏奇拉。

So I feel I'm wearing hoops today, and I feel a little bit like Shakira.

Speaker 1

我觉得我今天看起来有点拉丁风情,ALO。

I think I'm on, like do I look a little Latin ALO.

Speaker 1

ALO?

ALO?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

就像JLO,但改成ALO。

Like, JLO but ALO.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

嗯, guys 都是 JLO。

That well, guys are JLO.

Speaker 0

我总是 ALO。

Me ALO all the time.

Speaker 1

因为你就是 J Lo。

Well, because you are J Lo.

Speaker 1

你转世成了一个基督徒。

You incarnated as a Christian.

Speaker 1

每个人都会在Instagram上评论Ari的视频。

Everyone would comment on Ari's clips on Instagram.

Speaker 2

为什么?

Why?

Speaker 2

J Lo找到了耶稣。

J Lo for J Lo found Jesus.

Speaker 1

我不知道J Lo是基督徒。

I didn't know J Lo was a Christian.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我不知道这是否像夏奇拉,但 definitely 给人一种街区里的Angie的感觉。

I don't know if it's given Shakira, but it's definitely giving, like, Angie from the block.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

安吉确实在街区里。

Angie's on the block for sure.

Speaker 2

什么?

What?

Speaker 2

我们确实来自街区。

We definitely come from the block.

Speaker 1

肯定是那样的。

Something like that for sure.

Speaker 1

你认识哪两个人,比你和我更爱拿自己的创伤开玩笑吗?

Do you know any two people who laugh about their trauma more than you and I do?

Speaker 0

我不这么认为。

I don't think so.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

你觉得

Do you think

Speaker 0

我们别无选择。

We have it's no choice.

Speaker 0

我们还能做什么,哭吗?

What else are we gonna do, cry?

Speaker 1

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 1

如果你不笑,就会哭。

If you don't laugh, you'll cry.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

我们才不会那样呢。

And we ain't doing that.

Speaker 0

不会。

No.

Speaker 0

我们笑着挺过去。

We wheeze our way through it.

Speaker 0

那种喘息般的笑。

That wheeze laugh.

Speaker 1

喘息?

Wheeze?

Speaker 1

对。

Yes.

Speaker 1

对。

Yes.

Speaker 2

现在低头看看你的笔记,

Look down at your notes right now,

Speaker 0

上面第一件事写着:阿里,我们聊聊今晚吧。

and she the first thing it says, Ari, let's talk about tonight.

Speaker 0

叫错别人的名字。

Getting people's names wrong.

Speaker 0

艾比·加博亚,

Abby Gamboa,

Speaker 2

耶稣躺在枕头上,而不是耶稣在行走。

Jesus sleeps on the pillow versus Jesus walking.

Speaker 2

我想知道为什么。

I wanna why

Speaker 1

你为什么不告诉他们呢?

don't you tell the people?

Speaker 1

因为当时我在做头发,我开始又哭又笑,又哭又笑,想到这件事,而我特别喜欢你这一点,我可不是来找你麻烦的,我发誓。

The class because I was getting my hair done, and I start crying, laughing, crying, laughing, thinking about the fact that, and I love this about you, I'm not coming for you, I swear.

Speaker 1

有时候你根本听不进去。

Like, you sometimes you don't listen.

Speaker 1

当有人说到的时候,

Like, when when someone said,

Speaker 0

我喜欢每隔三个词听一个。

I like hear every third word.

Speaker 1

每隔三个词。

Every third word.

Speaker 1

你就这么撑过去了。

And you get by.

Speaker 1

我是说,我什么都做。

Like, I do anything.

Speaker 1

所以啊,Ari,我觉得我以前跟你们说过,但Ari,我会问她:嘿,Ari。

And so, like, Ari, I think I've told you guys this before, but Ari, I'll ask her like, hey, Ari.

Speaker 1

那个人叫什么名字来着?

Like, what's that person's name?

Speaker 1

她会说:哦,是Sarah。

And she'll be like, oh, it's Sarah.

Speaker 1

然后我就走过去找那个人。

And I'll go up to the person.

Speaker 1

我会说:嘿,Sarah。

I'm like, hey, Sarah.

Speaker 1

他们就会说:哦,我叫Janet。

And they're like, oh, my name's Janet.

Speaker 1

我就问阿里,为什么啊?

And I'm like, Ari, like, why?

Speaker 1

而且总是这样。

And it's all the time.

Speaker 1

每次我想问她别人叫什么名字时,我都忍不住会叫错他们的

Every single time I can't ask her what somebody else's name is because I will go call them the

Speaker 2

名字。

wrong name.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我特别容易搞错姓氏。

I get the I get especially get the last names wrong.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

比如我看到姓氏根本读不出来。

Like I can't pronounce them when I read No way.

Speaker 0

特别是像阿比·加博亚这样的名字。

Especially with like Abby Gamboa.

Speaker 0

哦,我还写下了阿比·加博亚,但你瞧,我还是会叫她阿比·甘比诺。

Oh, and then I wrote down Abby Gamboa because you still I'll call her Abby Gambino.

Speaker 1

阿比·甘比诺。

Abby Gambino.

Speaker 1

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

天啊。

God.

Speaker 1

我为什么……

Why did I

Speaker 0

会以为她的名字是阿比·甘比诺呢?

think her name was Abby Gambino?

Speaker 1

她说你以前在马萨诸塞州高中认识一个叫阿比·甘比诺的人。

She said you knew someone from high school in Massachusetts named Abby Gambino.

Speaker 2

那么,有没有一个叫Abby Gambino的人在看呢?

Then Is there an Abby Gambino that watches?

Speaker 1

还有一个叫John Ramirez的基督徒。

And then there's this Christian guy named John Ramirez.

Speaker 1

她叫他Johnny Ramirez,我觉得那也不是他的名字。

She calls him Johnny Ramirez, and I'm like, that's also not his name.

Speaker 1

我们上个周末在亚特兰大巡演。

We were on tour this past weekend in Atlanta.

Speaker 2

他其实

He was actually

Speaker 1

关于你开车紧张的故事,是2019年那件事吗?

story about twenty eight nineteen about you being nervous driving?

Speaker 2

哦,对。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2

说说看。

Tell.

Speaker 0

请不要。

Please don't.

Speaker 0

你没有。

You got no.

Speaker 0

你可以告诉他们。

You can tell them.

Speaker 0

但你们,2019年的教会只是

But you guys, twenty nineteen church has just

Speaker 1

我们上个周末去了。

We went this past weekend.

Speaker 1

那太特别了。

It was so special.

Speaker 1

菲利普·安东尼·米切尔的教会。

Philip Anthony Mitchell's church.

Speaker 1

你,他的三个名字都是第一个名字。

You His guys three first names.

Speaker 1

太棒了。

It's awesome.

Speaker 0

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 0

我叫错了他的名字。

I called him the wrong name

Speaker 1

我们叫他安东尼。

We in an call him Anthony.

Speaker 1

我们叫他

We call

Speaker 2

米切尔。

him Mitchell.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,我从一开始就在关注他。

I mean, I've been watching him from the beginning.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得,我是2019年的数字门徒。

And so to I'm like, I'm a digital disciple of 2019.

Speaker 0

所以能够亲自到教堂,对安吉拉来说真是亲眼见证了这一幕。

So to be able to actually be in person at the church was sight for Angela to see for sure.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,我高兴得跳了起来。

I mean, I was jumping up and down.

Speaker 0

我当时在想,来个人啊。

I was like, come on somebody.

Speaker 1

你真是如鱼得水。

You were in your element.

Speaker 0

我当时在说,你们不明白啊。

I was going not you guys don't understand.

Speaker 0

我一进门就快要疯了。

I was literally losing my mind the minute I walked in.

Speaker 0

我在哭。

I'm crying.

Speaker 0

你们已经在那期和他一起的节目里见过我了。

You guys already saw me on the episode with him.

Speaker 0

顺便说一下,那个 episode 有很多梗。

There were so many memes about that episode, by the way.

Speaker 0

太多了,全是梗。

So many memes.

Speaker 0

他们都说:可怜的阿里。

They're like, poor Ari.

Speaker 2

他一直在努力尝试。

Was just trying the whole time.

Speaker 1

但最有趣的是,阿里的朋友索菲和她女儿卡莉亚和我们在一起,早上我们开车时。

But the funniest thing so Ari's friend, Sophie, was with us and her daughter, Kalia, and we're driving in the car in the morning.

Speaker 1

关于阿里和我,我们真的是充满服务精神、谦逊的女王。

And one thing about Ari and I, we are truly servant hearted, humble queens.

Speaker 1

对我们来说,喝一杯用优质原料做的顺滑奶昔真的很重要。

And it's really important for us to get, like, a nice smoothie with good ingredients.

Speaker 1

这些事情对我们来说真的很重要。

Like, these things are really important to us.

Speaker 1

我们在亚特兰大,每次巡回演出到南方时,我总是有点不适应。

And so we're in Atlanta, and I just, like, struggle sometimes in the South in general when we're there on tour.

Speaker 1

我真的很喜欢南方,但我就是找不到让我觉得安心的食物。

Be I love the South so much, but I also can't find food that makes me feel safe.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 1

但有时候我特别想喝一杯奶昔,而我们到教堂时还早了三十分钟。

But sometimes and so I just wanted a smoothie so bad, and we're, like, thirty minutes early to church.

Speaker 2

我当时想,她

And I'm like, she's

Speaker 0

情绪糟透了。

in the worst mood.

Speaker 2

我那时

I was

Speaker 1

好吧,如果我不赶紧吃点东西,没人会开心的。

like, alright, if I don't eat soon, like, nobody's gonna be happy.

Speaker 0

我看着她。

And I look at her.

Speaker 0

我心里想,耐心点。

I'm like, patience.

Speaker 1

她?他倒是挺有耐心的。

She's he was patience.

Speaker 1

我说:

And I said,

Speaker 0

她说:你上车开车吧。

she goes, you get in and drive.

Speaker 0

她不想开车。

She didn't wanna drive.

Speaker 0

每次我开车,她都像盯着鹰一样盯着我,因为我是……你总是这样盯着我

And anytime I drive, she watches me like a hawk because I'm And you watch me like a

Speaker 1

B型朋友。

b type friend.

Speaker 1

然后我们到了教堂,我就想,好吧。

And then so we go to we're at the church, and then I'm like, alright.

Speaker 1

我需要吃点东西。

I need to eat something.

Speaker 1

我需要一杯奶昔。

I need a smoothie.

Speaker 1

我需要点东西填肚子。

I need something in my stomach.

Speaker 0

我的朋友索菲只吃有机食品。

And my friend Sophie is strictly organic.

Speaker 0

纯有机的。

So organic.

Speaker 1

纯有机的。

So organic.

Speaker 1

她就是那种,想要非常健康、用料很好的东西。

Like, she's like, she wants something very healthy, very good ingredients.

Speaker 1

于是我打开手机查了下奶昔,心想,这家店太合适了。

And so I look up on my phone smoothies, and I'm like, oh, this place is perfect.

Speaker 1

它叫 Get Fruity。

It's called Get Fruity.

Speaker 0

我当时就说,安吉,你找到地方了吗?

I was like, Ange, did you find a place?

Speaker 2

她就说,你知道吗,当你

And she was like, you know, when you have

Speaker 1

情绪特别差的时候,

like such a bad mood,

Speaker 2

你就想聊聊。

you know, you wanna talk.

Speaker 0

她就说,对啊。

She's like, yeah.

Speaker 0

她说有个地方叫,呃,咱们去那个

She's like, there's a place called, like, let's get let's get

Speaker 2

Fruity,就在一英里外。

fruity, like, a mile away.

Speaker 2

我当时说,你呢,好吧。

And I was like And you're like Okay.

Speaker 2

我去了Fruity。

I was fruity.

Speaker 0

我当时说,好吧。

I was like, okay.

Speaker 0

去Fruity。

Get fruity.

Speaker 1

然后我们就去了那里。

And then so we go there.

Speaker 1

从外面看,这家店挺惨的,我们也没怎么大张旗鼓地

And by the looks of the outside, this poor company, we're not, like, blasting

Speaker 2

这个地方。

this place.

Speaker 2

就是个炸鱼三明治和

It was just like a fried fish sandwich and a

Speaker 1

小吃碗。

snack bowl.

Speaker 1

所以我们去了这个地方,但从外面看,这家店完全不像我和索菲想来买奶昔的地方。

So we so we go to this place, and it does not look like a place where I wanna get a smoothie or Sophie wants to get a smoothie.

Speaker 1

它甚至还没开门。

It's, like, not even open yet.

Speaker 1

才五分鐘。

It was five minutes.

Speaker 1

我们停在它外面,看着

We're parked outside of it, and we're looking at

Speaker 2

门,我们开过去,然后下车走过去

the door, and we pull up and we go we pull up

Speaker 1

我说:我不在这儿吃。

and I go, I'm not eating here.

Speaker 0

我朋友所以我说,索菲,为什么

My friend's so I go, Sophie, why

Speaker 2

你和克莱奥为什么不进去买呢?她说:不。

don't you and Cleo wanna go in and get she goes, no.

Speaker 2

门上贴着一个鱼条三明治

There's a there's a fish there's a fish stick sandwich on the door

Speaker 1

还有一个小吃

and and a snap

Speaker 2

就在这儿。

on this.

Speaker 2

我说:你就去买杯奶昔吧。

I'm like, just go get a smoothie.

Speaker 2

所以她说:不。

So she's like, no.

Speaker 2

里面含有染料。

There's dyes in it.

Speaker 2

我是说,我没事。

Like, I'm good.

Speaker 2

我说,你真是。

I'm like, you're so.

Speaker 2

然后我一路都在笑。

And then I was laughing all

Speaker 1

一整天都在想着那个鱼三明治。

day thinking about the fish sandwich.

Speaker 1

我们去买了水果冰沙。

Like, we went to get fruity

Speaker 2

去买奶昔的时候,居然有鱼三明治、鱼条和小吃。

to get smoothies, and there's a fish sandwich, a fish sticks, and a snack.

Speaker 1

我说我得回洛杉矶,那里才有东西吃。

And I said I have to get back to LA where I can eat.

Speaker 0

我们太疯了。

We are so unhinged.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

太好笑了。

That was so funny.

Speaker 1

然后我们要进入2019年了,愿阿里的心被祝福。

And then we're going into twenty eight nineteen, and bless Ari's heart.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,这个教会、这些人对她来说意义重大,我尊重这一点,因为我对所爱的人也是这样,我也爱他们。

I mean, this church, these people mean the world to her, and I respect it because I'm that way with people that I love, and and I love them too.

Speaker 1

但阿里变得非常紧张。

But Ari got so nervous.

Speaker 1

她非常紧张,而且她还在开车。

She got so nervous, and she was driving.

Speaker 2

我知道她和她

And I knew she and she

Speaker 1

开车时速度只有两英里每小时,一边开一边跟每个人打招呼。

was driving, like, two miles an hour, saying hi to everybody as we're going in.

Speaker 0

然后安吉就一直盯着我。

And so and Angie's just staring at me.

Speaker 0

我能感觉到她的目光。

Like, I could feel the stare.

Speaker 2

然后我就说,你可以开吗?

And and then I was like, you can go?

Speaker 2

我差点撞上一辆停着的车。

I almost crashed into a parked car.

Speaker 2

你让我

You were making me

Speaker 1

然后你停车的时候,停得特别差。

And then when you were trying to park, and you parked so badly.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

你当时特别尴尬,好像所有人都在看着你。

And you were so embarrassed as if everybody was watching.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,这真是我人生中最棒的时刻之一。

I was like, I this is truly one of the best moments of my life.

Speaker 1

天哪。

Oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

太好笑了。

That was so funny.

Speaker 1

鱼排三明治和Snapple饮料。

The fish sandwich and the Snapple.

Speaker 1

有人能给我们做个梗吗?关于阿里阿姨、鱼排三明治和Snapple饮料的?

There's can somebody make a meme for us, please, of Aunt Ari and a fish sandwich and a Snapple?

Speaker 1

因为那真的太经典了。

Because that go that was legendary.

最后但同样重要的是,我们有GGB Plus,我们非常喜欢。

And last but not least, we have g g b plus, which we love.

Speaker 1

我最近发布了一集,我称之为关于苦难的神学。

I just released an episode recently, and I called it a theology around suffering.

Speaker 1

在拍摄时,它激励了我,我谈到了经历艰难时期的感受,如何在其中信靠耶稣,以及受苦是什么感觉,上帝如何看待苦难。

And I think, gosh, it encouraged me as I was filming it, and I just talked about what it's like going through a hard time and how to trust Jesus through that and what it's like to suffer and what God thinks about suffering.

Speaker 1

所以GGB Plus对我们来说非常特别,我们希望你们也能加入。

So g g b plus is so special to us, so we want you guys to join.

这个季节总是悄然而至,无论是提早降临的黄昏、节日的压力,还是仅仅试图跟上生活的节奏。

This season has a way of sneaking up on us, whether it's the early sunsets, the holiday pressure, or just trying to keep up with life.

Speaker 0

有时,最难的不是完成所有事情。

And sometimes the hardest part isn't doing all the things.

Speaker 0

而是主动寻求帮助。

It's reaching out.

Speaker 0

我们一直在谈论关心我们所爱的人,发送那条一直拖延的信息,约一个你想念的人喝杯咖啡,或者给那个你几个月都没联系的朋友打个电话。

We've been talking a lot about checking in on the people we love, sending that text you've been putting off, grabbing coffee with someone you miss, or even calling that friend that you've been meaning to catch up with for months.

Speaker 0

每次我们这么做了,都会想:我为什么没早点这么做呢?

Every time we do it, we're like, why didn't I do this sooner?

Speaker 0

说实话,接受心理咨询也有同样的感觉。

And honestly, therapy can feel the same way.

Speaker 0

迈出第一步感觉很艰难。

Taking that first step feels big.

Speaker 0

但一旦你做了,就会意识到生活会变得轻松多少。

But once you do, you realize how much lighter life can feel.

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

你有没有过这种经历:学到了某件事,就再也无法忽视它?

You know when you've learned something and you just can't unlearn it?

Speaker 0

当我们读到关于传统不粘锅的信息时,就有这种感觉。

That's how we felt reading about traditional nonstick cookware.

Speaker 0

大多数不粘锅仍然含有有害化学物质,比如特氟龙和其他全氟化合物——就是人们常说的‘永久性化学物质’。

Most nonstick pans still contain harmful chemicals like Teflon and other PFAs, those forever chemicals everyone keeps talking about.

Speaker 0

生态中心的一项研究发现,80%的不粘锅含有PFAS,另一项新研究显示,不粘锅上一道小小的划痕就可能释放数千个塑料微粒进入你的食物。

A study by the Ecology Center found that 80% of nonstick pans contained PFAs, and another new study showed that a single scratch on a nonstick pan can release thousands of plastic particles into your food.

Speaker 0

啊?真的吗?

Like, what?

Speaker 0

Speaker 0

所以,正如我们

So as we

Speaker 1

刚才所说,今天我们要谈论摩西和燃烧的荆棘。

were saying, today we're talking about Moses and the burning bush.

Speaker 1

我们要阅读《出埃及记》第三章的前10节。

We're gonna read out of Exodus three, the first 10 verses.

Speaker 1

我们不妨先稍微铺垫一下,跟大家讲讲摩西是谁,以及整个背景是什么?

Why don't we set the stage a little bit and tell you guys who Moses is and what this whole situation is?

Speaker 1

正如我们都知道的,我们信仰的开端——《创世记》、《出埃及记》,整部圣经,整个旧约,都是关于以色列人的,他们是上帝拣选的子民。

So as we all know, the beginning of our faith, Genesis, Exodus, the whole Bible, the whole Old Testament is all about the Israelites, which are God's chosen people.

Speaker 1

以色列人是上帝从埃及领出来、进入应许之地的那群人。

The Israelites are the group of people that God delivered from Egypt into the promised land.

Speaker 1

这特别之处在于,正是因此,我如此深爱上帝。

What is really special about this is that's why I've fallen so in love with God.

Speaker 1

我想我以前说过,但通过阅读旧约,我深深地爱上了天父,我简直着迷于旧约,各位。

I think I've said this before, but I've fallen so in love with the father through reading the Old Testament, and I am obsessed with the Old Testament, you guys.

Speaker 1

它太丰富了。

It is so rich.

Speaker 1

这些故事非常深刻。

The stories are profound.

Speaker 1

我也喜欢新约,但我们常常忽略旧约,只觉得它枯燥、过时,又没有耶稣,但实际上它无比丰富且至关重要。

Like, I love the New Testament as well, but there's so much that we miss in the Old Testament because we just think it's boring and old and Jesus isn't there, but it's so rich and it's so important.

Speaker 1

所以,当上帝在燃烧的荆棘中向摩西显现时,摩西并不是一个英雄。

And so this man Moses, when God appears to Moses at the burning bush, Moses wasn't a hero.

Speaker 1

他是一个躲藏的人。

He was a man that was hiding.

Speaker 1

摩西生来是以色列奴隶,但他的母亲把他放在河里,被埃及人捡到并抚养长大,成了埃及人。

So Moses is a man who was born as an Israelite slave, but he was literally sent across the river by his mom, picked up by another person in Egypt, and was raised as an Egyptian.

Speaker 1

想象一下,摩西一生都面临着身份认同危机,不知道自己是谁,该属于哪里。

So, like, imagine the identity crisis that Moses was facing his whole life, not knowing who he was, where he belonged.

Speaker 1

然后他长大后,遇到一个埃及人要杀害一个希伯来奴隶。

And then he grows up and he's in a situation where an Egyptian was gonna kill a Hebrew slave.

Speaker 1

基本上,摩西介入并杀死了那个埃及人。

And basically, Moses intercepts and kills the Egyptian.

Speaker 1

之后他逃亡了整整四十年。

And then he ends up running for the next forty years.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

所以这里我们又看到一个不是英雄的人。

So here we have a man, again, who's not a hero.

Speaker 1

他没什么特别的。

He's nobody special.

Speaker 1

他只是一个牧羊人,有点像大卫,而上帝却在他平凡而看似微不足道的时刻,赋予了他重大的使命。

He's just a shepherd, kinda like David, and God places a massive call on his life in a really ordinary, seemingly insignificant moment.

Speaker 1

于是我们就有了摩西。

And then so we have Moses.

Speaker 1

他躲藏了四十年,与此同时,以色列人深陷埃及的奴役之中。

He's in hiding for forty years, and meanwhile, the Israelites are in deep, deep, deep captivity in Egypt.

Speaker 1

他们当奴隶已经很久了。

They have been slaves for a really long time.

Speaker 1

他们受压迫而呼求,觉得所有的祷告都石沉大海,却不知道上帝正在积极筹划拯救他们,带领他们出埃及,进入应许之地。

They're crying out oppressed, and they feel like all their prayers are falling on deaf ears, not knowing that God is actively planning their rescue and their deliverance out of Egypt into the promised land.

Speaker 1

在这个时刻,摩西以为自己被遗忘了。

And so in this moment, Moses thinks he's forgotten.

Speaker 1

以色列人以为上帝缺席了,但事实上,上帝正在做一件非常奇妙的事。

The Israelites think that God is absent, but all the while, God is doing something really cool.

Speaker 1

所以你们一定要明白,无论你们正经历什么,无论你们觉得自己深陷奴役之中,无论你们觉得自己多么缺乏身份和目标,上帝总在动工。

And so that's really important for you guys to know that no matter what you're going through, no matter how deep in slavery you feel you are, no matter how deep in a lack of identity and purpose you think you are, God is up to something always.

Speaker 1

总在动工。

Always.

Speaker 1

他正在为你们的益处,以及所有爱他之人的益处,成就万事。

He's up to something, working things out for your good and the good of all those who love him.

Speaker 1

好吧,老兄。

Alright, dude.

Speaker 1

我们来读出埃及记第三章。

So let's read Exodus three.

Speaker 1

今天我们用新生命译本读。

We're gonna read out of NLT today.

Speaker 1

出埃及记第三章,摩西和燃烧的荆棘。

Exodus chapter three, Moses and the burning bush.

Speaker 1

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 1

我不知道为什么我们总说这个。

I don't know why we keep saying that.

Speaker 1

你根本没说我说过这个。

You're not even saying I'm saying that.

Speaker 1

口音是那个吗?

Accent is that?

Speaker 1

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

你真让人毛骨悚然,老兄。

You're so creepy, man.

Speaker 2

你真让人毛骨悚然,老兄。

You're so creepy, man.

Speaker 1

好的,主啊,感谢你的话语。

All right, Lord, thank you for your word.

Speaker 1

这比黄金更宝贵。

That is more precious than gold.

Speaker 1

神啊,教导你的话语是一种莫大的荣幸。

God, it is such an honor to teach your word.

Speaker 1

这是一种巨大的责任。

It is such a responsibility.

Speaker 1

所以,圣灵啊,我祷告你降临,求你赐下智慧、解读、理解和启示,主啊。

So Holy Spirit, I pray that you would come and I pray that you'd release wisdom, interpretation, understanding, revelation, Lord.

Speaker 1

主啊,我只求你让我们在教导你的话语时对自己所说的一切负责,并赐给我们当说的话。

And God, I just pray that you would hold us accountable for all that we say when teaching our word and that you would would just give us the words to say.

Speaker 1

求你不要让我们说出任何错误的解释,奉耶稣的名。

And don't let us say anything that is a wrong interpretation in Jesus name.

Speaker 0

我们祷告,每一个正在聆听的人,所有的干扰都能被静默,他们能放下一切,欢喜地聆听你的话语,并且你甚至开始向他们的心灵施行事工。

And we just pray that every single distraction would be silence from everyone that's listening, that they would put away and their they would merrily listen to the word and that you would even begin to minister to their hearts.

Speaker 2

是的,主。

Yes, God.

Speaker 0

针对他们各自所面对的处境,

With their own situations that they're dealing with,

Speaker 1

我们奉耶稣的名祷告,愿这话语深深进入他们的心中,永远铭刻在他们心上。

in We Jesus' pray that this word would enter deep into their hearts, etched on their hearts forever.

Speaker 1

主啊,愿他们所听见的话语在耶稣的名里结出百倍的收成。

And God, that the word that they hear would produce a hundredfold harvest in Jesus' name.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

有一天,摩西为他的岳父米甸祭司叶忒罗放羊。

One day Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian.

Speaker 1

他领着羊群往旷野深处走去,到了神的山,就是西奈山。

He led the flock far into the wilderness and came to Sinai, the mountain of God.

Speaker 1

在那里,耶和华的使者从荆棘丛中的火焰里向他显现。

There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the middle of a bush.

Speaker 1

摩西惊奇地凝视着。

Moses stared in amazement.

Speaker 1

虽然荆棘被火焰吞噬,却没有被烧毁。

Though the bush was engulfed in flames, it didn't burn up.

Speaker 1

摩西心里想:这真奇妙啊。

This is amazing, Moses said to himself.

Speaker 1

为什么这荆棘没有被烧掉呢?

Why isn't that bush burning up?

Speaker 1

我得过去看看这景象。

I must go see it.

Speaker 1

当主看到摩西走近细看时,上帝从荆棘丛中呼唤他:

When the Lord saw Moses coming to take a closer look, God called to him from the middle of the

Speaker 0

摩西,摩西。

bush, Moses, Moses.

Speaker 0

我在这里,摩西回答说。

Here I am, Moses replied.

Speaker 0

不要靠近了,主警告说。

Do not come any closer, the Lord warned.

Speaker 0

脱下你的鞋子,因为你所站之地是圣地。

Take off your sandals for you are standing on holy ground.

Speaker 0

我是你父亲的神,亚伯拉罕的神,以撒的神,雅各的神。

I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.

Speaker 0

摩西听见这话,就蒙上脸,因为怕看神。

When Moses heard this, he covered his face because he was afraid to look at God.

Speaker 1

然后主对他说:我确实看见了我子民的苦难。

Then the Lord told him, I've certainly seen the oppression of my people.

Speaker 1

听神怎么说。

Listen to what God says.

Speaker 1

这表明他多么关注我们。

This is how much he sees us.

Speaker 1

我确实看见了埃及我百姓的压迫。

I have certainly seen the oppression of my people in Egypt.

Speaker 1

我听见了他们因苦工而发出的哀声。

I have heard their cries of distress because of their harsh slave drivers.

Speaker 1

是的,我深知他们的痛苦。

Yes, I am aware of their suffering.

Speaker 1

神知道我们的苦难。

God is aware of our suffering.

Speaker 1

所以我下来要救他们脱离埃及人的手,领他们出埃及,到一个美好宽阔、流奶与蜜之地。

So I've come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land.

Speaker 1

那地就是迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、希未人、耶布斯人现今所住之地。

It is a land flowing with milk and honey, the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live.

Speaker 1

看哪,以色列人的哀声已经达到我这里,我也看见埃及人如何残酷地压迫他们。

Look, the cry of the people of Israel has reached me, and I have seen how harsh ly the Egyptians have abused them.

Speaker 1

现在,去吧,我派你去见法老。

Now go, for I'm sending you to Pharaoh.

Speaker 1

你要带领我的子民以色列人出埃及。

You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.

Speaker 1

所以,我们将从这一切的开端开始,但我想说的是,我们本周先讲前10节,然后下周再继续后面的内容。

So we're gonna start from the beginning of all of this, but I mean, I just love we're gonna do the first 10 verses this week, and then we'll probably continue on the rest of the chapter next week.

Speaker 1

但我非常喜爱这一点,因为这就是上帝向摩西显现并呼召他的时刻。

But what I love about this so much, so this is the moment where God comes to Moses and he calls him.

Speaker 1

他呼召摩西,要他将以色列人从埃及的奴役中解救出来,并带领他们进入应许之地。

He calls him to be the one who sets the Israelites free from the slavery in Egypt and to lead them into the promised land.

Speaker 1

从那以后,一切都变得惊心动魄。

And it's a wild ride after that.

Speaker 1

你对这一切有什么想法?

But what do you think about that all?

Speaker 2

去吧

Go

Speaker 0

继续。

ahead.

Speaker 0

你来解释。

You explain it.

Speaker 1

当我想到这个故事时,我首先想到的是摩西,一个普通人,处于平常的境况中。

Well, one of my first things that I think when I think about this story is we have Moses, an ordinary guy in an ordinary situation.

Speaker 1

他经过这丛灌木。

He's passing by this bush.

Speaker 1

这个人只是在走路。

The guy is just walking.

Speaker 1

他停了下来,因为他看到一丛灌木着火了,却没有被烧毁。

And he stops in a moment because he sees that a bush is on fire, but it's not being consumed.

Speaker 1

它没有被烧尽。

It's not burning up.

Speaker 1

我特别喜欢这一点,我一直在想,这关乎灵性。

And what I love about this so much, what I was thinking about was, like, spirituality.

Speaker 1

很多人认为,生命中有一部分是灵性的,另一部分则是普通的生活。

A lot of people think that there's, like, the spirit to a life and then there's just the regular life.

Speaker 1

我认为,我们很多人,包括我自己有时,都是这样实践和活出基督教信仰的:我的灵性生活就是早晨在房间里点着蜡烛的私密时刻。

And I think that's how a lot of us, including myself at times, practice and live out our Christianity where my spiritual life is my secret place in the morning with my candles.

Speaker 1

是星期天去教会。

It's church on Sunday.

Speaker 1

是周中祷告室里的时光。

It's the prayer rooms during the week.

Speaker 1

是我跪着与朋友通电话祷告的时刻。

It's my phone calls where I'm on my knees praying with my friends.

Speaker 1

但我们忘记的是,这两者并没有区别。

But what we forget is that there is no difference.

Speaker 1

在圣经信仰中,灵性生活是随时随地都存在的。

In biblical faith, spiritual life is all the time, everywhere.

Speaker 1

上帝无处不在,他参与一切,因此你的灵性生活与日常生活之间没有任何分离。

God is everywhere, he's involved in everything, and so there is no separation between your spiritual life and your normal life.

Speaker 1

所以像洗碗、散步、回复邮件这些事,都是上帝说话的机会。

So things like doing the dishes, taking a walk, answering emails, like those are all opportunities for God to speak.

Speaker 1

正如我们从圣经中知道的,上帝常常在那些极其安静的时刻说话,而不是在那些重大的事工时刻或盛大的敬拜时刻。

And as we know through scripture is that God oftentimes speaks in those really quiet moments, not in these big ministry moments or big like worship moments.

Speaker 1

上帝是在最微小、最甜美、最轻柔的时刻中说话的。

Like it's in the tiniest, sweetest, softest moments that God speaks.

Speaker 1

有一段经文,诗篇24篇说:地和其中所充满的,都属于主。

And there's this scripture, Psalm 24 says, the earth is the Lord's and everything in it.

Speaker 1

因此,在那个时代,对以色列人来说,整个地方都可以成为圣地。

So for Israel during this time, the whole place could become holy ground.

Speaker 1

我喜爱上帝确立了你所行走之地就是圣地这一事实。

And I love that God establishes this is holy ground that you're walking.

Speaker 1

摩西所在的地方并没有什么特别之处。

There's nothing special about where Moses is.

Speaker 1

他所做的事情本身并没有特别之处。

There's nothing special about what he's doing.

Speaker 1

但因为上帝在那一刻呼召他,上帝的同在就在这里。

But because God is calling him in that moment, the presence of God is here.

Speaker 1

这是圣洁的。

It's holy.

Speaker 1

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

这是我最喜欢的一个时刻。

This is one of my favorite moments.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

所以我们看到经文记载:当主看到摩西转身去看时,上帝就从荆棘丛中呼叫他:摩西,摩西。

So we see the moment where it says, when the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, Moses, Moses.

Speaker 1

摩西说:我在这里。

And Moses said, here I am.

Speaker 1

在这个时刻,如果摩西分心了,他就会继续往前走。

So in this moment, Moses, if he was distracted, would've kept walking.

Speaker 1

如果他完全沉浸在自己的事情中,被自私和自我中心占据,他就不会注意到那丛荆棘。

If he was so engulfed in his own stuff, in his selfishness, his self centeredness, he would not have noticed the bush.

Speaker 1

其实,荆棘着火并没有什么特别之处。

Like, there was nothing that spectacular about a bush being on fire.

Speaker 1

那本来是很平常的事。

That was like normal.

Speaker 1

但他停下了脚步,留意了。

But he took a moment to notice.

Speaker 1

正是他的好奇心,让他与上帝有了生命中最重要的相遇,他走上前去,心想:这真有意思。

It was his curiosity that led to the biggest encounter of his life with God, where he went up and was like, that's interesting.

Speaker 1

为什么会这样?

Why is that happening?

Speaker 1

提问中蕴含着如此多的美与好奇。

There's so much beauty and curiosity in asking questions.

Speaker 1

我觉得,对我而言,让我信心不断增长的,就是向圣灵提问。

I feel like for me, what has grown my faith so much is asking the Holy Spirit questions.

Speaker 1

只是保持好奇。

Just being curious.

Speaker 1

上帝,你对这件事怎么看?

God, what do you think about this?

Speaker 1

我感觉,我最深刻的突破,都发生在当我只是简单地提出好奇的问题时。

What's the meaning of Like, I feel like my most profound breakthroughs have happened when I've just like simply asked curious questions.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我觉得很不可思议的是,经上说:主见他转身去看,就呼召了他。

And what I think is so crazy, it says, when the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, then God spoke to him.

Speaker 1

哦,没错。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

所以,神在摩西停下脚步、保持觉察并充满好奇之前,并没有说话。

So God did not speak until Moses stopped and was aware and curious.

Speaker 1

因此,神常常在等待我们停下、留意、关注他,然后他才会以深刻的方式对我们说话。

And so oftentimes God is waiting for us to look, stop, pay attention to him, and then he speaks in such profound ways.

Speaker 1

我把它写了下来。

And I wrote this down.

Speaker 1

启示与关注相遇。

Revelation meets attention.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

真正的灵性始于觉察。

True spirituality begins with noticing.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

灵性始于觉察神的作为,留意他说话的时刻。

Spirituality begins with being aware of God, what he's doing when he's speaking.

Speaker 1

确实,这就是为什么我最近一直在玩手机,刷社交媒体麻痹自己,这正在毁掉我们所有人。

And truly, that's why being on your phone, which I've been doing a lot lately, that's why being on your phone, numbing out on social media, it's killing all of us.

Speaker 1

这是你能做的最糟糕的事。

It's the worst thing you can do.

Speaker 1

它正在摧毁上帝为我们预备的启示时刻,因为我们太过沉迷于‘嗯,是啊’。

It is destroying the revelatory moments that God has planned for us because we're so consumed with like Yeah.

Speaker 1

我非常喜欢这一点。

And then I love this so much.

Speaker 1

我确实看见了我在埃及的子民所受的苦难。

I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt.

Speaker 1

我听见了他们哀哭的声音。

I've heard them crying out.

Speaker 1

这一集的标题是‘施行拯救的神’,但它也可以是‘看见的神’、‘临近的神’、‘关怀的神’。

The title of this episode is the God who delivers, but it could also be the God who sees, the God who is near, the God who cares.

Speaker 1

因为经上说:我确实看见了我在埃及的子民所受的苦难。

Because it says, I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt.

Speaker 1

我听见了他们哀哭。

I've heard them crying out.

Speaker 1

我特别关注他们的苦难。

And specifically, I am concerned about their suffering.

Speaker 1

这让我感到无比安慰,因为神不仅知道我的苦难,还关心我。

That is so comforting to me that God not only knows about my suffering, but He's concerned.

Speaker 1

祂在乎。

He cares.

Speaker 1

这意味着祂必会采取行动。

Which means that he's gonna do something about it.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

上帝从不让你陷入困境。

God never leaves you in a bad spot.

Speaker 1

无论多么艰难、多么看似无望,他都不会让你留在那里。

No matter how hard it is and how difficult it seems, he does not leave you there.

Speaker 1

不会。

No.

Speaker 1

我记下了,这是《出埃及记》中对上帝品格的首次启示。

And I wrote down that this is the first revelation of God's character in Exodus.

Speaker 1

这是一个非常重要的时刻。

This is a really important moment.

Speaker 1

这是对他品格的首次启示,因为上帝不是一个概念。

It's the first revelation of his character because God is not an idea.

Speaker 1

他不是某种抽象的概念,也不是一个自助导师。

He's not some abstract idea or a self help guru.

Speaker 1

他是一个具有品格的人。

He is a person with a character.

Speaker 1

经文说,神是那位看见、听见、知晓并降下来施行拯救的神。

It says that God is the he is the God who sees, who hears, who knows, and who comes down to deliver.

Speaker 1

属灵并不意味着你的属灵生活高于苦难。

Being spiritual doesn't mean that you have a spiritual life that is above suffering.

Speaker 1

你要将你的属灵生命带入苦难中,明白神与你同在其中。

You bring your spirituality into your suffering and you understand that God is with you in it.

Speaker 1

最后我要说的是,第10节,我们上一次停下的经文说:现在你要去。

And then the last thing that I'll say, verse 10, the last verse that we left off of, it says, so now go.

Speaker 1

我要派你去见法老,把我的子民从埃及领出来。

I'm sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people out of Egypt.

Speaker 1

这伴随着一项使命。

So it comes with a commission.

Speaker 1

神总是赋予我们使命。

God always commissions us.

Speaker 1

在GGB巡演结束时,我们通常都会鼓励人们出去执行神的工作。

At the end of GGB shows on tour, we always, for the most part, commission people to go out and do God's work.

Speaker 1

我们祈求主释放圣灵的恩赐,并邀请人们凭信心领受恩典,领受圣灵的能力,出去成为耶稣的手和脚。

We release the we ask the Lord to release the gifts of the spirit, and we ask people to receive in faith and receive the grace, holy spirit empowerment to go out and be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Speaker 1

你成为基督徒不仅仅是为了能和耶稣一起享受美好的时光。

You don't just become a Christian so that you can, like, have cool times with Jesus.

Speaker 1

你成为基督徒是为了肩负使命,与神同工,参与祂正在成就的事。

You become a Christian to be on mission, to commission with God and partner in what he's doing.

Speaker 1

每一次与神的相遇都伴随着呼召。

Every encounter with God carries a summon.

Speaker 1

所以,当你遇见耶稣时,祂不仅在那一刻向你释放某些东西,也在吩咐你去做些什么。

So God, if you encounter Jesus, like he is in that moment, not only releasing something to you, but asking you to do something.

Speaker 1

祂在差遣你出去。

And he's commissioning you to go out.

Speaker 1

因此,我特别喜爱摩西的这个时刻。

And so I love this moment from Moses.

Speaker 1

这个没有身份、没有目标的人。

This guy with no identity, with no purpose.

Speaker 1

他只是一个牧羊人,为别人放牧羊群。

He's just a shepherd tending to the flock, working for somebody else.

Speaker 0

放弃了。

Gave up.

Speaker 1

他放弃了。

He gave up.

Speaker 1

他一直在躲藏。

He's been in hiding.

Speaker 1

我们中有多少人

How many of us are

Speaker 0

在逃避

in Running

Speaker 1

逃避上帝。

from God.

Speaker 1

逃避他的过去,逃避他的错误。

Running from his past, running from his mistakes.

Speaker 1

He

Speaker 0

觉得自己不配。

feels disqualified.

Speaker 1

我无法想象他曾经认为自己的人生会有什么好事发生。但神选择了这个如此不配、如此无能、充满羞耻、缺乏身份认同的人,说:‘你正是完美的,因为我的能力在你的软弱中得以完全,我要通过你成就这事。’

I can't imagine he would've ever thought anything good was gonna come for him in his life in this And God chose this man who is so disqualified, who's so unqualified, who's so full of shame and lacking identity and goes, you're perfect because my power is made perfect in your weakness, and I'm gonna do this through you.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我写下了一些关于燃烧的荆棘的事,以便人们真正明白它是什么。

I wrote this down about a burning bush so people know really what it is.

Speaker 1

生命中的燃烧的荆棘,是一个强烈抓住你注意力、让你无法忽视的时刻。

A burning bush in someone's life is a moment that grabs your attention so strongly that you can't ignore it.

Speaker 1

它打断了你的日常生活,将你推向某种使命、决定或改变。

Something that interrupts your normal life and pushes you towards a purpose, decision, or change.

Speaker 1

它常常出人意料、持续存在且难以忽视,就像那燃烧却不被烧毁的荆棘。

It's often unexpected, persistent, and hard to overlook just like the bush that burned but didn't burn up.

Speaker 1

所以我经历过很多这样的时刻。

And so I've had so many of these moments.

Speaker 1

我之前想到的一件事让我印象深刻,那就是我们刚开始做《Girls Gone Bible》时,我还在演戏,非常渴望当演员。

Something that I was thinking about earlier that stuck out to me is when we first started Girls Gone Bible, I was still acting, and I wanted to act so badly.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

我去上了表演学校。

I went to acting school.

Speaker 1

你们知道,我在表演这条路上走过很长一段路,我非常热爱它。

You guys know I had a long journey with acting where I loved it so much.

Speaker 1

我热爱这门艺术。

I loved the craft.

Speaker 1

即使在做《Girls Gone Bible》的同时,我也不断去试镜。

I auditioned so much even while having Girls Gone Bible.

Speaker 1

在最初的六个月左右,我渐渐地、一点一点地感受到主在心里提醒我:这不是你的路。

And for, like, the first six months maybe, and slowly, little by little, I felt the Lord start, like, pressing in on my heart and being like, this is not the path for you.

Speaker 1

对我来说,接受这一点非常困难。

And it was so hard for me to accept.

Speaker 1

你还记得我们做播客时,我会说,哦,是的。

Do you remember we'd be like in podcasts and I'd be like, oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

我是个演员。

I'm an actor.

Speaker 1

我真的在演戏。

Like, I act.

Speaker 1

你很喜欢它。

You loved it.

Speaker 1

我真的很喜欢。

I loved it.

Speaker 1

我不愿意放手。

And I didn't wanna let it go.

Speaker 0

我觉得我放下了。

I feel like I let it go.

Speaker 0

我当时已经准备好了。

Like I was ready.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

你嗯。

You yeah.

Speaker 1

我付出了那么久的努力,那是我最大的快乐、最大的热情、最大的天赋。

I just had worked so hard for so long and I was so It was my greatest joy, my greatest passion, my greatest gifting.

Speaker 1

那也是我的天赋。

It was like my gifting too.

Speaker 1

所以对我来说,如果你有热情、有天赋、又有机会,那一定是上帝为你安排的旨意。

So for me, I was like, if you have the passion, the gifting, and the opportunities, like, that's gotta be God's will for your life.

Speaker 1

一定是这样的,对吧?

It has to be, right?

Speaker 1

一切都说得通。

It all makes sense.

Speaker 1

于是我们启动了《Girls Gone Bible》,我当时就想:不,我要两者兼得。

And so we start Girls Gone Bible and I'm like, no, I'm gonna have both.

Speaker 1

这并不是罪恶。

Like, it's not sinful.

Speaker 1

这没什么不好。

It's not bad.

Speaker 1

我全都做。

I do it all.

Speaker 1

我可以两者兼顾。

I can have both.

Speaker 1

但我内心深处、深深深处知道,上帝在对我说:这不适合你。

And I just knew though deep, deep, deep down, I knew God was like, it's not for you.

Speaker 2

嗯。

Mhmm.

Speaker 1

你将全职事奉。

You're gonna be in full time ministry.

Speaker 1

你有一个非常明确的呼召。

You have a really specific calling.

Speaker 1

不是说这件事不好,但它并不适合你。

Not that this thing is bad, but it's just not for you.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,但这完全说不通啊。

And I'm like, but that doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 1

当一切表面上都很好时

When everything is good on

Speaker 0

纸面上一切都好,耶稣却说:真的吗,

paper, Jesus is like, really,

Speaker 1

你根本不知道自己在说什么,我记得这件事。

you don't know what you're talking I remember this.

Speaker 1

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我只是想,主啊,我真的很爱它。

I was just like, I love it, Lord, though.

Speaker 1

我真的很爱它。

I love it.

Speaker 1

我想做这件事。

Like, I wanna do this.

Speaker 1

而且我已经做了很久了。

And I've done it for a long time.

Speaker 1

我怎么能放弃投入了我全部生命、心灵和灵魂,以及汗水与泪水的东西呢?

How am I supposed to give up something that I've put my life and my heart and my soul blood, sweat, and tears into?

Speaker 1

你知道吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

从我还是个小女孩的时候就开始了,我真的要放弃这样的事吗?

Since I was a little girl, like, do I give something like that up?

Speaker 1

在阿里和我举办完第一次《女孩们离开圣经》的洗礼之夜后,我想我之前讲过这个故事,但那真的是我的燃烧荆棘时刻。

And after Ari and I did a baptism night, the first year of Girls Gone Bible, and I think I've told this story before, but it was this was like truly my burning bush moment.

Speaker 1

我凌晨两点还坐着。

I was sitting at 02:00 in the morning.

Speaker 1

这是我第一次做面对面的服事。

It was my first time doing like in person ministry.

Speaker 1

所以我不太了解面对面服事时的肾上腺素激增,也不懂当你为人们祷告三个小时是什么感觉。

So I didn't really know about like the in person ministry adrenaline and, like, when you pray for people for three hours.

Speaker 1

我当时还不知道那是什么感觉。

I didn't I didn't know yet what that felt like.

Speaker 1

所以那一整晚我都睡不着。

So I couldn't sleep all night.

Speaker 1

我在家里,坐在沙发上。

I was in my house, and I was sitting on my couch.

Speaker 1

当时《单身汉》正在播放,但我根本没在看。

And I had and The Bachelor was playing actually, but I wasn't watching it watching it.

Speaker 1

我只是盯着电视,清楚地感受到主对我说:这就是你的生命。

I was just staring at the TV and I felt the Lord so clearly be like, this is your life.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

这就是你的使命。

This is your purpose.

Speaker 1

我需要你放下其他一切。

I need you to let everything else go.

Speaker 1

那是我第一次真正认同,并说:主啊,今晚我所做的一切,就是我余生想做的全部。

And it was finally the first moment that I ever came into agreement and I said, Lord, whatever I did tonight, that's all I wanna do for the rest of my life.

Speaker 1

无论你希望我如何参与,我都会参与,但这就是我想做的事。

However you want me to be involved, I'll be involved, but that's what I wanna do.

Speaker 1

我准备好放下其他一切了。

I am ready to let everything else go.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

从那一刻起,我的经纪人再也没有联系过我。

And from that moment forward, my agent never reached out to me again.

Speaker 1

这太疯狂了。

That's crazy.

Speaker 1

我没有主动联系他们,这并不正常,而且我也不

I didn't reach out to them, which is, like, not normal, and I don't

Speaker 0

这太疯狂了。

That is crazy.

Speaker 1

而且我其实已经换过经纪人了,所以和这些人并不亲近。

And I don't I had, like, moved agents, and so I wasn't really close to these people.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

上帝已经开始对我说:‘姑娘啊,你再怎么努力也没用。',

And God was already being like, girl, like, you can try as much as you want.

Speaker 1

我要让你明白,他是至高无上的。

I'm gonna make like, you're he's sovereign.

Speaker 1

他会做他认为对我们最正确的事。但那确实是我的燃烧荆棘时刻之一,上帝强烈地吸引了我的注意力。

He's gonna do whatever he feels is right for our But that was my burning bush moment, truly one of them, where God grabbed my attention so strongly.

Speaker 1

这一直持续着。

It was persistent.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

这种情况持续了一段时间。

This was happening for a while.

Speaker 1

他没有松手,而且打乱了我整个生活。

He wasn't letting up, and it interrupted my whole life.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

它改变了所有事情。

And it changed everything.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It did.

Speaker 1

而且这是最好的

And it was the best

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

坦白一下。

Confession.

Speaker 0

我那些小饰品和节日礼物最后大多都堆在抽屉里、衣柜深处,或者不小心落在了我表亲家。

Speaker 1

所以这只是一个小小的例子,我的意思是,还有其他很多例子。

And so that's just a small I mean, there's so many other ones.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,想想你经历的每一次分手,都像是一次燃烧的荆棘时刻。

I mean, talk about every breakup you ever go through as a burning bush moment.

Speaker 1

你明白我的意思吗?

You know what I mean?

We love our coffee, but we don't have time to play mad scientist at 7AM trying to add 10 different powders and supplements just to feel human.

Speaker 0

老实说,我们想要一种不需要在本已繁忙的一天中再增加步骤的产品,因为事实是,我们没时间做无尽的研究、买上百万种原料,或者假装在厨房里开一家健康实验室。

Speaker 0

但你呢?

But what about you?

Speaker 0

嗯,当我想到你提到的摩西,他在他生命中最不方便的时刻遇见了神。

Well, when I think about yeah, like you talked about Moses, like he met him in his, the most inconvenient moment of his life.

Speaker 0

对。

Right.

Speaker 0

神在我生命中最不方便的时刻遇见了我。

God had met me in the most inconvenient moment of my life.

Speaker 0

他在我最破碎的时刻来到我身边——那时我前伴侣离开了我,我感到被拒绝、毫无价值,失去了工作,甚至曾想过结束生命,那时我感觉糟透了。

He met me in the most broken time of my life, a moment when my ex had left me, when I felt so rejected and worthless, when I lost my job, when I was contemplating on taking my life, when I just felt horrible.

Speaker 0

他在最疯狂的时刻出现,在我正身处其中时找到我,并呼召了我。

He came in at the craziest moment and met me in the middle of it, and called me.

Speaker 0

我的燃烧荆棘就是这样的,没错。

I mean, that's my burning bush, Yeah.

Speaker 0

这很疯狂,正是在那种不确定感中,在我感觉自己完全不够格、不得不在《Girls Gone Bible》上暴露自己最私密的内心时——虽然我并不愿意这样做——他始终与我同行。

And it's crazy, and it's like through that, through that uncertainty, and feeling so disqualified and having to expose the most inner parts of my life on Girls Gone Bible, which I did not feel comfortable doing, he just kept walking through that with me.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,我记得当时觉得自己完全不够格,充满不确定,第一次面对镜头,根本不知道该怎么办——我正经历着这么多事,但我一直选择顺服,而他一直陪我走过这一切。

I mean, I remember just feeling so disqualified, so uncertain, so, like, being on film for the first time and just not, I mean, was going through so much, but I kept being obedient, and he kept walking me through that.

Speaker 0

然后我认为,我顺服的另一个最重要方面,就是牺牲了我生命中最大的渴望——成为母亲和妻子,放下我的时间表,放下这些愿望,为的是回应上帝在我生命中的呼召。

And then I think even the other biggest part of my obedience was, sacrificing the biggest desire of my life, which was being a mother and a wife, and laying down my timeline and laying down those desires for the call that God had on my life.

Speaker 0

就连我脱下鞋子的那一刻,也是在承认:我必须为上帝在我生命中的呼召放下这一切,真正意识到:‘好吧,这是一片圣地。’

And even my taking off my sandals moment was honoring that I had to lay that down for the call that God had on my life and really being like, okay, well this is holy ground.

Speaker 0

我知道我有这些渴望,但我愿意放下它们,全心全意地追随你。

I know I have these desires, but I'm gonna put that down to pursue you fully.

Speaker 0

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 0

所以,是的。

And so, yeah.

Speaker 0

顺服对我来说,本可以有完全不同的做法。

Being obedient has been I could've done things so differently.

Speaker 0

我本可以走上完全相反的路,但我只是盲目地顺服,让上帝在我生命中最破碎、最不便的时期,引领我走向他为我预备的呼召。

I could've went the whole other way, but just blindly being obedient and letting God lead me in my life to the call that he had for me, through the most just broken, inconvenient season of my life.

Speaker 0

这太疯狂了。

It's crazy.

Speaker 0

所以他不召唤有资格的人,他使被召唤的人变得有资格。

And that's why he does not call the qualified, he qualifies the called.

Speaker 1

是的,没错。

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 1

召唤有资格的人,

Calls the qualified,

Speaker 0

对吧?

yeah, right?

Speaker 0

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

所以,是的,他降临的方式真的很奇妙。

So, yeah, he does not come, it's crazy how he works.

Speaker 0

他总是在你生命中最不舒服、最不方便的时刻来到你身边,而你根本无法决定自己是否准备好了。

He comes to you in the most uncomfortable, inconvenient moments of your life, and it's like you have no say in when you're ready.

Speaker 0

我的意思是,所有我以为自己已经准备好的时刻,那些我向她展示的时候,我在2022年的日记里写过:请允许我帮助那些破碎的人,使用我所经历的一切去帮助他人。

I mean, all the moments I thought I was ready, all the moments when I, I mean, I was just showing her, I was showing her an entry in my journal where I was, in 2022, I was like, please allow me to help people in their brokenness, use me with everything I've been through to help.

Speaker 0

我可以读一下吗?

Can I read

Speaker 1

是的,求你了,读一下吧?

it Yeah, real please read it?

Speaker 1

今天早上我们读这个的时候,真是太可爱了。

This was so cute when we read this this morning.

Speaker 0

顺服的行动。

Act of Obedience.

Speaker 0

我写于2022年1月20日。

I wrote this in 01/20/2022.

Speaker 0

我写道:我希望找到一份工作,能带我走出抑郁,为我搭建一个平台,去帮助那些女孩,甚至男人,那些像我现在一样感到被困住的人。

I wrote, I want a job that will take me out of my depression and build me a platform that I can help girls, even men, people that feel stuck like I do right now.

Speaker 0

我知道我能做到。

I know I can do this.

Speaker 0

因此,这种顺服的行为就是放下我如此渴望的东西,经历那段艰难的时期,不得不把一切摊开在表面,顺服并谈论深层次的事情。

And so that act of obedience of laying down things that I desired so much and going through that tough season where I had to really put everything on the surface and be obedient and talk about deep stuff.

Speaker 0

这就是为什么有时候分享你内心的某些部分,或者做那些让你感到不舒服的事情,会如此困难。

That's why it's so hard sometimes to share inner parts of your life or do things that feel uncomfortable.

Speaker 0

但如果上帝呼召你去做,我向你保证,你日后一定会感谢祂。

But if God's calling you to do it, I promise you will thank him later.

Speaker 0

因为现在,三年后,我坐在这里,写下三年前我日记里所渴望的一切,而如今我正在实现它。

Because now, three years later, I'm sitting up here writing in my journal three years later of the things that all I wanted to do, and now I'm doing it.

Speaker 1

这太疯狂了。

It's so crazy.

Speaker 0

简直不可思议。

It's insane.

Speaker 0

太不可思议了。

It's so crazy.

Speaker 0

我再讲一下这个故事的最后一点。

And then I'll just say one more thing about this story.

Speaker 0

当上帝说:我下来是要救我的百姓脱离埃及人的手,领他们出埃及,进入那美好、宽阔、流奶与蜜之地时,他总是在预备一个摩西,或一条道路。当我回想起自己那段破碎、充满不确定的时光,我知道上帝当时正在幕后工作。

When God says, I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile, spacious land, it is a land flowing with milk, God is always preparing a Moses or a way, and when I think about my own life in that season where I was so broken, it was so uncertain, God was working behind the scenes.

Speaker 0

他正在为你预备,好带你来到我这里,走过这段旅程,因此他总是在开路。

He was preparing you to then lead you to me to walk through this journey, then led And us to so he's always making a way.

Speaker 0

即使你看不见,他也在做着一些事情。

He's always doing something even when you can't see it.

Speaker 0

如果他没有预备一个摩西,他就在幕后预备其他东西。

If he's not preparing a Moses, he's preparing something behind the scenes.

Speaker 0

如果你现在正处在一个充满困惑的时期,心想:‘到底发生了什么?’

If you're in a season right now where you're just like, what is happening?

Speaker 0

我正在受苦,我正在挣扎,我向神呼求,却感觉他没有听见我。

I'm suffering, I'm struggling, I'm crying out to God, and I feel like he's not hearing me.

Speaker 0

相信我,当他说:‘我听见了我百姓的哀哭,我要下来拯救他们’,让这句话深深触动你的心,对他说:‘这话语是为我而说的。’

Trust me, let this be a reminder when he says, I have heard the cries of my people, and I am coming down to rescue them, let that hit your heart and say, this is for me.

Speaker 0

他必拯救我。

He's going to rescue me.

Speaker 0

他听见我。

He hears me.

Speaker 0

到了时候,他会降临并帮助我。

And in due time, he will come down and help me.

Speaker 0

而且,是的,他会领我进入流奶与蜜之地。

And, yeah, he will lead me to a land flowing with milk and honey.

Speaker 0

我们能把这个刻在心里吗?

Can we write that on our hearts?

Speaker 0

这多么美好啊?

How beautiful is that?

Speaker 0

这正是他此刻在你未知与苦难的季节中所行的事。

That's what that's what he's doing right now in in your season of the unknowing and suffering.

Speaker 0

让这成为对你的提醒。

Let that be a reminder to you.

Speaker 0

我正在想那首歌《道路制造者》,然后我想,他说了什么?

I was thinking about that song Waymaker, and I was like, even though, what does he say?

Speaker 0

即使我不能,即使我不能

Even though, even though I can't, Even though I can't

Speaker 1

看见,即使我看不见

see Even if I can't see

Speaker 0

但你正在做工。

it, you're working.

Speaker 0

即使像那样,但即使我看不见,你仍在做工。

Even if something like that, but even if I can't see it, you're working.

Speaker 1

是的,是的,是的。

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 0

就像请,当你开始挣扎时,重复这句话。

Like please, like even repeat that when you start to struggle.

Speaker 0

即使我看不见,你仍在做工。

Even though I can't see it, you're working.

Speaker 0

奇迹创造者,奇迹制造者。

Miracle worker, miraguin maker.
