Today, I wanted to talk about something that's very light, something that doesn't, you know, stress anyone out or speed up their heart rate or cause anxiety or just makes anyone feel uncomfortable.

So today, let's talk about let's do something casual as if you met someone walking down the street and you both stop at a stoplight and you have nothing to talk about, but maybe the weather.

So right now, it's November, about to be December in California.

So in Northern California at that.

So that means that it's cloudy.

The ground is wet.

There There's mist in the air, and soon there will be a little bit more mist, what we will refer to as rain.

I would like to know how many of you guys enjoy the winter season.

I personally absolutely love winter.

For some reason excuse me.

For some reason, it seems to wash away the all the bad things.

It's it feels like a a new start for me.

Whenever it rains or it gets cold, the leaves begin to fall off the tree.

The tree is bare.

They I believe, like, the winter strips everyone bare of their shell that they they put up to maneuver in the world today.

所以我非常喜爱冬天。

So I absolutely love the winter.

And the mud outside, I know it makes a a mess, but it's still a beautiful thing, beautiful feeling to walk down the street with a cup of coffee from Starbucks or from Pete's Coffee or from any coffee place that you actually like, Phil's Coffee, and just walk down the street with some nice comfortable shoes, perhaps maybe some leather boots because you don't want water to penetrate your feet through your shoes, some nice denim jeans, perhaps a a nice t shirt with a sweater over that and a wool coat on top of that.

What color would the wood wool coat be?

And I would say it would be let's do a black or gray to match the the overcast.

And just imagine it, in peace, enjoying a great conversation, perhaps walking with someone that you asked to go on a walk with, or maybe you could be walking to work, from work, maybe you're in your lunch break, maybe you're on your way to school, maybe you are on your way back from school, maybe you're on your way to anywhere, but just enjoying the outdoors and the cold air that you breathe in, which helps your lungs relax a little.

凉爽的空气有种特别的作用，能带来很多帮助。

It's something about cool air that helps a lot.

但节日季到了，我的计划是待在家里，不再出去散步。

But the holiday season is here, and, I mean, I plan on sitting at home outside of going on my walks.

我是基督徒兼天主教徒，所以我会点亮圣诞树，煮上一杯咖啡，放些圣诞音乐，确保孩子们一整天都穿着舒适的圣诞睡衣，然后看一些让我们感觉特别美好的圣诞电影。

I'm a Christian slash Catholic, so I'm gonna light up the Christmas tree and put some coffee, put some coffee on, put on some Christmas music, let that play, make sure the kids are comfortable in their Christmas pajama wear all day, and watch some Christmas movies that make us feel really good.

这是我认为我们唯一能真正休息的时候。

This is the only time that I think we get a break.

Not the kind of break that we all think we need because, this time of year, you still have to shop.

You still have to relax.

You still have to stay positive.

You still have to look forward to something and make sure everyone around you is happy and cheerful and and, understand the meaning of Christmas, which is not necessarily for us.

It's for it's to celebrate Jesus' birthday.

So I love the winter season.

我也喜欢阳光，但阳光照射到我身体的成分太多了。

And and I love the sun too, but the sun, the it radiates my my my, the component to my body too much.

You know?

如果能感觉舒服，你就能获得维生素D，但我真的很喜欢寒冷的天气，也喜欢阴天。

It's like, if it can feel good, you get the vitamin d, but I really like cold weather, and I like the overcast.

It just really does something to me that makes me feel alive and cheerful.

也许我觉得是因为人们避开了户外活动。

And maybe I think it's because people avoid, I think people avoid the, the outdoors.

也许我只是一个外向的内向者。

And maybe I'm just a extroverted introvert.

我喜欢当人们避开、让街道空出来，给那些想散步并享受季节美景的人。

And I kinda like when people kinda, like, scary away and leave the streets for people who wanna walk and and enjoy the beautifulness of the the season.

所以，很多人待在室内。

So, yeah, a lot of people stay inside.

所以我觉得这就是我喜欢的原因。

So I think that's why I like it.

我可以出去走走，你知道，不会被任何人打扰。

I get to go out, you know you know, you're not bothered by anyone.

外出散步的人很少，十次里有九次，我可能和他们有共同点，因为如果只有少数人散步，这本身就能说明一些事情。

The few people who are out walking nine times out of 10, I probably have something in common with because if few people are walking, that would tell me something in itself.
