Speaker 0

嗯,这是什么?

Well, what is this?

Speaker 1

欢迎加入姐妹帮。

Welcome to the lady gang.

Speaker 2

太棒了。

That's amazing.

Speaker 2

再说一遍。

Say that again.

Speaker 2

姐妹帮。

The lady gang.

Speaker 2

这里的情况即将改变。

Things are about to change around here.

Speaker 1

每周我们都会与好莱坞最火辣的女子组合——凯尔蒂·奈特、贝卡·托宾和杰克·瓦尼克相聚。

Each week, we catch up with Hollywood's hottest girl posse, Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanick.

Speaker 0

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 0

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 0

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 0

欢迎来到Lady Gang。

Welcome to Lady Gang.

Speaker 3

我是贝卡·托宾,和

I am Becca Tobin here with

Speaker 4

杰克·瓦尼克与凯尔西·奈特一起。

Jack Vanic and Kelsey Knight.

Speaker 2

你好。

Hello.

Speaker 2

生日快乐

Happy birthday

Speaker 0

给我们。

to us.

Speaker 0

生日快乐

Happy

Speaker 2

生日。

birthday.

Speaker 2

我有个特别的惊喜要给你。

I have a special surprise for you.

Speaker 2

我都不敢把它拿出来。

I'm scared to even bring it out.

Speaker 2

但是

But

Speaker 0

她穿着最初的女团背心。

she's wearing the original lady gang tank.

Speaker 3

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 3

你们还记得那些吗?

Do you guys remember those?

Speaker 0

上面写着‘原版’。

It says original.

Speaker 0

它写的是什么?

What does it say?

Speaker 0

原版成员

Original member of

Speaker 3

女子帮派?

the lady gang?

Speaker 2

你们两个都把这件衣服扔掉了。

Both of you have thrown this out.

Speaker 3

绝对是的。

Absolutely.

Speaker 3

但你不是一直把你的那件放在家里,像整个博物馆一样收藏着吗?

But haven't you been keeping yours, like, at your house as a whole museum?

Speaker 2

我当然是把它们当作对你们的圣地来供奉的。

I keep it as a shrine to you guys, obviously.

Speaker 2

上面写着'女子帮派创始成员'。

It says original member of the lady gang.

Speaker 2

我记得我们刚开播时做了大概30个这样的东西。

We made, I think, like, 30 of these when we first launched the podcast.

Speaker 2

大家拿到后我们就再没重做过。

And people got them and we never remade them.

Speaker 2

我们当时可真是够傻的,还说什么'要是现在做这些,十年后你们肯定会想要',结果压根没想到真能活到十年后。

And we're like, we were so ridiculous because we're like, if we're gonna make these and you're gonna want them in ten years, but we had like no idea that ten years would exist.

Speaker 3

就是啊。

I know.

Speaker 3

而且我们好多姐妹都还留着这些。

Well, and so many of our girls have kept them.

Speaker 2

记得吗?我在Lady Gang电视节目收官派对上还戴着它们呢。

And remember I wore them to the closing party of Lady Gang TV.

Speaker 2

还有件事要说,我们刚才花了45分钟调试麦克风。

The other thing I wanna say is that we've just been on for, like, forty five minutes trying to figure out our microphone situation.

Speaker 2

为了庆祝我们成立十周年,我们现在家里都配备了同款麦克风。

So in honor of us turning 10, we have matching microphones at home now.

Speaker 0

整整花了十年时间。

It only took ten years.

Speaker 2

而且这是有史以来最艰难的过程。

And it was the most difficult process of all time.

Speaker 2

所以其实一切都变了,又什么都没变。

So really everything has changed, but nothing has changed.

Speaker 2

但还是要说,生日快乐,姑娘们。

But happy birthday, girls.

Speaker 3

我们已经走过十年了。

We're a decade old.

Speaker 3

真不敢相信。

I can't believe it.

Speaker 3

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 3

天啊。

Jesus.

Speaker 0

我们做到了。

We made it.

Speaker 3

不知怎么的,我们勉强撑过来了。

Somehow, someway, we're Just barely.

Speaker 3

我的天哪。

Oh my god.

Speaker 0

我们正爬过终点线。

We're crawling past the finish line.

Speaker 2

记得去年我想庆祝我们十周年吗?

Remember last year when I wanted to celebrate our tenth birthday?

Speaker 2

但那时还不是十周年,你们甚至还没到十周年。

But it wasn't 10, and you guys were not not even 10.

Speaker 2

我当时就说,不,我们到了。

And I was like, yeah, we are.

Speaker 2

但现在我们真的10岁了。

But now we're really 10.

Speaker 3

感觉真的快10岁了。

Feel almost really 10.

Speaker 3

这才是正式的10岁。

This is the official 10.

Speaker 3

真不敢相信。

I can't believe it.

Speaker 3

太疯狂了。

So crazy.

Speaker 0

太奇怪了。

So weird.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Alright.

Speaker 0

那么,我们要开始吗?

Well, should we jump in?

Speaker 0

我们可不能让人失望。

Let's not disappoint.

Speaker 2

不。

No.

Speaker 2

我们开始吧。

Let's do it.

Speaker 0

是时候了

It's time for

Speaker 1

美好的一周。

Good week.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

确实如此。

It is.

Speaker 1

糟糕的一周。

Bad week.

Speaker 1

哦,不。

Oh, no.

Speaker 3

好的,我来更新一下我的排便健康之旅,因为我知道大家都非常期待。

Okay, so I have updates on my pooping health journey because I know everybody is so excited.

Speaker 3

显然我一直在应对便秘和腹胀问题,这几乎伴随了我一生。

So I obviously have been dealing with constipation, bloating that I that has been happening like my entire life.

Speaker 3

不知道。

Don't know.

Speaker 3

于是我做了个叫SITS标记测试的项目,基本就是吞下一颗药丸,他们用X光确认药丸在胃里。

So I did something called a SITS marker test, and it's basically where you like swallow a pill, they take an x-ray and make sure it's in your stomach.

Speaker 3

五天后你回去复查,药丸里的小珠子会显示它们在你消化系统中移动了多远。

And then five days later you come back and the pill has like little beads in it and they see how far down the beads have made it down your system.

Speaker 3

做这个测试期间不能服用任何泻药或促进肠道蠕动的药物。

So I did that and you can't have any laxatives or anything that's going to help move your system along.

Speaker 3

所以我完全戒断了泻药和咖啡因。

So I was cold Turkey, no laxatives, no caffeine.

Speaker 3

我当时就想,你知道,这没什么大不了的。

And I was like, you know, it's fine.

Speaker 3

我可能只是没法排便而已。

I probably just like won't poop.

Speaker 3

我经历了最严重的咖啡因戒断反应,感觉整个人都要死了。

I had the craziest caffeine withdrawals in the entire I felt like I was dying.

Speaker 3

而我平时摄入的咖啡因量并不大。

And I don't even drink that much caffeine.

Speaker 3

早上就喝一瓶Celsius能量饮料或者两杯咖啡。

I'll drink like a Celsius in the morning or like two cups of coffee in the morning.

Speaker 3

真的感觉像要死了一样。

I literally felt like I was dying.

Speaker 3

连续四天经历这辈子最严重的宿醉反应。

Worst hangover of my entire life for four days straight.

Speaker 3

恶心反胃,注意力无法集中,大脑一片混沌。

So nauseous, could not focus brain fog.

Speaker 3

我感觉自己像是得了流感,又像是经历了人生中最严重的宿醉。

I felt like I had the flu and like the worst hangover of my entire life.

Speaker 3

我之前不知道咖啡因戒断反应真的会这么严重。

And I didn't know that a caffeine withdrawal could actually be that bad.

Speaker 3

太疯狂了。

It was crazy.

Speaker 2

我从19次试图戒掉健怡可乐的经历中明白了这点,所以就像...我是说,我觉得这比...

So I know this from the 19 times I've tried to quit Diet Coke and that's why it's like, I mean, I think it's worse than Does that

Speaker 3

里面含有那么多咖啡因吗?

have that much caffeine in it?

Speaker 2

只要是咖啡因都算。

It's any caffeine.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们总想着'哦,我就喝一瓶Celsius或者两杯咖啡',但实际上那已经是大量咖啡因了。

I think it's like we think, oh, I just have a Celsius or, like, two cups of coffee, but, like, that's actually a ton of caffeine.

Speaker 3

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 3

我完全不知道。

I had no idea.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我当时——我当时糟透了。

I was I I was horrid.

Speaker 3

话说回来,你为什么不吃排便药?

Anyways Why don't you poop pill?

Speaker 3

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

就像,给一个不喜欢,

Like, give a don't like,

Speaker 3

谁在乎咖啡因啊?

who cares about the caffeine?

Speaker 3

你的生物指标进展到什么程度了?

How far did your biomarkers make it?

Speaker 3

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 3

所以我五天只排便了一次。

So I only pooped once in five days.

Speaker 3

因为第二天我咖啡因戒断反应太严重了,我就想,稍微喝一点吧。

And it was because the second day I had such a bad caffeine withdrawal that I'm like, I'm going to have a little bit.

Speaker 3

所以我喝了大概半杯咖啡,实在忍不住了,我是说,我当时难受得要命。

So I have like half a cup of coffee I So had one I couldn't I mean, I was dying.

Speaker 3

总之,最后我去做了X光检查。

But anyway, so then I go get the X-ray at the end.

Speaker 3

结果发现我体内所有的小珠子都堆积在屁股最末端。

And all of my little beads are all just at the very bottom of my butt.

Speaker 3

它们已经准备好要排出来了,但就是出不来。

Like they're ready to come out, but they can't make it.

Speaker 3

通常做这种检查时,如果体内有什么问题,他们能据此判断上面发生了什么状况。

Because usually with one of those, it's like, there's something going on in your system and they can figure out like what's happening up there.

Speaker 3

我的那些小珠子就坐在肛门那儿,随时准备出来。

And mine are just like sitting at my butthole ready to come out.

Speaker 3

但就像什么都没发生一样,这确实很合理,因为我真的从来、从来都没有排便的冲动,除非我摄入咖啡因。

But like nothing's happening, which like really makes sense because I literally never have the urge to poop ever, ever unless I have caffeine.

Speaker 3

我觉得如果我不再喝一杯咖啡,我可能永远都不会再排便了。

I don't think I would ever poop again if I didn't have another cup of coffee.

Speaker 3

所以现在我至少大概知道是怎么回事了,现在我的旅程开始了——要去做盆底物理治疗,还得让人把手指伸进屁股里。

So now at least I know what's going on kind of, and now my journey begins with pelvic floor physical therapy and somebody sticking a finger up their butt.

Speaker 3

这就是我接下来的计划。

That's my next steps.

Speaker 0

你肛门那里是不是也有那种懒散机制?

Do you have one of those lazy mechanisms in your butthole?

Speaker 3

是啊,我

Yeah, I

Speaker 0

跟你提过这个对吧?

told you about that, right?

Speaker 3

你有个懒屁股。

You got a lazy butthole.

Speaker 3

我可能有。

I might.

Speaker 3

嗯,我的医生说过

Well, my doctor was like

Speaker 2

我喜欢贝卡做了个收紧的动作,对。

I like that Becca did like a clenching with Yeah.

Speaker 2

Her

Speaker 3

就好像她,你知道的,她有个

as if she's like, you know, she's got a

Speaker 2

孩子,所以她就在肛门里。

child, so she's in the butthole.

Speaker 3

她懂的。

She knows.

Speaker 0

进过屁股。

Been in butts.

Speaker 0

嗯,我

Well, I

Speaker 3

没有,所以不像汽车旅馆。

don't so it's not like a motel.

Speaker 3

不像是在推进事情。

It's not like moving it along.

Speaker 3

更像是,对,像是一种释放。

It's like, yeah, it's like a a release.

Speaker 3

我这辈子从没有过自然排便的冲动。

There's no I've never had the urge to poop ever naturally, like, in my life.

Speaker 3

所以肯定有问题。

So something is going on.

Speaker 0

我朋友梅根被告知这是某种肛门阀门或机制失效了。

My friend Megan was told it's like some sort of valve or mechanism at your anus that just doesn't work as well.

Speaker 0

你可以做个手术把它修好。

And you can have a surgery where they fix it.

Speaker 0

真的吗?

Really?

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

哦,我喜欢这个。

Oh, I love that.

Speaker 3

我爱2026年。

I love a 2026.

Speaker 0

我是说,我讨厌你已经看了75个医生,而我居然还是你生活中最了解情况的人。

I mean, I hate that you've seen 75 doctors, and I am like still the most informed person of your life.

Speaker 3

哦,听着,这就是我的人生故事。

Oh, I mean, listen, story of my life.

Speaker 3

但后来我做X光检查时还发现一件事,就是我有个胆结石,之前完全不知道。

But then another thing that I that I found out while I did this x-ray is I have a gallstone that I had no idea about.

Speaker 3

这可能会给你的孕期带来大麻烦。

And that can cause big problems in your pregnancy.

Speaker 3

但我的医生说,我们暂时不打算摘除它,以防万一它确实是个问题——而这确实可能在孕期发生,到时候你可能得做急诊手术。

But then my doctor was like, we're not going to remove it in case it is a problem, which it could be in your pregnancy and you might have to have emergency surgery.

Speaker 3

所以我现在就这样了。

So here I am.

Speaker 3

哇哦。

Wow.

Speaker 2

我觉得给你看病的医生水平

I feel like the level of doctor that sees you is

Speaker 0

但这是那种,你知道,如果工作的话,懂吗?

But is it the type of thing where, you know, if work, you know?

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

对。

Yes.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

就像,每个人对文森扫描的理由都是这样的。

Like, everyone's justification for Prenuco scan is like And

Speaker 2

他们就说,哦,我有个情况。

they're like, oh, I have a thing.

Speaker 2

我就说,但你你猜你会没事的。

And I'm like, but you you would be fine, I guess.

Speaker 2

对。

Right.

Speaker 3

但我想胆结石通常会有症状。

But I guess the thing with gallstones is they usually have symptoms.

Speaker 3

比如,你通常的(结石)很大,而我的更大。

Like, you usually and mine's big.

Speaker 3

我的结石就像...嗯,我问了ChatGPT,它说这是非常大的胆结石。

Mine's like a well, I asked Chad GPT and it's like, this is a very large gallstone.

Speaker 3

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 3

不过话说回来,我现在正致力于解决我的肛门问题。

But anyways, so now I'm on the journey to figure out how to fix my butthole.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

2026年的肛门问题。

Butthole twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2

祝你好运。

Good luck to Good.

Speaker 0

谢谢。

Thank you.

Speaker 0

字面意义上的肛门之门。

Butthole gate literally.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我接下来继续。

I'll go next.

Speaker 2

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 2

你有没有一个

Do you have a

Speaker 3

那是...我是说,我这周过得挺糟的。

is that that's a good I mean, my bad week.

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 3

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 3

所有事情都堆在一起了。

It's just all rolled into one.

Speaker 3

你懂的吧?

You know?

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我想我想这件事的好处是你没有任何问题。

I figured I figured the good part of that was that you don't have any Yeah.

Speaker 0

比如胃穿孔。

Like a hole in stomach.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我胃上有个洞。

A hole in my stomach.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

没错。

Exactly.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

呃,我这一周过得不错,虽然有点不好意思承认——你知道当你沉迷于Instagram的算法推荐时,我最近就陷进去了。

Well, my good week is I I'm embarrassed to admit this, but you know when you get, like, on an algorithm on Instagram and I got into this recently.

Speaker 0

我之前提到过,我在研究自己的色彩季节类型。

You know, I talked about finding out what my color, my seasons were.

Speaker 0

知道吗,你是冷春型。

You know, you're a cool spring.

Speaker 0

你是柔秋型。

You're a soft autumn.

Speaker 0

现在正流行这种色彩分析风潮。

So there's this whole movement happening with, like, color analysis.

Speaker 0

我深入研究后,相关账号就一个接一个地推荐给我。

And I went so deep and I kept having account after account after account show up.

Speaker 0

然后我就想,你知道吗?

And I was like, you know what?

Speaker 0

你知道那种感觉吗,当你觉得自己丑爆了的时候,就会想,肯定是因为我没穿对颜色。

You know when you're just feeling so fugly, you're like, it must be because I'm just not wearing the right colors.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

就像,你知道,这太疯狂了。

You're like, you know, it's crazy.

Speaker 2

我一直穿这些米色衣服。

I've been wearing all of this beige Yeah.

Speaker 2

穿了这么久,对我的肤色毫无帮助。

For such a long time, and it's just doing nothing for my skin.

Speaker 3

说到这个,Lady Gang刚开始也是这样。

Also talk about the beginning of Lady Gang like that.

Speaker 3

那时候流行驼色。

It was like the camel.

Speaker 3

我们以前天天穿驼色。

We all were wearing camel all the time.

Speaker 3

就像那次,我记得我们去看湖人队比赛时,全都穿着驼色套装。

Like that's such a I remember when we went to that Lakers game, we were all in camel outfit.

Speaker 2

米色。

Beige.

Speaker 2

但有些人穿这个颜色

But some people that is a good

Speaker 3

很好看。

color for.

Speaker 3

我不行。

Not me.

Speaker 0

所以还是有很多人适合的。

So there are many people.

Speaker 0

说实话,灰褐色是我很衬肤色的颜色之一。

I mean I mean, to be honest with you, taupe is one of my good colors.

Speaker 2

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 2

好吧,不管怎样你继续你的研究吧。

Well, whatever you continue with your research.

Speaker 2

我看到你在手机上滑动浏览。

I can see you on your you're scrolling on your phone.

Speaker 2

你有信息要分享。

You have information to share.

Speaker 0

我有信息。

I have information.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以我找到了这位女士。

So I found this woman.

Speaker 0

她是英国人。

She's British.

Speaker 0

我当时正在三小时的车程中。

And I was, like, in a I was on a three hour car ride.

Speaker 0

那天是感恩节,我就想,干脆咬咬牙花250美元给这个女人发我的照片,条件是让她不要卖掉它。

It was Thanksgiving, and I just was like, I think I'm gonna just bite the bullet and spend $250 to send this woman my picture for her to not sell it.

Speaker 3

即使面对面也不行吗?

Even in person?

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

不行。

No.

Speaker 0

他们不需要当面见你。

They don't need to see you in person.

Speaker 0

于是我就给了她我的Instagram账号,发了一些照片,诸如此类的。

And so I gave her, like, my Instagram and, like, account my my Instagram, and I sent her some pictures and blah blah blah blah blah.

Speaker 0

这全都与你的底色、眼睛颜色与皮肤和头发的对比度有关。

And it all has to do with, like, what your undertones are and what the contrast of your eye color versus your skin and your hair.

Speaker 0

据说这非常深入。

It's so in-depth allegedly.

Speaker 0

结果发现,姐妹们,我想让你们知道这些色彩分析存在一些差异,因为它确实相当...

So it turns out and lady gang, I want you to there's there is some, you know, discrepancies in these color analysis because it is quite

Speaker 2

因为她从未在现实生活中见过你。

because she's never met you in real life.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以我是

So I am

Speaker 2

你居然在感恩节从汽车前座发短信,把自己的照片发给另一个国家的女人。

a You don't say you texting from the front seat of your car on Thanksgiving some photos of yourself to a woman in another country.

Speaker 0

真是骗局。

What a scam.

Speaker 0

所以我的色彩季节是夏季。

So my color season is summer.

Speaker 0

哦,你原来是这么想的吗?

Oh, is that what you thought?

Speaker 0

我是柔夏型肤色。

I am a soft summer.

Speaker 0

不记得了。

Don't remember.

Speaker 0

我说我几个月前问过ChatGPT我是什么类型的人。

I said I was I asked chat GBT a couple months ago what I was.

Speaker 0

他们告诉我一个答案,我在播客里也提到过。

They told me I was one thing I talked about on the podcast.

Speaker 0

然后有人给女士帮发了私信,他们说:'不,贝卡不是这种类型。'

Then somebody sent a DM to the lady gang and they were like, no, Becca's not this.

Speaker 0

她是这种类型的。

She's a this.

Speaker 0

所以姑娘们,我确实希望你们能发私信给我。

So girls, I do want you to send DMs.

Speaker 0

如果你认为我实际上并非柔夏型

If you think that I am not in fact a soft summer

Speaker 3

管它什么意思呢。

Whatever that means.

Speaker 0

意思是我的底色相当中性,但偏冷色调。

It means that my undertones are pretty neutral, but they lean cool.

Speaker 3

所以她发了

So she sent

Speaker 2

我相信这点,因为我感觉你穿祖母绿最好看,

me believe that because I think you look prettiest in, like, an emerald,

Speaker 0

不,蓝色,比如你

no blue, like, you

Speaker 3

穿的是紫色。

wore purple.

Speaker 0

夏季。

Summer.

Speaker 0

那不是柔夏色系。

That's not soft summer colors.

Speaker 0

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

所以我查看了你的照片和Instagram。

So my I have looked at your photos and Instagram.

Speaker 0

最适合你的颜色是。

Best flattering colors are.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yep.

Speaker 0

告诉我们吧。

Tell us.

Speaker 0

这个就像是...好吧。

Here's this here's just like a okay.

Speaker 0

它就像潘通色卡一样。

It it it's like it's like pantone swatches.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

简直就是绿色。

Literally green.

Speaker 2

我刚说了蓝绿色。

I just said green blue.

Speaker 0

嗯,你说了祖母绿。

Well, you said you said an emerald.

Speaker 2

哦,这些是

Oh, these are

Speaker 0

你的颜色?

your colors?

Speaker 0

我根本不应该穿黑色。

I'm not supposed to be wearing black at all.

Speaker 0

我穿牛仔装很好看

I look great in a denim

Speaker 3

黑色高领毛衣或高领毛衣。

in a black turtleneck or a turtleneck.

Speaker 0

伙计们,我开始明白了。

You guys, I started to understand.

Speaker 0

也许就是这种情况,你一直看下去就会开始相信。

Maybe it was just this type of thing where you just keep watching and you start to believe.

Speaker 0

但你知道,在这些账号上,他们展示人们穿着特定颜色的样子,你就会想,天啊。

But she you know, on these accounts, they're, like, showing people in certain colors, and you're like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 0

那个人胸前披着这种颜色,比另一种颜色看起来漂亮多了。

That person is so much prettier with just this one color draped over their chest versus this other color.

Speaker 0

所以我正在探索中。

So I'm on my journey.

Speaker 0

显然,我今天才开始,因为我衣橱里一件符合我适合颜色分类的衣服都没有。

Clearly, I didn't start it today because I owe nothing in my approved color category.

Speaker 0

他们还会告诉你,你能描述一下这些颜色吗?

And they also tell you what Can you just describe the colors?

Speaker 2

因为你已经给我们展示过了。

Because you showed us.

Speaker 2

我是说,我知道他们没在看

I mean, I know they're not watching on

Speaker 0

YouTube,因为上面写着柔白、云灰、薰衣草灰、粉蓝、道奇蓝、午夜蓝、板岩灰、浅黄、淡黄、淡粉、暗粉、玫瑰木色——这颜色我都不认识

YouTube because it's Soft white, cloud gray, lavender gray, powder blue, dodger blue, midnight, slate gray, light yellow, pale yellow, pastel pink, dusky pink, rosewood, which is like a I don't know.

Speaker 0

树莓红,珊瑚粉。

Raspberry, coral pink.

Speaker 0

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 0

我最适合的中性色:灰褐色、可可色、灰色、柔白色、冰灰色、冷海军蓝、牛仔蓝、鸽灰色和鼠尾草绿。

My best neutrals, taupe, cocoa, gray, soft white, icy gray, cool navy, denim, dove gray, and sage.

Speaker 2

你穿牛仔蓝很好看。

You look great in denim.

Speaker 2

你穿牛仔套装确实很好看。

You do have like, you look great in a, like, a denim set.

Speaker 2

而我模仿你这种造型时就没那么好看,这让我很困扰。

Whereas when I when I copy that look of yours, I don't look as good, and it bothers me.

Speaker 2

我觉得自己不是柔夏型人。

And I think I'm not a soft summer.

Speaker 0

现在你知道了。

Now you know.

Speaker 0

去做你的个人色彩分析吧。

To do yours, your color analysis.

Speaker 0

他们还会告诉你应该使用的腮红颜色、唇色、眼影色,以及适合你的发色。

They also tell you the blush colors you're supposed to use, the lip colors, the eye shadows, the hair colors that you're supposed to go with.

Speaker 0

但我该穿什么呢?

But what am supposed wear?

Speaker 0

发色。

Hair color.

Speaker 0

发色。

Hair color.

Speaker 0

所以,如果你要染棕色,应该选冷色调的棕色。

So so here's the if if you're going brown, a cool brown.

Speaker 0

就是说,有冷色调和暖色调之分。

So there's, like, cool and warm.

Speaker 0

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

而暖色调更像是那种带黄的金色系。

And warm is, like, more in that, like, yellowy golden whatever.

Speaker 3

我不

I'm not

Speaker 0

该那么做。

supposed to do that.

Speaker 0

至于金发,应该选择冷色调的金发颜色。

For blonde, cool blonde hair colors.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我是说,我本可以免费告诉你这个的。

I mean, I could have told you that for no dollars.

Speaker 2

好吧,

Well,

Speaker 0

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 0

但是,你知道,我只是真的很想知道为什么我这么丑。

But, you know, it's just I really wanted to know why I was so ugly.

Speaker 0

但显然,不是因为这个。

But, apparently, it's not this.

Speaker 0

这不是原因。

This isn't the reason.

Speaker 3

那是因为因为你没晒黑。

It's because it's because you don't have a tan.

Speaker 0

但我本来就不该晒黑,因为我没有这个条件,这也是为什么这对我来说是合理的解释。

But I'm not supposed to tan because I don't have and this is why also this is what makes sense to me.

Speaker 0

我喷了美黑喷雾后看起来并不好看。

I don't look great with a spray tan.

Speaker 0

我看起来状态不佳是因为我的底色不是金色的。

I don't look my best because my undertones are not golden.

Speaker 2

本该如此。

Supposed to be.

Speaker 2

我知道。

I know.

Speaker 2

你是个相当白皙的女孩。

You are a pretty pale girl.

Speaker 0

这真烦人。

It's annoying.

Speaker 0

本来就该白。

Supposed to be pale.

Speaker 0

所以对我来说很不幸,在泳装季节这真是件扫兴的事。

So unfortunately for me during swimsuit season, that is a that is a bummer.

Speaker 0

但这也正是为什么你在使用美黑产品时要注意,紫色底色与橙色调之类的区别。

But that is also why you have to go when you do tanners, a purple undertone versus like an orangey whatever.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

总之,就是

Anyways, that's

Speaker 2

是个漫长的

Was a long

Speaker 3

你那250美元花得值吗?

it worth your $250?

Speaker 3

完全不值,各位。

Absolutely not, you guys.

Speaker 3

完全不值。

Absolutely not.

你知道她也把东西放进Chat GBT里。

You know she just puts it into chat GBT too.

Speaker 3

当然。

Of course.

Speaker 2

当然。

Of course.

Speaker 2

但那正是我可爱的小购物习惯,真的很萌。

But that's what I pretty little, like, shopping thing, which is really cute.

Speaker 2

所以恭喜你。

So congratulations.

Speaker 3

她特意为你精心搭配了

She aesthetically put it together for you in

Speaker 0

嗯。

a Yeah.

Speaker 2

好消息是,你现在知道柔和的薰衣草色是夏季色了。

Good week is that you now know soft soft lavender is summer.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

而你的倒霉周是因为浪费了250美元,还是说你确实过得很糟?

And your bad week is that you wasted $250 or do you have bad week

Speaker 0

也是吗?

as well?

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

我的倒霉周是因为现在是圣诞贺卡季。

My bad week is that it's Christmas card season.

Speaker 3

哦,天啊。

Oh, god.

Speaker 3

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 3

你要寄它们

Are you sending them

Speaker 0

是寄出去还是收进来?

out or gathering them?

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

没有。

Not.

Speaker 0

这就是我对每个人都有意见的原因。

This is what I've got a bone to pick with everyone.

Speaker 0

听着,做你想做的事吧。

Listen, do what you wanna do.

Speaker 0

听好了,做你真心想做的事。

I'm not gonna yuck anyone's yum.

Speaker 0

我那位每周工作八百万小时的律师姐姐告诉我,她寄圣诞贺卡纯粹是因为享受这个创作过程。

My sister who's like, she works eight million hours a week as an attorney, she tells me that her Christmas card is just because she enjoys the creative process.

Speaker 0

而且她喜欢有个借口能让家人聚在一起,每年拍一张好照片。

And she likes the excuse to get her family together and take one nice picture a year.

Speaker 2

百分百同意。

A 100%.

Speaker 2

我明白了。

I got it.

Speaker 0

我不是在扫你的兴。

I'm not jucking your yum.

Speaker 0

但如果你需要发短信问我地址——别发,我们关系还没近到能收你圣诞贺卡的程度。

But if you need to text me for my address Don't send we're not close enough to re receiving your Christmas card.

Speaker 0

如果你从没来过我家,那今年圣诞节我也不想收到你家10岁和12岁孩子的照片摆在我壁炉上。

If you've never been to my home, I don't want a picture of your 10 and 12 year old children on my mantle this Christmas season.

Speaker 0

另外我要说,这实在算不上什么环保行为。

Also, I will argue that it's not exactly the most eco friendly thing to be doing.

Speaker 0

现在我们有Instagram了。

We have Instagram now.

Speaker 0

我能看到你家孩子的照片。

I can see your kids.

Speaker 0

我真正好奇的是想看看你家青春期孩子的牙套效果如何。

If I'm really curious is to see, like, how the braces worked out for your preteen.

Speaker 0

我可以上Instagram看看小斯宾塞的牙齿现在什么样。

I can go on Instagram and see how little Spencer's teeth are looking.

Speaker 0

但你知道吗?

But guess what?

Speaker 0

我根本不在乎。

I don't care.

Speaker 3

嗯,我知道。

Well, I know.

Speaker 3

圣诞贺卡的艺术已经...好吧,谈不上艺术了。

It's like the art of the Christmas card has well, not the art.

Speaker 3

因为我其实很喜欢这种艺术形式

Because I I love the art

Speaker 2

因为它现在让事情变得如此简单。

because It made I so easy now.

Speaker 2

就像那些品牌,他们在Facebook上打广告说'你想成为什么样的人',然后你就想把照片塞进去,配上点金色箔片装饰,营造节日气氛。

Like, all those brands, they're like, you you wanna be you get the ad on Facebook and you're like, I wanna pop my photos in here with, a little gold foil merry merry.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

但这确实是真的。

But it's it's true.

Speaker 3

就像根本没人会在意别人的圣诞贺卡。

It's like nobody gives a shit at all about anybody else's Christmas cards.

Speaker 3

但我是说,过去三年我一直在JCPenney做贺卡,这就像是我们的小传统。

But I I mean, I've been doing the JCPenney ones for the past three year three years, and that's like our little tradition.

Speaker 3

但这并不是认真的。

But like, it's not serious.

Speaker 3

就像个玩笑。

It's like a joke.

Speaker 3

对吧。

Right.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

那很有趣。

That's fun.

Speaker 0

就是这样,没人需要更新。

That's it like, nobody needs an update.

Speaker 2

贝卡还是讨厌它。

Becca still hates it.

Speaker 2

好吧,

Well,

Speaker 3

我知道她还是讨厌它。

I know she still hates it.

Speaker 0

没关系。

That's fine.

Speaker 0

讨厌它。

Hate it.

Speaker 0

我只是不讨厌它。

I just I don't hate it.

Speaker 0

我只是感觉我不确定。

I just feel like I don't know.

Speaker 0

我无法描述为什么它让我如此激动,但我只是会

I I can't describe why I'm so triggered by it, but I just I'll

Speaker 2

告诉你为什么它让我激动。

tell you why I'm triggered by it.

Speaker 2

谢谢你提起这个,因为我也再也不收圣诞贺卡了。

Thank you for bringing this up because I also am no longer accepting Christmas cards.

Speaker 2

因为我最近彻底清理了我的房子。

Because I recently did an entire clean out of my house.

Speaker 2

我正在像躲避瘟疫一样大扫除。

I am purging like it's the plague.

Speaker 2

我翻出了圣诞收纳盒,却不知道每年该怎么处理那些圣诞贺卡。

And I went on my Christmas box, and I don't know what to do with the Christmas cards every year.

Speaker 2

所以我保留了它们大约二十年。

So I have kept them all for like twenty years.

Speaker 2

它们跟着我搬了好几次家。

They've moved houses with me.

Speaker 2

It

Speaker 0

把它们寄回给原主。

made Send them back to the people.

Speaker 2

这让我意识到自己不是个称职的朋友。

It made me realize that I am not a good friend.

Speaker 2

基本上我当时就想:哦,菲拉黛特,以后别联系了。

And basically, I was like, oh, Philadette, don't talk to you anymore.

Speaker 2

哦,凯文,你自己玩去吧。

Oh, Kevin, go yourself.

Speaker 2

我简直就像在说,这些把我列入圣诞名单的人,觉得我足够重要,而我却已经不再和你们联系了。

I literally was like, all these people who thought I was important enough to be on their Christmas list, I don't even talk to you anymore.

Speaker 2

对我来说这没什么,但当时我到底在想什么,居然打算一直保留着

And that's fine with me, but what was I thinking that I was gonna hang on

Speaker 0

这些圣诞贺卡和一些我不知道该怎么处理的东西。

to this Christmas card and some I don't know what to do with them.

Speaker 0

你觉得把它们扔掉很过意不去。

You feel bad throwing them out.

Speaker 0

我几乎立刻就把它们扔掉了。

I throw them away almost immediately.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

只是

It just

Speaker 2

这让我意识到,就像,我正在清理圣诞贺卡和生活中的人,好吧。

made me realize that, like, I'm purging Christmas cards and people out of my life and, like, okay.

Speaker 2

再见。

Bye.

Speaker 3

回见。

See you.

Speaker 3

他们真的

That they're they're really

Speaker 2

对谁都不是圣诞节。

Christmas to no one.

Speaker 3

这就是我的两类人。

There's my two types of people.

Speaker 3

一类人会把所有贺卡贴在冰箱上,然后说,看我朋友多多啊,或者特别在意这个的人。

There's the people that will put them up on their fridge, all of them, and be like, look at how many friends I have or whatever that really cares.

Speaker 3

另一类人会立刻把它们扔掉。

And then it's the people that throw them away immediately.

Speaker 3

所以

So

Speaker 0

是啊。

yeah.

Speaker 0

我也想说,这可能很有问题,但我对那些如今动辄就为学校用'节日快乐'而非'圣诞快乐'而大发雷霆的母亲们实在难以理解。

Can I also this might be really problematic, but I have a real problem with the mothers these days who get really up in arms about how their school is making everything happy holidays and not Merry Christmas?

Speaker 0

所以有很多妈妈...我也不清楚。

So there's a lot of mom I don't know.

Speaker 0

就像,也许等你有了孩子,杰克,你就会发现有这么一类妈妈群体,她们一方面对学校里的事过度插手,另一方面...你得照照镜子问问自己,为什么对'节日快乐'和'圣诞快乐'的差别如此耿耿于怀。

Like, maybe once you have a a kid, Jack, you'll see that there's this, like, subgroup of moms who get, a, too involved in what's happening in school, but, b, I'm like, you really have to look in the mirror at yourself and see why you have such an issue with it being happy holidays versus merry Christmas.

Speaker 0

你明白我的意思吗?

Do you know what I'm saying?

Speaker 0

就像...人们会生你的气,比如像犹太裔这类人。

Like, as Like, people are mad at you, like Jewish light person.

Speaker 3

对啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

所以,在公立学校里,你们应该承认并非所有人都在庆祝相同的节日。

So, yeah, in a public school, you're supposed to, like, acknowledge that not everybody is celebrating the same things.

Speaker 0

并非所有人都在向同一个神明祈祷。

Not everybody is praying to the same thing.

Speaker 0

甚至不是所有人都会去教堂,政教分离是有原因的,我不想在这里谈论政治。

Not everybody is even like, so church and state is separated for a reason, and I'm not gonna get political here.

Speaker 0

但多年前我们就决定不说'圣诞快乐',以免让不庆祝圣诞节的孩子感到被排斥。

But we made a decision years ago to not alienate children who don't celebrate Christmas to say happy holidays.

Speaker 0

这可以是新年、感恩节之类的节日。

And that could be like the New Year, Thanksgiving.

Speaker 0

总之这是一个节日季。

Just it's a season.

Speaker 0

而那些妈妈们却为此大动肝火,以至于不能在公立学校做圣诞主题的

And the moms that have gotten their panties in such a wad that they can't do Christmas themed

Speaker 3

活动。

things at the public schools.

Speaker 3

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 3

我理解反了。

I was getting this opposite.

Speaker 2

哦,好吧。

Oh, okay.

Speaker 3

就像,这真是个奇怪的立场去坚持

Was like, this is such a weird hill to die

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

你看,他们的立场太

They're see, their hell is so

Speaker 4

奇怪了。

weird to die on.

Speaker 4

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

不能有圣诞老人。

Can't have Santa.

Speaker 3

谁在乎啊?

Who gives a shit?

Speaker 3

他们因为必须说'不'而生气,他们

They're upset that they have to say, no, they're

Speaker 0

全都兴奋不已

all excited

Speaker 3

他们居然还有圣诞节。

that they have Christmas.

Speaker 3

圣诞快乐。

Merry Christmas.

Speaker 3

他们不满的是,

They're upset that in,

Speaker 0

比如学校的庆祝活动。

like, the school festivities.

Speaker 0

他们把活动办成节日派对,但其实只是个不分宗教的假期庆祝活动。

They're making it holiday parties and, like, not it's it's just an a nondenominational excel celebration of holidays.

Speaker 0

他们说,我们不能办圣诞派对。

They're like, we can't have a Christmas party.

Speaker 0

我们不能搞圣诞老人那套。

We can't do Santa.

Speaker 0

我们不能这样那样。

We can't do blah blah blah.

Speaker 0

我就说,不行。

And I'm like, no.

Speaker 0

你们这是在公立学校,那里有孩子们

You're out of public school, and there are children there

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

他们不庆祝圣诞节,也不相信圣诞老人。

Who don't celebrate Christmas and who don't believe in Santa.

Speaker 0

所以我觉得那些在这个问题上死磕到底、在这个季节里小题大做的人,挺有意思的。

So I just think the people that are dying on this hill and get their panties in a wad during this season, it's it's interesting.

Speaker 0

同样有趣的是看到那些在节日贺卡季特别固执己见的人,他们坚持在卡片上写'圣诞快乐'。

It's also interesting to see the people who really dig their heels in during holiday card season, and they write Merry Christmas on their cards.

Speaker 0

所以,你知道,这只是我的一个观察。

So, you know, it's just an observation I have.

Speaker 0

嗯,这就像是,你自己私下做就行了

Well, it's just like, do it in your own

Speaker 3

时间,和其他一切一样。

time, like everything else.

Speaker 3

就像,没人拦着你。

Like, it's nobody stopping you.

Speaker 3

你可以在自己家里或自己的空间里做这些事。

You've got to be doing it on your own house or in your own space.

Speaker 2

我同意。

I agree.

Speaker 2

还有,我刚看了广播节目《圣诞奇观》。

Also, like, I just saw the radio show the Christmas Spectacular.

Speaker 2

你知道吗?

And you know what?

Speaker 2

如果你不搞圣诞老人,你可以搞霜仙子。

If you don't do Santa, you do the frost fairies.

Speaker 2

好吧,这是为所有人准备的。

Okay, it's for everyone.

Speaker 2

我是说,其实并不完全是。

Mean, I it's not really.

Speaker 2

它非常以圣诞节为基础,但我只是

It's very Christmas based, but I'm just

Speaker 0

想说点什么让所有人都能参与。

saying Something for everyone.

Speaker 2

那里有一个霜仙子专区,就像霜仙子为这个节日季带来雪花那样。

There there is, like, a frost fairy section, which is like the frost fairies bring the snowflakes for this holiday season.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

没错。

Right.

Speaker 0

让我们在你孩子的教室里放个霜仙子吧。

Let's have a frost fairy in your kid's classroom.

Speaker 0

别再让孩子们想着带霜仙子来了。

Stop thinking kids about Bring the know frost fairy.

Speaker 0

圣诞树你可带不进来。

The Christmas tree you can't bring in.

Speaker 2

我一直在担心这件事。

I've been worried about this.

Speaker 3

或者去基督教学校。

Or go to a Christian school.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

各位,我简直说不完对Quince的喜爱。

Now from the beginning, almost from the beginning of ten years, I have been desperate for any type of attention from our community.

Speaker 2

我可以帮你接生孩子,给孩子取名,甚至帮你重写简历,只要你私信我。

I will birth your child, I will name your child, I will rewrite your resume for you if you DM me.

Speaker 2

我真的会直接发短信告诉你我穿的是哪款袜子。

I will literally like text you exact links to the sock I'm wearing.

Speaker 2

我愿意做任何事。

Like I will do anything.

Speaker 2

我混迹于每个群组,不断与你们交流,渴求认可。

I am in every group talking to you constantly needing validation.

Speaker 2

懂吗?

You know?

Speaker 2

这是我正在努力解决的一个根深蒂固的问题。

And this is a deep seated thing I'm working on.

Speaker 2

但我对每个人都是如此付出。

But I am so there for everyone.

Speaker 2

Lady Gang已经走过了十年。

It has been ten years of Lady Gang.

Speaker 2

十年来,从没有人像你们这群碧池关心Becca Tobin紧身裤里的私处那样关心过我这个Lady Gang成员。

No one has cared about me as a member of the Lady Gang the way you bitches have cared about Becca Tobin's vagina in her leggings.

Speaker 2

自从贝卡上这期播客说'我不想再穿紧身裤了',这三周我简直被信息淹没了。

I have been inundated for the three weeks since Becca came on this podcast and said, I don't wanna wear leggings anymore.

Speaker 2

为什么没有宽松的运动裤呢?

Why isn't there a workout loose pant?

Speaker 2

我的私信里全是'我们才不在乎你'这种话。

My DMs are literally like, we don't care about you.

Speaker 2

我知道贝卡不看私信,但如果你能转告她,这些Viore裤子会对她有帮助。

I know Becca doesn't check her DMs, but if you can let her know, these Viore pants will help her.

Speaker 2

我知道贝卡不看私信,但我有适合她的裤子。

I know Becca doesn't check her DMs, but I have the pant for her.

Speaker 2

Facebook、TikTok、Instagram、邮件列表、fempire的Gmail邮箱、回复新闻邮件

Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, mailing list, fempire dot Gmail, email, responding to the newsletter.

Speaker 2

人们关心你的私处问题比关心我多多了,贝卡。

People care more about your vagina flaps, Becca, than they ever have about me.

Speaker 2

你知道吗?

And you know what?

Speaker 2

我甚至都没告诉你解决方案。

I am not even I'm not even telling you the solution.

Speaker 2

如果你想要解决方案,得自己去私信里找。

If you want the solutions, you have to go in your own DMs.

Speaker 2

我本可以给你做个表格的。

I'm not even I could have made you a spreadsheet.

Speaker 2

我本可以把这些人说的都告诉你。

I could have given you everything these people are saying.

Speaker 2

但你们知道吗?

But you know what, guys?

Speaker 2

你们怎么不问问我下面过得怎么样?

Why don't you ask me how my vagina is?

Speaker 2

我那又肿又大的象鼻阴道。

My big bloated elephant Tontus vagina.

Speaker 2

她可能也需要帮助呢。

She might need help too.

Speaker 2

咆哮结束。

Rant over.

Speaker 2

好吧,

Well,

Speaker 0

我收到了一些私信,非常感谢大家对我阴道和打底裤的关心。

I have received a few DMs, and thank you all so much for your concern about my vagina and leggings.

Speaker 0

我本来打算向社区更新情况,但你们知道的,如果你们想度过愉快的一周,我可以稍后再回来告诉你们我的发现。

And I have I was gonna update the community, but, you know, if you wanna do your good week, I can circle back on this and tell you what I've discovered.

Speaker 2

不行。

No.

Speaker 2

现在就告诉我们。

Tell us now.

Speaker 2

我是说,立刻给他们答案吧。

I mean, let's instantly let's give it to them.

Speaker 0

非常感谢大家发来的链接和建议。

So thank you all so much for sending over links and ideas.

Speaker 0

信不信由你,我确实看了这些私信,Kelty。

And believe it or not, I did open these DMs, Kelty.

Speaker 0

有趣的是,你确实提到了Viore。

And you mentioned funny enough, you did mention Viore.

Speaker 0

虽然他们不是Lady Gang的赞助商(尽管他们应该是),因为我觉得那是我最喜欢的运动裤选择,因为它是非常轻薄透气的棉质面料。

And they are not a sponsor of the lady gang, though they should be, because I think that that is my favorite track pant option because it is a very thin, thin, thin, like cotton.

Speaker 0

而且很棒的是它不厚重。

And it's nice because it's not a thick.

Speaker 0

所以Lululemon寄给我的几条裤子,虽然我有几件,但都稍微有点太厚实、版型太硬挺了。

So the Lululemon's people had sent me, I have a couple pairs of them, and they're just a little too thick and a little too, like, structured.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

而且我觉得它们透气性没那么好。

And they, like, don't breathe as much, I feel like.

Speaker 0

确实不透气。

They don't.

Speaker 0

所以Viore这款裤子就像黄油般丝滑舒适。

And so the Viore is a beautiful, like, butter.

Speaker 0

明白吗?

Okay?

Speaker 0

而且它们对矮个子来说长度刚好,还提供加长款适合高个子,我觉得这点很贴心包容。

And they're also short enough for shorties, and they do make a long length for long legs, which I think is nice and inclusive of them.

Speaker 2

Jack,你正在查这个牌子想买吗?

Jack, are you looking them up right now so you can shop them?

Speaker 3

呃,我正在试着找它。

Well, I'm trying to find it.

Speaker 3

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 0

然后...好的。

And then Okay.

Speaker 0

因为我也想要这个。

Because I want this too.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不过杰克,我不确定你会不会喜欢,因为裤腰高度不一定是我喜欢的那种

You're gonna I don't know if you're gonna like them though, Jack, because the rise isn't necessarily like I like a

Speaker 3

现在流行低腰款。

low rise now these days.

Speaker 0

嗯,算是中腰吧。

Well, it's kind of a mid.

Speaker 0

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 0

我想你可以随心所欲地穿它们。

I guess you could wear them wherever you want.

Speaker 0

总之,这是我很喜欢的一个澳洲品牌。

Anyways and then also, it's an Australian brand that I love.

Speaker 0

我超爱他们家的运动服,PE Nation。

I love their workout clothes in general, PE Nation.

Speaker 2

哦,是的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2

我听说过这个。

I've heard of this.

Speaker 0

他们还有一款很棒的运动裤。

And they have a great track pant.

Speaker 0

不过它稍微厚一点,所以你不适合穿着它做大量出汗的有氧运动。

Granted, it is a little bit thicker, so you're not gonna wanna do, like, a lot of cardio where you're sweating.

Speaker 0

但对于举重日、普拉提或类似性质的运动来说,这确实是条非常棒的裤子,而且他们有很多可爱的款式可选。

But for, like, weight lifting days or Pilates or, you know, stuff in that of that nature, it is a really great, great pant, and they have a lot of really cute options.

Speaker 0

我买了一条黑色带豹纹侧边装饰的。

I got a black one with, like, a leopard trim down the side.

Speaker 0

你可以把它们拉高做成高腰款。

Like that you can hook them up to be high waisted.

Speaker 0

也可以把裤腰翻折下来,但如果你个子矮就需要改裤长——虽然这不是我最喜欢的事,但也没办法。

You can fold them down, but you do have to get them hemmed if you're short, which is, you know, still not my favorite thing, but it is what it is.

Speaker 0

这就是我身高的现实。

It's the reality of my height.

Speaker 0

我只是很开心。

And I just I'm happy.

Speaker 0

过去一周我的私处没有暴露在外,这种感觉很对。

My vagina has not been on display for the last week, and it feels right.

Speaker 3

你没试过我推荐的Aerie那款吗?

And you didn't try the Aerie ones that I recommended?

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

因为我太了解自己了,那种剪裁、那种廓形穿在我身上不好看。

Because I just know myself that cut, like, that silhouette on me is not good.

Speaker 0

看起来就像树干一样。

It just looks like tree trunks.

Speaker 0

我穿不了直筒裤。

Like, I can't have, like, a straight leg.

Speaker 0

就是,我需要它稍微,比如,要么是锥形的,要么是那种宽松的运动裤。

Like, I need it to be a little bit, like, either tapered or a a, like, a wider leg track pant.

Speaker 3

哦,Viore那款是锥形的吗?

Oh, are the Viore ones tapered?

Speaker 3

Viore那款

The Viore ones

Speaker 0

是锥形的。

are tapered.

Speaker 0

它就像那种标准的,脚踝处收口的。

There it's like a proper, like, cinched at the ankle.

Speaker 3

哦,我还是想试试看。

Oh, I still wanna try them.

Speaker 2

祝你好运。

Godspeed.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

嗯,我所谓的好周其实也是我的坏周。

Well, my good week is I also that's my bad week.

Speaker 2

我的好周也和贝卡有关。

I my good week is also to do with Becca.

Speaker 2

我,成功教练,完全清楚你接下来的人生该做什么。

I, success coaching, know exactly what you should do next with your life.

Speaker 2

我最近去了纽约。

I was recently in New York.

Speaker 2

我在百老汇看了《死亡成为爵士》,其实我看了三场百老汇演出。

I saw Death Become Sir on well, I saw three Broadway shows.

Speaker 2

其中两场糟透了。

Two of them were terrible.

Speaker 2

有一场很棒。

One of them was great.

Speaker 2

我在百老汇看了《死亡成为爵士》。

I saw Death Become Sir on Broadway.

Speaker 2

这是我一生中看过最精彩的音乐剧之一。

It is one of the most brilliant musicals I've ever seen in my life.

Speaker 2

你看过吗,贝卡?

Have you seen it, Becca?

Speaker 2

嗯-嗯。

Mm-mm.

Speaker 2

哦,首先我当时想的是,我其实不太想看这个。

Oh, first of all, I was like, I don't really wanna see this.

Speaker 2

电影版还行。

The movie was fine.

Speaker 2

我讨厌把电影改编成音乐剧。

Like, I hate a movie to musical.

Speaker 2

从来就没好过。

It never is good.

Speaker 2

音乐剧版更好,里面有女巫,还有魔法。

The musical is better, and it's got witches, and it's got magic.

Speaker 2

杰姬一定会喜欢的。

Jackie would love it.

Speaker 2

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 2

梅根·希尔蒂现在饰演的主角名叫贝卡·托宾。

The lead part that Megan Hilty is playing right now is Bekkah Tobin.

Speaker 2

就像,你注定要去看的,当他们演出时,他们需要因为梅根要在一月或二月离开了。

Like, it is you are meant to go, and when they do, they need because Megan is leaving in January or February or whatever.

Speaker 2

为了保持热度,他们还有米歇尔·威廉姆斯参演。

There's gonna be to keep it alive, because they have Michelle Williams also in it.

Speaker 2

为了维持票房,他们会进行明星客串演出。

To keep it alive, they're gonna do stunt casting.

Speaker 2

你必须出演这个角色。

You must play this part.

Speaker 0

我觉得我唱不了。

I don't think I can sing it.

Speaker 0

她能唱得像席琳·迪翁一样好。

She can sing like Celine Dion.

Speaker 2

不。

No.

Speaker 2

但问题就在这里。

But that's the thing.

Speaker 2

当然。

Sure.

Speaker 2

但你能唱是因为这就像是米歇尔·威廉姆斯的录音版本,实际上我觉得她的唱法更难。

But you can sing it because it's like she's singing it in, like it's Michelle Williams' track singing is actually harder, I think.

Speaker 2

我是说,梅根·希尔提是个很棒的歌手。

I mean, Megan Hilty is an amazing singer.

Speaker 2

没错。

Yes.

Speaker 2

但这个音轨实在太俏皮了。

But, like, this the track is so playful.

Speaker 2

有办法做到的

There's a way to do it.

Speaker 2

其实你不必那样做

Like, you wouldn't have to do it that way.

Speaker 2

你明白我的意思吗?

You know I mean?

Speaker 2

你知道的,就像...对

You know, like Yeah.

Speaker 2

你可以尝试不同的版本,比如贝卡那种演绎方式

You could do a different you could do the, like, the Becca version of it.

Speaker 2

但她实在太有个性了

But she's so sassy.

Speaker 2

我是说,她真的很有趣

I mean, it is she's so funny.

Speaker 2

她就是...虽然我不想这么说,你可能也不想重复做同样的事,但如果Kitty Wilde要演百老汇剧,她就是最佳人选

She is it's like, I hate to say, and you probably don't wanna do the same thing over and over again, but it's like, if Kitty Wilde then got a Broadway show, she is this girl.

Speaker 2

天啊,这简直太棒了。

And it is oh my god.

Speaker 2

真的太好了。

It is so good.

Speaker 2

我真的很希望你去试镜。

I really want you to audition.

Speaker 2

而且这部剧太精彩了。

And the show is amazing.

Speaker 2

而且,哦,这真是太棒了。

And, oh, it's so good.

Speaker 2

那些服装是由设计《魔法坏女巫》所有服装的那位设计师制作的。

And the costumes were made by the guy that did, like, all the wicked costumes.

Speaker 2

简直美极了。

It's just so beautiful.

Speaker 2

这就是我愉快的一周。

So that's my good week.

Speaker 0

你觉得我们该不该讨论一下,为什么罗克西·哈特这个角色总是落到别人手里而不是我们?

Do you think we should discuss how our role of Roxy Hart is keeps getting given away to everyone but us?

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

那还挺好笑的。

That was pretty funny.

Speaker 2

我觉得人们不知道你们试镜过。

I don't think people know that you auditioned.

Speaker 2

他们不知道吗?

They don't?

Speaker 2

不知道。

No.

Speaker 2

你从没提起过这事。

You never talked about it.

Speaker 0

哦,我没说过吗?

Oh, I didn't?

Speaker 0

哦,对啊。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 0

这是

It's

Speaker 2

一直是个大秘密。

been a hot secret.

Speaker 0

哦,我还以为我提过这事。

Oh, I thought I talked about it.

Speaker 3

我觉得没有。

I don't think so.

Speaker 0

嗯,这大概是一年前的事了。

Well, this was back probably a year ago.

Speaker 0

他们直接打电话给我经纪人,问‘她能来试镜吗?’

They just called, my manager and they were like, hey, can she come in?

Speaker 0

据我所知,除非你正在赢《与星共舞》或者突然爆红,否则这行的规矩就是这样。

The way it works, as far as I'm I'm understanding, is the way that it works is unless you're, you know, winning Dancing With The Stars or you're, like, some big hot thing.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 0

他们有一个备选名单,上面是可能扮演Roxy这个角色的人选。

They have, like, a running list of, like, people that could potentially play the role of Roxy.

Speaker 0

如果他们实在找不到人,名单翻到底,那就是我了。

If they get desperate enough and they get to the bottom of the list, there I am.

Speaker 0

但我必须去试镜

But I had to go in

Speaker 2

就在那些不会唱歌但能演Roxy的女孩名单上高一点点。

and Just a little bit above girls that can't sing that could play Roxy.

Speaker 0

就像中奖一样。

It's Bingo.

Speaker 0

这就是我的名单。

That's my list.

Speaker 0

所以我就去了。

So I went in.

Speaker 0

我得去,比如,完成那些材料,随便吧。

I had to, like, do the material, whatever.

Speaker 0

那很棒,但我清楚唯一能让我扮演Roxie Hart的机会,就是通过参加真人秀或另一档电视节目。

It was great, but I did know that there's the only world that I'm ever gonna ever be able to play Roxie Hart is if I do end up doing something like a reality show or another TV show.

Speaker 0

但即便是另一档电视节目,除非它特别火爆,是的。

But even another TV show, unless it's, like, a really hot show, Yeah.

Speaker 0

就像,没人会去看《实习医生格蕾》第87季的新医生跑去芝加哥演Roxy Hart。

Like, nobody's gonna go watch, like, the new doctor from Grey's Anatomy season 87, like, go play Roxy Hart in Chicago.

Speaker 0

你懂的

You know

Speaker 3

明白我的意思吗?

what I mean?

Speaker 3

必须要有话题度。

Has to be buzzy.

Speaker 3

必须

It has to

Speaker 0

要有话题性。

be buzzy.

Speaker 0

显然我需要,在我孩子因RSV住院时跳舞,然后才能让自己...这做法挺阴暗的。

I need to apparently, I needed to do, like, a dance while my kid was, you know, in the hospital with RSV to then, like, get myself to and this that was shady.

Speaker 0

那很无礼。

That was rude.

Speaker 0

那很无礼。

That was rude.

Speaker 3

我收回那句话。

I take it back.

Speaker 3

你知道的,她的黑子们会这么说。

It's you know, her haters would say.

Speaker 0

我不讨厌她,我完全理解。

I don't hate her, and I totally understand.

Speaker 0

她值得这一切。

She's deserving of this.

Speaker 0

她在《与星共舞》中表现惊艳,大放异彩。

She's crushing she crushed on Dancing With The Stars.

Speaker 0

她现在正在一档非常火热的真人秀节目上。

She's on a really hot reality show.

Speaker 0

她才华横溢,完全有理由出演罗克西·哈特这个角色。

There's no re and she's talented, so there's no reason she shouldn't be playing Roxie Hart.

Speaker 0

难道我希望自己没花近十年时间磨练技艺,确保自己能唱会跳还能演吗?

Do I wish I didn't spend, like, the better part of a decade honing my skills and, like, making sure I could sing and dance and act?

Speaker 0

其实在现实中,我本可以和丈夫在TikTok上轻松摇摆的。

Like, when it in in reality, I could have just been, like, soft swinging on TikTok with my husband.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 0

这对我来说难以接受,但总还有明年。

That is a hard pill for me to swallow, but there's always next year.

Speaker 3

就像我在群聊里说过的,这就是美国梦啊。

Well, like I did say in our group chat, it is the American dream.

Speaker 0

确实如此。

It is.

Speaker 0

她正在从

She's doing it from the

Speaker 2

第十一。

eleventh.

Speaker 2

我觉得你需要针对这个最薄弱环节的时刻深入剖析。

Feel like you I mean, you need to needle down on this weakest link moment.

Speaker 2

既然你已经接受了这个最薄弱环节的时刻,就该在其他节目上展现你风趣、疯狂又美丽的本色。

This weakest link moment, now that you've accepted it, you need to be going on other shows being your funny, crazy, beautiful self.

Speaker 2

然后你就能参加《与星共舞》之类的节目,最终重返百老汇。

Then you're gonna get, like, Dancing With The Stars or something like that, and then you're gonna get back to Broadway.

Speaker 2

可惜这就是必经之路。

I mean, it's just unfortunately, it's the it's the path.

Speaker 2

这种发展路径真的很烦人。

Like, it's the way things like, it's so annoying.

Speaker 2

它本不该这样,应该从另一个方向来,但现在不再如此了。

It shouldn't it should come from the other direction, but it doesn't anymore.

Speaker 2

太疯狂了。

It's wild.

Speaker 0

太疯狂了。

It's wild.

Speaker 0

我确实觉得在这一点上,随着

I do feel like at this point, with

Speaker 2

那些

the

Speaker 0

参加《与星共舞》的选手范围

range of people who do compete on Dancing with the Stars

Speaker 2

这是最火的节目。

It's the hottest show.

Speaker 2

它已经不再逊色了。

Like, it's not lame anymore.

Speaker 0

这太疯狂了。

It's crazy.

Speaker 0

一点也不差劲。

It's not lame.

Speaker 0

但是,我觉得自己至少还是有点影响力的。

But, like, I do feel like I am at least relevant.

Speaker 0

我曾经的影响力足以让人不会质疑'为什么贝卡·托宾会参加《与星共舞》?'

I was relevant enough at a time to where it wouldn't be like, why is Becca Tobin in Dancing With The Stars?

Speaker 0

比如,欧文和扎克·埃夫隆的弟弟那些人。

Like, whatever Erwin and and Zach Efron's brother.

Speaker 0

我觉得实际上,在参加《与星共舞》之前,我的明星指数可能就已经比他们高一点了,现在可能依然如此...我该怎么说呢?

Like, I think I actually had maybe my star meter was a little bit higher, maybe still before dancing with the stars that they how do I say this?

Speaker 0

我认为在本季《与星共舞》之前,我就已经比扎克·埃夫隆的弟弟更有名了。

I think I was more famous than Zac Efron's brother before this season of dancing with the stars.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

当你出演《欢乐合唱团》的时候

When you were on glee.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 2

No.

Speaker 2

你在说什么?

You're talking about?

Speaker 2

No.

Speaker 0

我是说,或者不是

I'm saying if Or no.

Speaker 0

在本季《与星共舞》之前,当扎克·埃夫隆的弟弟参赛时,是的

Before dancing with the stars this season when Zac Efron's brother competed Yeah.

Speaker 0

我确实认为在他参加这个节目之前,我可能比他更有名或更受关注

I do think that maybe I was more famous or relevant than him before he ever went on this show.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

但他当时因为上了《交易者》节目而备受关注。

But he was buzzy because he was on the Traders.

Speaker 0

就像,这很完美,但这就是我想说的。

Like, it's the perfect But that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 0

就像,在他上所有这些节目之前,为什么我不能去参加《交易者》呢?

Like, before he got on all of these shows, like, why couldn't I go on Traders?

Speaker 0

为什么扎克·埃夫隆的兄弟比我先接到邀请?

Why did Zach Efron's brother get the call before I did

Speaker 3

去参加《交易者》节目?

to be a Traders?

Speaker 3

那绝对是个非常随机的邀请,我觉得一开始就很奇怪。

That was definitely the That's like very random call, I feel like, to begin with.

Speaker 0

还有史蒂夫·欧文的儿子,他很可爱。

And and Steve Irwin's son, like, he's precious.

Speaker 0

但是,我觉得如果有人要组织一个品味制造者的晚宴,我应该会在名单上更靠前的位置

But, like, I think if somebody was, like, putting together, like, a a tastemaker's dinner, like, I think I would be higher on the list

Speaker 2

比你更有可能入选,但你从来都没想过要做这件事

than you're in it, but you were never will you never wanted to think do it.

Speaker 2

你可以的

You can.

Speaker 2

像凯文和珍娜那些人,有没有被邀请参加《与星共舞》,但没人愿意

Have, like, Kevin and Jenna and those people been approached to do Dancing With The Stars and nobody wants

Speaker 0

参加?

to do it?

Speaker 0

希瑟参加了,安柏还赢了比赛

Heather did it and Amber won it.

Speaker 2

没错

Right.

Speaker 2

所以,他们知道Gleaks表现不错

So, like, they know the Gleaks do well.

Speaker 2

你知道,而且我觉得时间已经够久了,你现在完全可以回归。

Like, you know, and and I also think it's been long enough that you could go back now.

Speaker 2

我认为这对你来说会是件很棒的事。

I think it's I think it would be amazing for you.

Speaker 2

我觉得这会非常有趣。

I would think it would love be really fun.

Speaker 2

我想那一定会特别好玩。

I think it would be really fun.

Speaker 2

我们每周都会来,还会带上所有名人朋友一起进舞厅。

And we would come every week, and we'd bring all of our celebrity friends into the ballroom.

Speaker 2

我是说...你懂的吧?

I'm I'm hoping this you know?

Speaker 2

迪娜·卡茨,就是那个...你懂的?

Dina Katz, who is the you know?

Speaker 2

谁啊?

Who?

Speaker 2

这么说吧,她是《交易者》和《与星共舞》的选角导演。

Let's just she's the casting director for Traders and Dancing with the Stars.

Speaker 3

哦,天哪。

Oh, damn.

Speaker 2

钥匙。

Keys.

Speaker 2

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

伙计们,我们得聊聊《Lady Gang》了。

Guys, we need to talk about Lady Gang.

Speaker 2

稍后回来时,我们将庆祝十年的辉煌成就。

When we come back, we're celebrating a decade of slay.

Speaker 2

本集《Lady Gang》由Progressive Insurance赞助播出。

This episode of Lady Gang is brought to you by Progressive Insurance.

Speaker 2

我们都知道生活中没时间处理那些琐事,比如确保以合适的价格买到合适的车险。

Now you know we don't have time in our lives for the mundane tasks, like making sure you have the right amount of car insurance for the right price.

Speaker 2

然后你看到广告就会想,等等。

And then you see the commercials and you're like, wait.

Speaker 2

我能在别处找到更优惠的价格。

I can get a better price somewhere else.

Speaker 2

但我没时间去做比价。

But I don't have time to do that.

Speaker 2

这听起来真是件麻烦事。

That seems like a real pain in the butt.

Speaker 2

不过,Progressive就喜欢帮助人们做出明智选择。

Well, Progressive loves to help people make smart choices.

Speaker 2

所以他们提供了名为'自动报价探索器'的工具。

That's why they offer a tool called Auto Quote Explorer.

Speaker 2

它能让你将Progressive的车险报价与其他公司的费率进行对比。

It allows you to compare your Progressive car insurance quote with rates from other companies.

Speaker 2

您可以节省调研时间,选择最适合您的费率还能享受优惠。

You can save time on the research, and you can enjoy savings when you choose the best rate for you.

Speaker 2

所以这期节目结束后不妨试试,当然是在progressive.com上。
