What first inspired you to pursue a career in global sales?

Well, I kind of fell into it a bit like other people.

And that was my first foray into the BPO industry and into sales.

Within two months, I'd signed quite a big player in the credit card payment space and had to travel over to The Philippines for it was meant to be originally for three months and I ended up staying there for twelve years.

When I moved into the space, we were doing something a little bit different, and we started targeting small to medium businesses and helping them leverage the global workforce at a reasonable cost.

Fast forward as we grew and the influence group to COVID and everybody had to learn quite quickly how to work remotely.

So in The Philippines, there's a culture.

When you work within a lot of Asia, particularly The Philippines, there's a culture where the staff and people want to say yes to you because they want to please you, they don't want to disappoint you.
