第574集 | 上帝能抚慰我受伤的心吗？

但说真的，到底会发生什么呢？就像你说的，无论是信徒还是非信徒，都可能有一颗石心。

But but really though, so what happens, okay, like you said it can happen to a believer and unbeliever having a heart of stone.

对吧？

Right?

但令人惊奇的是，当我们意识到自己不读圣经、抗拒神的话语时，就像你之前提到的那些情况，我们该怎么办呢？

But what's amazing is like when we can notice that we're we're not reading the Bible or resisting the word, you know, all those things that you mentioned earlier, what can we do?

We can ask God to search my heart.

Psalm one thirty nine.

Yeah.

You know, like ask God, like, is there any wicked way in me?

Like, search my heart, please.

Like, take out that stubbornness, you know, or deal with that, Lord.

我渴望你来鉴察我。

Like, I want you to come examine me.

求你鉴察一切隐藏的罪，我心中秘密储藏室里所有我紧抓不放的东西，那些我不愿打开的门，你知道吗？而唯一能打开这些门的是耶稣，你知道的。

Like examine all, like, the hidden sin, everything that I'm, like, holding into my secret closet of my heart, the doors that you don't wanna open, you know, and the only door opener is Jesus, you know.

我们向主祈求：主啊，求你鉴察。

And we ask him, Lord, search it.

你揭示它，并医治它。

You uncover it and you heal that.

对吧？

Right?

所以，仍有盼望。

So there's hope.

即使我们的心变得刚硬，仍有希望。

There's hope even when our hearts are hardened.

Yes.

We ask him, we call on to him and he moves and he goes in there and he does and he cleanses.

I love this because he's he's not rushing, but he's caring and he comes to the brokenhearted.

And what does he do?

It's it's not like this open heart surgery, but he's binding it up.

Like it takes time.

他很谨慎。

It's careful.

It's tender.

Like a sheep that, you know, the Great Shepherd has a sheep and the sheep's hurt and are broken.

He takes that sheep, carries it back, and then he binds it up.

He wraps it up slowly and like he takes care of our wounds.

And the next verse, the other verse I had is Psalm 3four 18.

As the Lord is close to the brokenhearted.

That's right.

And, and that's, and it's, it's a tough time because when I'm in pain and when I'm in, you know, hurting and, deep hurting, deep pain, because we're talking about the heart, right?

And these things that nobody else maybe knows about me or things I'm going through, these storms or these things in the past that come up and they just haunt me.

God is close to the brokenhearted and our emotions tell us something different.

They're like, does he even care?

And that's why we're talking about this.

Does God care about my broken heart, my heart at all?

And this is saying it doesn't matter about your emotions, your feelings.

And just because you are hurting and broken doesn't mean you're not eligible or able to accept God's love.

This makes you even more more qualified because you're open and you're broken and now you can receive this help from the Father.

No, it's it's beautiful.

You know, I think in a lot of times, like in our times of suffering, our trials, like we can feel very alone, you know, believer, unbeliever.

You can feel alone in your suffering.

你觉得自己没人理解，或者你不敢谈论，因为你不想抱怨，也不想让人觉得你在向别人诉苦。

You feel like no one understands, or you can't really talk about it because maybe you don't want to complain, you know, or you don't want to feel like you're complaining to someone.

And yeah, there's just a lot of loneliness.

And we there is a ton of emotion and suffering too.

It's there, you know?

But I think the amazing thing is, Psalm fifty six eight, a friend of mine at church also shared this verse with me going when I was going through a hard time.

And he's like, you know, the Lord cares so much about you that he bottles your tears when you cry.

So, you know, usually when we cry, we're alone, you know, because that's when we feel safe too.

I mean

Not me.

It just goes out.

My mom cries are yours are like tears of joy usually, but okay.

So but really though, like, we're alone, you're by yourself, you're crying because you feel safe to do so, and you feel like no one's around you.

And but yet the Lord is there with you and actually bottling your tears.

You have kept count of my tossing.

Are they not in your book?

So not only is he sitting with us, but he's he wants to save every tear that we've cried.

Wow.

I mean, I don't think I know anyone that's offered to puddle up my tears.

Oh, is that a shot of me?

you care like only Jesus could care that much to do that, really?

And I don't know what he's gonna do on, you know, in heaven, but it's just it's gonna be beautiful when we're there and he reveals that to us.

You know, I'm here with you.

And also, I thought about, first Peter five seven, you know, like he's he's saying, like, cast all your anxieties onto him because he cares for you.

He's literally saying, like, Jesus cares for you.

And I should be the first one because I'm the one who can respond to you and give you exactly what you need because I see your needs and I see your heart.

You know, I know what you need before you know what you need.

Like, try me.

You know, this is what he's saying.

Like, he wants that relationship with us.

I mean, think about like there's in sufferings and trials, like, usually have that, like, spouse or that other trusted friend that you can go to for prayer, you know, and how comforted you feel by their presence or their word in season and what the Lord gives them.

And the Lord's like, you know, I want that same relationship with but with me, but it's better.

是的。

Yes.

这甚至比你与配偶的关系还要好。

It's even better than the one you have with your spouse.

And I can care and comfort for you even better than the care that you're getting on, like, this side of heaven.

Yeah.

And that alone, you know, could put a lot of us at ease that he wants he wants to be that God, that friend to

You know?

Right.

I mean, I get it all the time.

Like, I feel like it like, almost all the time, like, when I have to go through a situation personally or one of my friends or someone that's close by or in the church that's going through this, I I don't really have the answers.

Yeah.

And and what you're saying, like, we we have someone to go to.

我们有一位比弟兄更亲近的人。

We have someone who's six closer than a brother.

我们有基督，还有与我们同在的圣灵，祂能为我们成就一切，教导我们一切，并引领我们走在正确的道路上。

We have Christ, and we have the Holy Spirit with us who's able to do all things for us and teach us all things and lead us, you know, in the right path.

我们所有人都不会拥有所有答案，你知道的，如果你身处或遇到这样的情况，也没关系。

All of us won't have the answers, you know, like, and if you're in a situation or you get into a situation like that, it's okay.

我们只需把他们引向基督。

Like we point them to Christ.

Maybe you're just there, you know, you don't have to say much.

仅仅陪伴在身边就是一件非常重要的事。

Just being there is a huge thing.

Exactly.

You know, I think of Christ many times, you know, the woman at the well, just like it's just him and the woman and the woman caught in adultery too as well.

And then Peter fell in sin, ran away, went fishing, and Jesus was there just like cooking him fish.

And it's just like being there and being present.

And we're not bringing up the past, but we're just there supporting them.

And because overall, we might not have the the answers to everything and it's okay.

It's okay to have that.

But we have someone who does.

We have someone who's bottling our, you know, your tears and like, do you like, think about things you bottle, like, or things you capsulate.

Do bottle anything?

But I was thinking like, people like, you know, encapsulate Pokemon cards or like their first home run, you know, they hit

Like because that's important to them.

But God is saying, you know, your tears, because you're in pain, maybe you're in joy too as well.

I mean, I don't know if you know, I don't know if he's capturing joy tears too, or I don't know if they're the same or the same family or but he's capsulating these tears because they're important to them.

And that's an amazing thing.

And even in that one verse, it says take every thought captive.

It's the same kind of concept of take it in, encapsulate it because it is important.

Thoughts are important.

Take every thought captive because those are important.

Every thought you think.

And so when we're in pain, when we're in suffering, be very careful of your thoughts because they could go,

know, haywire and they could spread like fire and we could just be negative and live in that.

But instead, if you're going through it, the storm or the pain, or you're the friend that's just there, just be careful with what you say and your thoughts and just be be okay silent and waiting on the Lord.

So not only physically has he gone through incredible suffering, but emotionally he has gone through suffering.

And how he responds to that suffering is like just how we respond to suffering is like weeping and sorrow and grief, you know?

And I think it's beautiful in a way because, you know, a lot of us can maybe think of the cross and, you know, we don't we will never experience that physical suffering on the cross.

Thank God, you know, we will never have to do that.

And I know some people deal with physical sufferings that are very painful, but the cross is obviously on another level.

But most of us will experience suffering emotionally in our walk of Christ or in our everyday life.

You know, he didn't promise us a life without suffering.

Yeah.

And he didn't indicate whether that's physical or emotional, but Spiritual.

Or spiritual, you know, but really, we will most of us will always go through some spiritual and some mental, emotional suffering.

And he showed us that, like, he can he wept and he had emotion.

Right?

So he just like us in a way.

And, like, he I think the key point here is to show, like, that's okay.

Like, it is okay to have emotions.

And then moving forward into, like, the physical, like, suffering, He had everyone's sin upon Him on the cross.

And He we will never know the extent of of His suffering on the cross, you know.

But what we do know is that every sin that you and I have ever committed, past, present, and future, and everyone in the entire world he had.

And so with that, he has felt every bit of that suffering from every single person.

Yeah.

So, you know, in my darkest days, I could be like, Lord, you didn't have like SIBO or you're like, you didn't have all these like gut issues, these pains, you know, but he did.

He bore that on the cross because it's like, our disease is just it's from sin, you know?

So I could think, well, you know, the Bible doesn't say that the Lord had SIBO or this back pain or whatever.

But no, he he did.

He had all of it on the cross.

So he is the only one that can actually understand and and share with our sufferings because he's the only one who can.

And, I get just because you're in pain or you're, you know, you've shed tears like Jesus, you're saying Jesus wept, doesn't make you weak.

And He did everything according to His purpose.

Because He's a God of order.

He's got a plan.

And He's outside of time.

And, but it's so amazing that that what's it that we can relate to him.

And I love that you pointed out that, we can't relate to him, to his pain, you know.

He relates to us,

but we

cannot relate to him.

Your suffering, it's not beyond Him.

它 neither 超出他的掌控，也未脱离他的触及范围。

It's not out of His control or out of His reach.

Like He knows exactly what you're doing.

And like you said, every sin, you can think of something so small, you know, from a kid stealing a chocolate bar, you know, to to someone who has committed, you know, rape, murder, these like horrific serious sins.

耶稣基督本身毫无罪过，却为我们承担了所有的罪，替我们成为有罪的。

Jesus Christ who was guilt who was not guilty of any of that bore all of them and was guilty just for us.

Right.

我们从圣经中看到，耶稣对痛苦并不陌生。

And and we we see this in scripture that Jesus is not unfamiliar with pain.

在以赛亚书50章3节中，祂被藐视、被拒绝。

In Isaiah 50 three:three, He was despised and rejected.

祂被称为忧患之子。

He was called a man of sorrows.

被称为‘忧患之子’是一个了不起的称号，因为祂常常经历痛苦和煎熬。

And that's an amazing title or name of him to have a man of sorrows like, because many times he was in agony and pain.

He wept over Jerusalem, like you said.

And it just like, he was very angry at certain things like the Pharisees doing things wrong.

Like there was a, it was a righteous anger.

It wasn't like a anger that was out of control, but it was a righteous controlled anger that, this is sin and this is, actually hurting people's lives.

And he actually said at one point, he's like, You who are teaching the Word, you're taking people and you're bringing them to hell with you.

And so he had every right to be angry at these people who are teaching false doctrine, leading people astray because they were called the shepherds of the time, and they were leading people astray.

And that's so amazing that He gets us and He can understand our suffering, but we can't understand His, you know, we get little maybe tastes of it.

And that's the beauty of the Cross is that like, He gives us a little taste of that if we allow the Spirit to really teach us that.

Right.

And, yeah, that's just amazing topic though.

Yeah.

Like, you know, we can go back to an initial question like, does God care when my heart is hurting?

Then, you know, this one was like, how can He relate to our pain?

Yeah, He definitely can relate to all of our pain that we're going through.

And it's amazing that we have a God and savior and friend that wants to, you know?

And I think God really grows our faith and trust in him more when we're uncomfortable and dissatisfied with our own circumstances.

Because in those seasons and in those trials and in those sufferings, He draws us near.

And the better thing is to be near God.

It's way better than our suffering.

And when we're near him, you know, we receive like that joy and that peace and that love and then it dissipates, you know, our suffering.

So even in our darkest days and in our trials and our suffering, he's like, I'm gonna draw you near to me.

Yeah.

So again, there's that hope.

Like, even though I'm going through the suffering, he's like, I do care and better yet, I'm gonna draw you near me so that way you can receive all that I have to offer you.

So That reminds me of this Proverbs thirteen twelve, you talked about hope, and that's a big thing.

I feel like for those who are going through these heartaches, and these these pains in our heart, it says hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Yeah.

The hope deferred makes the heart sick is really speaking about delayed answers.

Delayed prayers, not answer to my time.

Yeah.

Waiting.

Waiting.

And so it's not minimizing pain, but he's just saying that like, there's sometimes delay and it doesn't mean that God's not listening to you or answering you.

And they're really validating that there's pain in that and it hurts and it stinks, you know, and we don't have all the answers.

When the fulfillment comes, the restoration comes, it is life giving and God is using that.

But when I know that He's given me a new heart that I have Him, then I can say, okay, like I'm going through pain.

I'm going through suffering.

Maybe it's not even, you know, righteous suffering.

Like it's like murdering Christians.

Like we see all these, you know, Christians overseas just getting murdered because of their faith.

Yeah.

It's just like, okay, like, oh, unbeliever could look at that.

Was like, why would I want to be a believer?

Like, why would I want to follow this God who allows this to happen?

But there's something so much there's something far beyond that we don't know.

Yeah.

Like God, like, I mean, look at we talked about His life on the cross and sacrificed for many, a ransom for many.

Like that is love.

And I think that is like the key thing in all of this.

When I'm in pain, when I'm in suffering, what do I need?

I need the love of God.

I need to be loved by, you know, my brothers and sisters around me to build me up.

Yeah.

And I love that because I think that's kind of a segue into like our final question.

Like, how can we allow God to heal our hearts?

And I thought about a couple things that helped, you know, allow to allow God to heal my heart.

Like during, like, a dark time, it's like, you know, there's repentance that you mentioned earlier.

You know, what is repentance?

Repentance is just like turning around and agreeing with God.

There's lamenting.

And like what is Yeah.

Lamenting is and also shout out pastor Glenn Cannon.

Lamenting can be one of the highest forms of, like, worship because what it's like a faithful and truthful, like prayer.

That's like really what lamenting is and there's a lot of faith backs behind it, you know?

And then also, we just touch base or based on that, like drawing near.

So how can we allow God to heal our hearts?

I think it starts with number one, repentance.

You know, I need to turn away from my sin or my emotions or whatever it is and look to God and agree with what his word says.

Mhmm.

You know?

He and then that's when he does the washing, like in Psalm, 55.

He, like, washes me clean.

Honestly, God loves it.

You I think so I think it's really hard for us to be honest before because that means we have to be honest before ourselves.

And we have to agree that our heart is ugly.

We have to agree that our sin right now is bad.

And we have to just lay it all out to him as ugly as it may seem, like, in that moment.

But yet it's so beautiful because we're trusting him that he can take care of it when we're honest before him.

You know, some of my prayers, like I realized, like, I was trying to, like, say the perfect prayer or like a prayer that would be pleasing to God, you know, in my times of sorrow.

But I'm like, why am I doing that?

I'm doing myself like a dishonor because I'm not allowing God to really penetrate my heart if I can't be honest before him how I really feel.

And if I wanna be honest in front of anyone, I wanna be honest in front of God.

Wow.

You know?

I am therefore not allowing him to use me as a vessel in the future to help someone else who's going through the same thing.

Because when he can come in and heal my heart, he normally it's not just for us.

It's normally to help someone else in the body of Christ that's struggling with the same exact thing.

And I don't wanna give them my counsel.

I wanna give them the counsel from God.

Yeah.

You know?

最后，就是亲近祂。

And yeah, lastly, like, drawing near.

Like that is really that's how God heals us.

Like we mentioned earlier, it's like when we draw near to him, he then provides.

He then provides the word in season.

He provides the friend that's praying for you that you get that random text after you just got done crying.

And that friend is like, I'm praying for you.

We have a greater hope, and we can look forward and there's hope of maybe, yeah, I could get healed or I could get restored.

And I don't like it.

And I don't like waiting.

And I think that is a key thing.

Praising and worshiping God in the storm, in the pain.
