Speaker 0

我们正在推出一个新环节,让大家更深入了解我们的日常生活,这个环节叫做'非受迫性失误'。

We are introducing a new segment that will give you guys a bit more insight into our daily lives, and it's called Unforced Errors.

Speaker 0

每期节目中,我们会各自分享本周最大的失误,然后集体决定谁的非受迫性失误最糟糕。

So each episode, we will each share our biggest error of the week, and then collectively decide whose unforced error is the worst.

Speaker 0

可以是球场上的、场外的、个人或职业方面的,任何不太顺利的事情都算。

It can be on the court, off the court, personally or professionally, kinda anything that did not go smoothly.

Speaker 0

谁想先开始?

Who wants to start?

Speaker 2

珍妮?

Jenny?

Speaker 2

好吧。

Okay.

Speaker 2

我来吧。

I'll go.

Speaker 2

我加入,杰西。

I'm in Jess.

Speaker 1

加油,杰斯。

Go, Jess.

Speaker 1

继续吧。

Go ahead.

Speaker 1

继续吧。

Go ahead.

Speaker 2

我现在在中国参加比利·简·金杯赛。

I'm in China right now for Billie Jean King Cup.

Speaker 2

我一直在玩这个‘请勿打扰’功能的游戏,不确定它到底有没有正常工作。

And I've been playing this, like, game with the do not disturb on whether I know if it's working or not.

Speaker 2

我不知道该怎么解释,但那个按钮的指示灯不太对劲,总之就是有问题。

And I don't know how to explain it, but the button doesn't light up right, whatever.

Speaker 2

所以我以为它已经开启了。

So then I thought I had it on.

Speaker 2

系统显示已开启,但清洁工还是在我洗澡时进来了,而且浴室就在入口处,门是开着的。

It said it was on, but then the cleaning lady, like, came in while I was in the shower, and the bathroom is, like, in the front, and it's, like, open.

Speaker 2

所以,进浴室其实花不了多少时间。

So, like, it doesn't take very long to, like, get into the bathroom.

Speaker 2

基本上就是直接走进浴室。

You basically, like, walk into the bathroom.

Speaker 2

我当时就想,天啊。

And so I was like, oh my god.

Speaker 2

而且她显然不会说英语,所以完全没明白我的意思。

And, you know, obviously, she doesn't speak English, and so she's, like, didn't understand.

Speaker 2

我当时并不需要清洁服务。

Like, I didn't want any cleaning at this moment.

Speaker 2

然后我们就在那里因为沟通不畅僵持了大概五分钟。

And then we just sat there and, like, kind of miscommunicated for, like, five minutes.

Speaker 2

而我当时就是,不行。

And I was just, no.

Speaker 2

比如,指着那个标志,它还亮着。

Like, pointing to the sign, and it was lit up.

Speaker 3

指着

Pointing to

Speaker 2

对方没明白。

the didn't get it.

Speaker 2

然后她给了我两杯水,就这样。

And then she gave me two waters, and that was Yeah.

Speaker 2

感觉这种事谁都遇到过,但这就是我的...嗯。

I feel like that's happened to everybody, but that was kind of my Yeah.

Speaker 2

本周的非受迫性失误。

Unforced error for the week.

Speaker 0

翻译失误。

Lost in translation.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

翻译失误。

Lost in translation.

Speaker 1

I

Speaker 0

可以告诉你我的非受迫性失误。

can tell you my unforced error.

Speaker 1

那个其实太...那个真的很棒。

That was actually so That was really good.

Speaker 2

那个真的很棒。

That was really good.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 2

我举起了

I lifted

Speaker 0

我的手臂,你懂的,这个,明白吗?

my arm up and, you know, this, you know?

Speaker 2

我就爱这种即刻的感觉,就像在问,你什么时候到?

I love how soon it's like what like, when are you?

Speaker 2

我们正在录播客,就像在问,这种情况什么时候才会发生,甚至

We're doing a podcast, like, on like, when would that ever even, like

Speaker 1

如果要找个时间躲起来

If it any time to hide

Speaker 2

那现在就是最佳时机。

it, it would be, like, now.

Speaker 2

但有时候在前两分钟就能看出来。

But sometimes saw it within the first, like, two minutes.

Speaker 1

Des一抬起手臂,我就说,哦,Des。

As soon as Des lifted her arm, I said, oh, Des.

Speaker 1

我们得看看你那手臂

We gotta see You that arm

Speaker 3

必须坦然接受。

gotta own it.

Speaker 3

而你

And you

Speaker 0

知道吗?

know what?

Speaker 0

我就是个爱出汗的家伙,像Jess说的,你能拿我怎样?

I'm a sweaty bitch, like Jess said, so what can you say?

Speaker 3

麦迪?

Maddie?

Speaker 3

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 3

所以众所周知,我想你们三人都知道,我已经把车库改造成了健身房。

So as we all know well, I guess, as the three of you all know, I have converted our garage into a gym.

Speaker 3

期间我们遇到了一些小意外,但最终还是完成了。

And we've had some mishaps here and there, but we finally got it done.

Speaker 3

比如,所有器械都挂上墙了。

Like, all of the things are on the walls.

Speaker 3

一切都很完美。

Everything is fine.

Speaker 3

最后一步就是给杠铃装个挂钩,免得它老在地板中间滚来滚去——我已经被它绊倒87次了。

And the last thing was to, get a hanger for our barbell so it's not just, rolling around the middle of the floor because I've tripped on it 87 times already.

Speaker 3

那天收尾时我正在打扫健身房。

And so I was, like, cleaning the gym as I was finishing the other day.

Speaker 3

结果我刚举起杠铃,就直接砸进了刚粉刷好的墙面,在天花板上开了个漂亮的大洞。

And I lifted it up, and I literally smashed it into my freshly drywalled walls and put put a nice big hole right in the ceiling.

Speaker 3

我当时就想,真棒。

And I was like, awesome.

Speaker 3

不愧是我。

Go me.

Speaker 3

所以我觉得现在就这样留着吧,就当是象征我总想把事情做完美却不断搞砸的纪念。

So I think I think at this point, I'm just gonna leave it Just as like a as for like symbolism of like me trying to make things perfect and just continuing to fail.

Speaker 3

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

所以...

So there's there's

Speaker 1

我天花板上现在有个洞。

a hole in my ceiling now.

Speaker 1

那是你。

That's you.

Speaker 1

绝对需要它。

Definitely need it.

Speaker 1

这增添了特色

It adds character

Speaker 2

特别是对于健身房来说,你需要一些凹痕和孔洞。

to the especially for a gym, you need a couple, like, dents and holes in the Dents.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

她有点像特温。

She kind twain her.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

只是两个放大器。

Was just two amps.

Speaker 1

杰伊·特温正在演奏。

Jai Twain was playing.

Speaker 1

她说,我要穿过这个屋顶,天花板。

She said, I'm gonna run through this roof, ceiling.

Speaker 3

这块石膏板。

This drywall.

Speaker 1

所以我这周的非受迫性失误是,我走进卧室时在门口绊到了脚趾。

So my unforced error of the week is I was walking into my bedroom and I stubbed my toe in the doorway.

Speaker 1

我的第四根脚趾上有一大片淤青。

And I had a huge black and blue mark on my fourth toe.

Speaker 1

大概过了一天半,我一直以为是第三根脚趾,直到低头看才发现确实是第四根。

And for like a day and a half, I thought it was my third toe until I looked down and realized that it was indeed my fourth toe.

Speaker 1

穿袜子时感觉脚趾间像夹了团棉花,因为撞到门框时听到'咔嚓'一声巨响。

And when I was wearing socks, it felt like there was like a cotton ball in between my toes because I heard a loud like crack, like, when I hit the doorway.

Speaker 1

我经常在床角踢到脚趾,但撞门框还是头一回。

So I usually stub my toe, like, on the corner of my bed, but never on the doorway.

Speaker 1

这是第一次。

That was the first.

Speaker 2

你脚趾骨折了吗?

Did you break your toe?

Speaker 1

我觉得只是扭伤。

I think just like a sprain.

Speaker 1

不确定。

I don't know.

Speaker 0

现在疼吗?

Does it hurt right now?

Speaker 1

不疼。

No.

Speaker 1

现在已经没事了。

It's fine right now.

Speaker 1

大概就疼了两天左右。

Just like was like a two day thing.

Speaker 1

其实还是有点疼的。

I mean, yeah, it hurts.

Speaker 1

打网球时,比如追球跑动发力时,会感觉到脚趾的存在,但倒不影响发挥。

Like, when I was playing tennis, like, literally, I went out for a ball and, like, when I'm moving and then pushing off, like, I'm like, oh, that feels like, I feel my toe, but it's not, like, hindering my performance.

Speaker 1

谢天谢地。

Thank goodness.

Speaker 0

那那很好。

That's that's good.

Speaker 1

别担心,麦蒂。

Don't worry, Maddie.

Speaker 1

我能

Can I

Speaker 0

I

Speaker 1

还能还能偷看球吗?

can can still still peep balls?

Speaker 2

那么大家觉得谁表现最棒、最差、最自然流露?

So who do we think had full the best, worst, unforced air?

Speaker 2

说实话,德斯太出色了。

Honestly, Des was so good.

Speaker 2

他赢了。

He wins.

Speaker 1

德斯。

Des.

Speaker 1

在洛杉矶汗湿的腋窝。

Sweaty pits inside in LA.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

这里太潮湿了。

Been so humid here.

Speaker 2

但那让我想起。

But that reminds me.

Speaker 2

还记得我发给你们那个

Remember when I sent you guys that

Speaker 0

我的窗户都关着呢。

My windows are all closed.

Speaker 2

抱歉。

Sorry.

Speaker 0

哪个?

Which one?

Speaker 2

我卡了。

I'm lagging.

Speaker 2

不,你继续。

No, go ahead.

Speaker 2

不不。

No, no.

Speaker 2

我在想我发给你们看的那个TikTok视频,那个女孩参加的是美网公开赛吗?

I was thinking of that TikTok I sent you guys of that girl that went was it the US Open?

Speaker 2

她浑身都汗湿了,哦,完全不是。

And she sweated the Oh, whole no.

Speaker 1

因为是辛辛那提公开赛。

Was since it was Cincinnati.

Speaker 2

辛辛那提那场穿的是绿色套装。

Cincinnati was a green outfit.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

她还做了这个动作

And she did this thing

Speaker 2

就像那些懂行的女孩们一样,她穿着可爱的绿色连衣裙,但整件衣服都被汗水浸透了,后来她去商店买了套可爱的网球服。我记得我评论过,大家都觉得这太真实了。

like girls who understand like whatever and she's wearing like this cute like green dress but it she's literally sweat through the entire dress and she went to the store and bought like a cute tennis outfit and I think I commented on it but everyone was like this is so relatable.

Speaker 2

是不是就像,当你想打扮得可爱点,比如去参加网球比赛时,最好别太费劲,因为辛辛那提的天气总是热得要命。

Was It something like, when you try to be cute, like, going to a tennis tournament, like, don't try because well, Cincinnati is like super hot all the time.

Speaker 2

但这确实很有共鸣。

But that was very relatable.

Speaker 2

就是啊。

It's just Yeah.

Speaker 0

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我平时不穿彩色衬衫,但没想到这件衬衫会这么透。

I don't wear like colored shirts, but I didn't think the shirt was gonna be through.

Speaker 0

所以,你懂的

So, you know

Speaker 1

她当时很紧张。

She was stressing.

Speaker 1

我为了录音也很紧张。

I was stressing for the recording.

Speaker 0

冥王星在汪汪叫个不停。

Pluto's barking and yapping and whatnot.

Speaker 0

不过确实。

But Yeah.

Speaker 0

好。

K.

Speaker 0

嗯,谢啦。

Well, thanks.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

所以珍妮和麦迪要飞中国了。

So Jenny and Maddie are flying to China.

Speaker 2

Des,你什么时候飞中国?

When do you fly to China, Des?

Speaker 0

我第二天走,周日早上6点。

I leave the following day, Sunday morning at 6AM.

Speaker 1

峰会?

Summit?

Speaker 0

我会经过旧金山。

I'll go through San Fran.

Speaker 0

所以是洛杉矶到旧金山,然后旧金山到北京。

So LAX to San Fran and then San Fran to Beijing.

Speaker 1

不错。

Nice.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

周一。

Monday.

Speaker 1

周一。

Monday.

Speaker 1

小聚一下。

Little reunited.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 1

你什么时候落地?

When do you land?

Speaker 0

三点左右。

Three something.

Speaker 0

所以你真的是凌晨四点。

So you're really at four in the morning.

Speaker 0

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

凌晨四点或五点。

Four or 5AM.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我本想争取那个升级,但很抱歉。

I was trying to get that upgrade, but sorry.

Speaker 0

那是Pluto在叫。

That would be Pluto barking.

Speaker 0

抱歉。

Apologies.

Speaker 0

但是

But

Speaker 1

我们看看吧。

We'll see.

Speaker 3

能重新回到同一个时区真是太好了,因为Jess显然已经在中国参加BJK杯了。

It'll be so nice to all be on the same time zone again, because Jess is obviously already in China for BJK Cup.

Speaker 3

这样群聊又会变得容易处理了。

So the group chat will be Is easier to deal with again.

Speaker 0

等Jess开始新的一天时,Maddie已经在睡觉了。

Maddie's sleeping by the time Jess is starting her day.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我们俩不都是吗?

It's Aren't we both?

Speaker 2

这边是08:30,我想是十二小时。

08:30 here, twelve hours, I think.

Speaker 2

从...呃,从是啊。

From well, from Yeah.

Speaker 2

东海岸。

East Coast.

Speaker 2

你们这些家伙。

You guys.

Speaker 2

就是啊。

It's yeah.

Speaker 2

我醒来会收到很多测试消息,主要来自我们的聊天群和Players Box播客群。

I wake up to a lot of tests, mostly from our chat and then our Players Box podcast chat.

Speaker 2

早上醒来看到的内容能让我接下来两小时都乐个不停,比如吃早餐的时候。

The content I get waking up in the morning, like, entertains me for, like, the next two hours, like, through breakfast.

Speaker 2

我就坐在那儿,边吃边刷手机,结果还是会漏看消息。

I'm just sitting there, like, eating and, like, scrolling, and I still miss stuff.

Speaker 2

然后还得从头翻回去看。

And I have to go all the way back.

Speaker 2

我就想,等等。

And I'm like, wait.

Speaker 2

我得往回翻,因为那段太搞笑了但我还没评论。

Like, I gotta scroll back because that was really funny and I didn't I didn't talk about it.

Speaker 2

不过,是啊,我们在打比利·简·金杯赛。

But, yeah, we're a BJK Cup.

Speaker 2

我们昨天赢了,明天还要再比赛。

We won yesterday and we play again tomorrow.

Speaker 2

今天我们休息一天。

We have a day off today.

Speaker 2

明天半决赛对阵英国队。

Play Great Britain tomorrow in the semis.

Speaker 2

不错。

Nice.

Speaker 2

我觉得我们应该稍微聊聊赛制,因为我总看到很多人评论它是怎么运作的,比如为什么这个人不上场,那个人不上场,或者队伍是怎么组建和决定的?

I feel like we should talk a little bit about the format just because I always see a lot of people commenting on how it works and how some people are like, oh, why isn't this person playing or why isn't that person playing or, like, how are the teams kind of set and decided?

Speaker 2

这个赛制和我们全年90%时间打的比赛很不一样。

And just like the format is much different than what we play 90, you know, 8% of the year.

Speaker 2

不过我觉得Maddie是规则和赛制的专家。

I feel like Maddie's the queen of the rules and format though.

Speaker 2

规则。

Rules.

Speaker 1

Maddie打过多少次这个比赛了?

Maddie's played it how many times have you played it?

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

多少次?

How many times?

Speaker 1

很多次。

How many A lot.

Speaker 1

比如,超过五次?

Like, more than five?

Speaker 1

五次,不止。

Five, More than.

Speaker 3

但也包括是啊。

But also including Yeah.

Speaker 3

比如,作为陪练搭档,参加那些离家近的比赛。

Like, going as practice partner, going to ties that were close to home.

Speaker 3

我是说,自从我最初开始打球以来,情况已经变了。

And it I mean, it's changed since I first started playing way back when.

Speaker 3

不过,显然这是团体赛事,对我们很多人来说总是特别有趣。

But, yeah, obviously, it's team event, which I think is always something that's super fun for a lot of us.

Speaker 3

这很不一样。

It's very different.

Speaker 3

我还记得第一次参赛——那时候还叫联合会杯,那是我参加的首场团体赛。

I still remember playing my first well, at the time it was Fed Cup, but it was my first tie I'd ever played.

Speaker 3

当时我们在俄亥俄州克利夫兰对阵意大利队。

And we were playing Italy in Cleveland, Ohio.

Speaker 3

结果我被彻底打爆了。

And I got waxed.

Speaker 3

因为太紧张,大概五十分钟就被横扫出局。

Absolutely waxed in like fifty minutes because I was so nervous.

Speaker 3

这感觉很奇怪

And it's weird

Speaker 2

被谁?

By who?

Speaker 3

我很确定是输给了卡米拉·乔治——大概是她

I'm pretty sure I lost to think it was Camilla Georgie, which

Speaker 2

哦,确实。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 2

我们都有过这种经历。

We've all been there.

Speaker 0

她打得很好。

She can play well.

Speaker 3

室内快速球场对阵卡米拉·乔治。

Indoor indoor fast court against Camilla Georgie.

Speaker 3

第一次平局。

First tie ever.

Speaker 3

超级紧张。

Super nervous.

Speaker 3

当时我是在玛丽·乔·费尔南德斯手下打球。

And I was playing under Mary Jo Fernandez at the time.

Speaker 3

我觉得这种紧张是你完全没有准备的,因为我们平时都在打职业比赛。

And I was it's just like nervous that you're not totally prepared for, I think, because we play professional matches all of the time.

Speaker 3

突然要代表团队和国家出战,这种压力级别是我没准备好也完全无法承受的。

And all of a sudden going out and playing for a team and playing for your country, it was just this level of pressure that I was not prepared for and just couldn't handle it.

Speaker 3

被打得落花流水,下场后看着MJ只能说:真的很抱歉。

Just got killed and came off the court and looked at MJ and I was like, I'm so sorry.

Speaker 3

下次我会表现得更好。

I'll be better next time.

Speaker 2

这就是你总是有的感觉,输了比赛就觉得...就是非常抱歉。

And that's what you always feel though, like, you lose, you feel so I just feel like I'm, like, I'm just so sorry.

Speaker 2

就是...我不知道该怎么表达,就是特别抱歉。

Like, I don't I'm just so sorry.

Speaker 2

比如当你迷失自我时,你其实感受不到...那种悲伤...我也说不清楚。

Like, I I don't know, like, how else like, when you lose yourself, you're not you don't really feel, like, sadness, like, for I I don't know.

Speaker 2

你会生气、沮丧,或者对自己特别苛刻。

You you're, like, pissed or frustrated or you're, like, hard on yourself.

Speaker 2

我觉得在团队里这种感觉是不一样的。

I feel like it's different in a team.

Speaker 2

就是,你会为所有人感到难过。

Like, you feel sorry for, like, everybody.

Speaker 2

这种感觉被放大了。

It's, like, amplified.

Speaker 2

你会觉得自己真的让他们失望了。

You just feel like you really let them down.

Speaker 2

这很难受。

It's hard.

Speaker 1

嗯,为团队打球是不一样的。

Well, it's different playing for a team.

Speaker 1

我是说,我和德斯打过大学网球,所以我们明白为团队打球和为自己打球是完全不同的。

I mean, me and Des played college tennis, so we get it's so different playing for a team versus playing for yourself.

Speaker 1

而且网球本是个单人项目。

And tennis is such an individual sport.

Speaker 1

一旦加入团队元素,就几乎像是在打双打。

Once you get into the team aspect, it's almost like playing doubles, too.

Speaker 1

有时我打双打比单打更紧张,因为我会想'天啊,我可不想连累搭档'。

Sometimes I get more nervous playing doubles than playing singles because I'm like, Oh, I don't really want to mess this up for my partner.

Speaker 1

你懂这种感觉吧?

Like, you know?

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

噢,感觉好难过。

Oh, feel feels so sad.

Speaker 1

就像,好吧。

Like, okay.

Speaker 1

就像,哦,好吧。

Like, oh, okay.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我要去接这个回球。

I'm gonna take the return.

Speaker 1

然后我就回到那里,准备接这个回球。

And then I'm back there, like, getting ready to take the return.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,希望我能成功接住这个回球。

And I'm like, oh, I hope I just make this return in.

Speaker 1

你懂吗?

You know?

Speaker 1

我不想成为搞砸整个局面的人。

Like, I don't wanna be the person to totally flop this situation.

Speaker 1

为团队打球和只为自己打球是完全不同的体验,

So it's totally different playing for a team versus just playing for yourself and playing for

Speaker 0

你的国家。

Your country.

Speaker 1

对,为你的国家。

Yeah, your country.

Speaker 1

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

但也很有趣。

But it's also fun.

Speaker 0

我是说,你们处于团队合作中,大概有四五个女孩?

Mean, you're in that team aspect and you've got, what, four or five girls?

Speaker 0

这次队里有多少女孩?

How many girls are on the team this time?

Speaker 2

有五个吗?

There's five?

Speaker 2

五个?

Five?

Speaker 2

海莉 是的。

Hailey Yeah.

Speaker 2

考特妮、泰勒、我。

Courtney, Taylor, me.

Speaker 2

海莉?

Hailey?

Speaker 2

我漏了谁?

Who am I missing?

Speaker 2

艾玛。

Emma.

Speaker 2

艾玛。

Emma.

Speaker 1

艾玛。

Emma.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

所以就是这些。

So there's yeah.

展开剩余字幕(还有 480 条)
Speaker 2

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

但是

But

Speaker 1

我确定

I'm sure

Speaker 0

一旦你赢得第一场胜利,你就会觉得,哦,好吧。

once you get that first win, you're kinda like, oh, okay.

Speaker 0

这是一种解脱,你知道的,为你们的比赛赢得一场胜利。

It's a relief, you know, that you won a match for your tie or you you guys win.

Speaker 2

但是,嗯,我想是的。

But Well, I think that, like yeah.

Speaker 2

所以,我们现在参加的是决赛阶段的比赛,这和我刚开始打比赛时相比可能已经改变了很多,对麦迪来说肯定如此。

So, like, we're playing the finals tournament, which has also changed probably since well, when I've started playing most of us, it's changed and Maddie, like, for sure.

Speaker 2

现在我们进入了决赛阶段,而今年早些时候,你们需要通过比赛留在小组中才能晋级决赛。

So now we're in a finals tournament, whereas earlier in the year, you play a tie to stay in your group to make it to the final tournament.

Speaker 2

今年早些时候,他们打了...我们打了...他们对阵谁来着?

So earlier this year, they played We played Who did they play?

Speaker 2

我们打了,

We played,

Speaker 0

斯洛伐克。

I Slovakia.

Speaker 2

还有谁

And who

Speaker 0

是另一支队伍?

was the other team?

Speaker 3

我只记得

I just remember

Speaker 1

你们在奥地利打过比赛。

you played in Austria.

Speaker 0

我不记得了。

Don't that I can remember.

Speaker 3

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

你在奥地利比赛过吗?

Did you play in Austria?

Speaker 3

没有。

No.

Speaker 2

你在斯洛伐克比赛过。

You played in Slovakia.

Speaker 2

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 2

斯洛伐克。

Slovakia.

Speaker 0

斯洛伐克是主场国家。

Slovakia was the home country.

Speaker 1

确实是。

It was yeah.

Speaker 1

斯洛伐克是谁?

Was Who was Slovakia?

Speaker 0

是他们,我们对阵丹麦。

It was them and we played Denmark.

Speaker 0

丹麦。

Denmark.

Speaker 0

哦,等等。

Oh, wait.

Speaker 0

所以我先对阵丹麦,然后对阵斯洛伐克。

So we I played Denmark first and then we played Slovakia.

Speaker 0

那是

That was

Speaker 2

就像今年特有的怪事,因为他们正在重新调整赛制

like a weird thing only for this year because they're reformatting it.

Speaker 2

所以这里就让人困惑了

So this is where it gets confusing.

Speaker 2

Right.

Speaker 2

通常不是这样分组进行的

It's usually not like that where you're in a group.

Speaker 2

通常你只需对阵一个国家就能赢得小组赛

You usually just play one country to win your tie.

Speaker 2

今年由于赛制改革,他们不得不搞这种过渡性的安排

So then this year, because they're reformatting it, they kind of had to do this, like, transition year.

Speaker 2

所以你指的是你们在小组赛中对阵斯洛伐克和丹麦,必须赢下比赛 对

So that's what you're talking about where you guys played Slovakia Denmark in a group setting and had to win that Yeah.

Speaker 2

才能留在小组里

To stay in your group.

Speaker 0

Right.

Speaker 0

我们早上先对阵丹麦,然后第二天斯洛伐克对阵丹麦

So we played Denmark the first in the morning, and then, and then the next day, Slovakia played Denmark.

Speaker 0

然后两支获胜队伍再对决,胜者就能去中国参赛,这就是今年的新赛制

And then, obviously, the winner of both teams, we play each other, and that was the team that went to China, which is your which is whoever's on this And team that was the new format this year.

Speaker 0

不过

But, yeah.

Speaker 0

我其实很喜欢团体赛

I mean, I love team events.

Speaker 0

我确实很喜欢

So I have loved Yeah.

Speaker 0

DJ雅各布。

DJ Jacob.

Speaker 0

任何团队活动,我都喜欢。

Anything team event, I love.

Speaker 0

所以我在这方面很擅长。

So I thrive in it.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

我觉得在那里也有过一些美好的回忆。

I think to I've had some good memories in there too.

Speaker 3

所以是的。

So yeah.

Speaker 2

就像球员被选中,其实完全是队长决定谁能上场。

Like players getting picked, it's really just the captain's decision on who gets to go.

Speaker 2

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 3

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 3

我是说,没错。

I mean, yeah.

Speaker 2

所以通常队长

So usually Captain

Speaker 3

先选好队伍,然后如果你被选中就...我觉得很多时候他们也就是顺着名单往下问。有时有人因为日程安排没法参赛。

chooses the team and then if you're it kinda just goes I think a lot of times they also just kind of go down the list and ask Sometimes people can't play because of schedule.

Speaker 3

有时他们因为受伤无法参赛。

Sometimes they can't play because of injury.

Speaker 3

比如,本来要参加这场比赛的...好吧我猜是决赛,不是比赛。

Like, was going to play this tie well, I guess the finals, not a tie.

Speaker 3

我本来要参加这次决赛,结果因为受伤需要更多时间恢复,所以没能参加。

I was gonna play this finals and ended up needing more time because of an injury, so I couldn't.

Speaker 3

然后事情就这样一直拖下去。

And then it just kind of keeps going and going.

Speaker 0

在琳赛·达文波特之前,队长是凯西·里纳尔迪。

And then Kathy Rinaldi was the captain before Lindsay Davenport was.

Speaker 0

你知道那个是怎么选出来的吗?

And how was that do you know how that was chosen?

Speaker 0

是董事会决定的吗?

Is it the board?

Speaker 0

还是球员选的?

Is it players?

Speaker 1

比如,队长是怎么选出来的?

Like, oh, how the captain is chosen?

Speaker 0

琳赛是怎么当上队长的?

How Lindsay got yeah.

Speaker 0

所以队长是怎么选出来的?

So how does the captain get chosen?

Speaker 0

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 1

我完全不知道。

I have no idea.

Speaker 1

我只知道我有次打过联合会杯。

I only know that I played Fed Cup one time.

Speaker 1

是什么时候来着?

What was it?

Speaker 1

2018年和你、麦迪还有杰斯一起打的。

In 2018 with you, Maddie and Jess.

Speaker 1

太好玩了。

That was so fun.

Speaker 1

我、麦迪、杰斯、斯隆、索尼娅。

Me, Maddie, Jess, Sloan, Sonia.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.

Speaker 1

对吧?

Right?

Speaker 1

你们

You guys

Speaker 4

在圣安东尼奥?

in San Antonio?

Speaker 1

你当时在哦。

You it was in oh.

Speaker 1

圣安东尼奥。

San Antonio.

Speaker 1

休斯顿。

Houston.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

德克萨斯州圣安东尼奥。

San Antonio San Antonio, Texas.

Speaker 1

我只记得我和杰斯被安排去打一场无关紧要的双打替补赛。

And I just remember me and Jess were put in for a dead doubles rubber.

Speaker 1

当时我紧张得要命,其实输赢已经无所谓了,因为麦迪和索尼娅打了单打赛,已经锁定了胜局。

And, I mean, I was, like, so nervous to play, and it didn't even matter if we won or lost because Maddie and Sonya, I think, played the singles and already clinched the win.

Speaker 1

后来我们纯粹是因为人都在那儿,就顺便打了场双打。

And then we just played the doubles because we were all there and decided to play the doubles.

Speaker 1

我当时紧张得要命。

And I was so nervous.

Speaker 1

我甚至都没法正常发挥。

I couldn't even play.

Speaker 1

我想我们当时是在对阵瑞士队。

And I think we were playing Switzerland.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我真心为Yeah感到难过。

And I felt so bad for Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们和瑞士队比赛了。

We played Switzerland.

Speaker 1

我的搭档还是我的搭档。

My partner being my partner.

Speaker 1

就像是双打组合

Was just like the the double

Speaker 0

你是因为团队才感受到比赛压力的吗?

Did you just feel set pressure because of the team?

Speaker 0

就像是

Like, being

Speaker 1

一个团队?

a team?

Speaker 1

其实我是想好好表现的。

Well, I wanted to, like, play really good.

Speaker 1

我本想上场好好发挥,但事与愿违。

Like, I wanted to show up and play really good, but I didn't.

Speaker 1

说实话,我在替补席上玩得太开心了。

I was having too much fun on the bench, honestly.

Speaker 1

我在替补席上玩得超开心,你知道的,就是看着比赛给大家加油。

Like, I was having so much fun on the bench, like, you know, watching and cheering.

Speaker 3

但说实话,BJ K杯赛中最有趣的部分之一就是当替补,因为你紧张得要命。

But honestly, being on the bench is one of the most fun parts of BJ K Cup because you're I mean, you're so nervous.

Speaker 3

你会变得超级兴奋。

You get so hype.

Speaker 3

而且比赛中场发生的所有事情都特别搞笑,因为场上选手完全不知道发生了什么。

And then just all of the things that are going on mid match, I think it's really funny because obviously the person playing has no idea.

Speaker 3

你们全都紧张得互相握着手,在场边冒冷汗,因为每个得分都让你们激动得要死。

And you're all just like holding each other's hands like just sweating on the side because you're living and dying over every single point.

Speaker 3

我一直觉得这是我最喜欢的部分之一。

I've always found like that is one of my favorite parts of it.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那种队友情谊。

The camaraderie.

Speaker 0

没错。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

团队精神。

The team.

Speaker 0

当你有支好队伍,大家相处融洽时,真的特别有意思。

When you have a good team, like, and everyone gets along, it makes it so fun.

Speaker 0

我记得第一次是在阿什维尔,我们当时...天啊。

I remember my first time was in Asheville, and we did I mean, oh my gosh.

Speaker 0

我们后来不是和乌克兰队一起出去玩了吗?

We went out didn't we, like, go out with Ukraine after?

Speaker 0

有天晚上我们还和他们一起唱卡拉OK来着?

We, like, did karaoke with them one night?

Speaker 1

我们做到了。

We did.

Speaker 0

我们还和团队一起玩了一次密室逃脱,就我们自己人,真的超级有趣。

And we did an escape room with the team, just us, and it was, like, so much fun.

Speaker 0

我觉得正是这些回忆让活动变得如此特别。

And I think it's, like, those kind of memories you take, and you just it makes the event so special.

Speaker 0

甚至上次我们也玩了密室逃脱。

Or even this last time, we did an escape room.

Speaker 0

我想这应该是林赛第一次玩密室逃脱,也是她为数不多的几次之一。

And this is, I think, Lindsay's first I think, first of, I think, a few escape rooms that she's done.

Speaker 0

我们先是进了一个小房间,后来扩展到一个更大的房间。

And we went into, like, a tiny room and then expanded into a bigger room.

Speaker 0

但她一直在说,我太高了。

But she's like, I'm so tall.

Speaker 0

我有幽闭恐惧症。

I'm so claustrophobic.

Speaker 0

我要走了。

I'm leaving.

Speaker 0

然后海莉·巴蒂斯特进去后也说,不行。

And then Hailey Baptiste went in and she's like, nope.

Speaker 0

我要出去,因为那个房间太小了。

I'm out of here because it was, like, a small room.

Speaker 0

房间感觉越来越小,所以她直接走了紧急出口。

And it kinda got, like, smaller, so she went through the exit route.

Speaker 0

她说,我要离开这里。

And she was like, I'm out of here.

Speaker 0

但等我们通过那个房间后,她又说,哦,好吧。

But then once we got through the room, she was like, oh, okay.

Speaker 0

我回来了。

I'm back.

Speaker 0

我来帮忙。

I'm gonna help.

Speaker 0

然后在密室逃脱快结束时,林赛突然说‘等一下’。

And then towards the end of the escape room, Lindsay was like, hang on.

Speaker 0

我得侦察下比赛情况。

I gotta scout our match.

Speaker 0

所以她当时坐在一个大概是坟墓的顶上,因为主题是埃及风格的。

So she was sitting on top of, I guess, like a tomb, because it was like Egypt kinda themed.

Speaker 0

她正在看比赛。

And she was watching the match.

Speaker 0

她用小小的手机看丹麦对斯洛伐克的比赛。

She was watching Denmark and Slovakia play on her tiny phone.

Speaker 0

我说:林赛,快来帮忙啊。

I was like, Lindsay, you gotta help.

Speaker 0

快点啦。

Like, come on.

Speaker 0

我们需要线索。

We need some clues.

Speaker 0

她却说‘等一下’。

And she's like, hang on.

Speaker 0

我在...我在侦察比赛。

I'm I'm scouting.

Speaker 0

我就说‘好吧’。

And I was like, okay.

Speaker 3

但她...我是说,最后我们还是成功逃脱了。

But she I mean, I was like, well, we got out.

Speaker 3

但这真的很好笑。

But it was just funny.

Speaker 3

就像那些小事你

It's like those little things you

Speaker 0

只是记得,然后就让我不知道怎么说。

just remember, and it just makes I don't know.

Speaker 0

那是趟有趣的旅行。

It was a fun trip.

Speaker 2

我喜欢为林赛表演,因为她太有趣了,但又非常直接。

I like playing for Lindsey because she's so funny, but she's so direct.

Speaker 2

这特别好笑因为她会直接说'我不知道'。

And it's so funny because she'll just be like I don't know.

Speaker 2

就是非常直截了当。

It's like very just like straight forward.

Speaker 2

然后你就忍不住笑出来了。

And you just started laughing.

Speaker 3

她总是用那张面无表情的脸说出这些话。

The deadpan face that she always has when she delivers it.

Speaker 3

有时候真的分不清她是在开玩笑还是认真的。

Sometimes it's like, are are you joking or are you like dead serious right now?

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

特别有意思,就像昨天,她非常实事求是地说'你不能这样做'。

It's it's funny and it's like even yesterday, it's just like she's very like matter of fact, like, you're not doing this.

Speaker 2

比如'你需要改掉这个'。

Like, you need to change it.

Speaker 2

就是特别好笑又特别实事求是。

Like, it's just like so funny and it's so matter of fact.

Speaker 2

但她人真的很好,就是她表达的方式,我觉得特别有趣。

But like, she's so nice that it's not it's just, like, the way that she delivers that, I think, makes it really funny.

Speaker 2

而且我宁愿有人超级直接,而不是那种模棱两可的‘哦,我也不太确定’的态度,你懂吗?

And I'd rather someone be super direct than kind of be like, oh, I'm not really sure, you know?

Speaker 2

所以我觉得作为队长,这一点对整个团队特别重要,因为队长就是我们的领头人。

So I think that, like, as a captain, I feel like that's really important for the rest of the team because they're kind of our leader.

Speaker 2

就像在问:你想让我们怎么做?

So it's like, what do you want us to do?

Speaker 2

你懂我意思吗?

You know?

Speaker 2

所以我也说不清楚。

So I don't I don't know.

Speaker 2

这一点我真的很欣赏她。

That's I appreciate that, about her.

Speaker 2

显然Maddie你和她认识很久了,而我在她当队长前接触不多,但我一直很欣赏她这点。

And obviously, Maddie, you have had, like, a really long relationship with her, and I haven't had that much with her, until she became captain, but, yeah, I've always appreciated that.

Speaker 2

而且我觉得她真的会关照到每个队员。

But also feel like she really looks out for, like, each player.

Speaker 2

比如:你感觉还好吗?

Like, are you feeling okay?

Speaker 2

你最近怎么样?

Like, how are you doing?

Speaker 2

她经常问:你还好吗?

Like, she's very like, how are you?

Speaker 2

而且不只是问‘你网球打得怎样’

And it's not just, how's your tennis?

Speaker 2

而是真的关心‘你整个人状态如何’,嗯。

It's how are you, like Yeah.

Speaker 2

不。

No.

Speaker 2

我感觉糟透了。

I feel like shit.

Speaker 2

知道吗?

Know?

Speaker 2

就是,心理上,你还好吗?

Like, mentally, like, are you okay?

Speaker 2

你刚刚连续打了三周比赛。

Like, you just came off of, like, playing three weeks straight.

Speaker 2

你确定你想打吗?

Like, are you sure you wanna play?

Speaker 2

你准备好上场了吗?

Are you ready to play?

Speaker 2

她就是这样诚实,我觉得她欣赏这种坦诚的回应,比如问'你怎么样'。

Like, she and she doesn't because she's so honest, like, she appreciates, I think, like, the honesty back of, like, you know, how are you?

Speaker 2

你真实情况到底如何?

Like, how are you really doing?

Speaker 3

你还好吗?

Are you okay?

Speaker 3

健康检查?

Wellness check?

Speaker 1

健康检查。

Wellness check.

Speaker 1

健康检查。

Wellness check.

Speaker 1

就像我们群聊那样。

Like our group chat.

Speaker 1

健康检查。

Wellness check.

Speaker 0

是的。

Yeah.

Speaker 0

不是。

No.

Speaker 0

不过这确实有影响。

It definitely makes a difference, though.

Speaker 0

而且她明白。

And she gets it.

Speaker 0

所以她理解这种紧张局势。

So it's she gets the situation, the heightened situation of it.

Speaker 0

你们正处于决赛阶段。

You're at finals.

Speaker 0

这是赛季末,差不多赛季结束的时候,大家的精神状态都有点紧绷。

You get it's the end of the season, sort of the end of the season, and everyone's mentally just kinda hanging through.

Speaker 2

对。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

既然你们即将启程前往中国参加亚洲巡回赛,珍妮,能告诉我们东京发生了什么吗?

So now that now that you guys are almost almost on your way to China and for the Asian swing, Jenny, can you tell us what happened in Tokyo?

Speaker 3

哦,好的。

Oh, yeah.

Speaker 1

杰西卡,你当时在场。

Jessica, you were there.

Speaker 1

我在。

I was.

Speaker 1

但好吧,那本来是2020年东京奥运会,实际上是在2021年举办的。

But okay, so it was for the Olympics in Tokyo 2020, but it was actually in 2021.

Speaker 1

所以我们不得不填所有这些表格。

And so we had to do all of these forms.

Speaker 1

我是说,杰斯,就像有很多事情需要你那样处理。

And I mean, Jess, like, it was a lot of stuff like you had to do like that.

Speaker 2

太疯狂了。

Was wild.

Speaker 1

确实很疯狂。

It was wild.

Speaker 2

有多少个来着

How many it was a

Speaker 1

我们填了很多?

lot we had?

Speaker 1

我们填了,嗯,对。

We had, like, Yeah.

Speaker 1

要下载五个不同的应用,是的。

Had five to get, like, different download yes.

Speaker 1

我们不得不下载一堆不同的应用,填所有这些表格,但全都是在手机上完成的,全在移动设备上。

We had to download, like, a bunch of different apps, do all of this paperwork, but it was all, like, on your phone, all on the mobile device.

Speaker 1

我是个很喜欢纸质文件的人,因为我确实经常搞砸很多事情。

And I'm a very, like, paper person because like I definitely mess up a lot of things.

Speaker 1

所以我们下了飞机,到了东京,在海关时,我们必须在手机上填写海关申报表。

And so we get off the plane, we're in Tokyo, we're at customs, and we had to fill out the customs form on your phone.

Speaker 1

这不像那种常规的表格,比如填个名字就行,而是可能有五六页不同的内容,你得滑动翻页,一页一页地翻。

And it was like it wasn't your typical like, say your name and like it was it was like maybe like five or six different pages and you had to swipe, like swipe to the next page, swipe to the next page.

Speaker 1

所以我正在滚动屏幕然后选择。

And so I'm scrolling and then I was selecting.

Speaker 1

不,不,不。

No, no, no.

Speaker 1

是,不是,随便吧。

Yes, no, whatever.

Speaker 1

滑动屏幕,你知道的,然后会跳出一个问题,问你是否携带武器、火药、爆炸物之类的物品?

Swipe, you know, and then it gets to the point where it's like, do you have weapons, gunpowder, explosives, you know, things like that?

Speaker 1

我本来选了‘否’,但显然我实际选了‘是’,因为我的手机不知怎么出了问题,我需要帮助。

And I put no, but apparently, I put yes because I needed help because my phone, I don't know, wasn't working.

Speaker 1

手机有点不对劲。

Something was off with it.

Speaker 1

于是我向那位帮助像我这样旅客的善良女士求助,她接过了我的手机。

So I asked the kind woman who was there to help people like myself, and she took my phone.

Speaker 1

她不停地滑动、滑动、一直滑到底部——因为一旦点击提交就会生成二维码,之后就无法修改表格了。

And she's swiping, swiping, swiping to the end because when you hit submit, you get a QR code, and you can't change the form.

Speaker 1

所以我把手机交给她,她就一直滑啊滑。

And so I gave it to her, and she was swiping, swiping, swiping.

Speaker 1

就在她滑动时,我看到了‘爆炸性火药’之类的选项,你知道的,就是那些武器相关的。

And I saw as she was swiping, I saw explosive gunpowder, you know, weapons, whatever.

Speaker 1

是。

Yes.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,哦等等。

And I'm like, oh, wait.

Speaker 1

不对。

No.

Speaker 1

她看了我一眼,手上还在继续滑动。

And she she looks at me, and she just keeps wiping.

Speaker 1

最后二维码生成后,她把手机还给了我。

And then I get the QR, and she hands me my phone.

Speaker 1

她当时的表情就像在说‘给,拿好’这样。

And she's like like, basically, like, here you go.

Speaker 1

我当时就想,天哪。

And I'm like, oh my gosh.

Speaker 1

我完蛋了。

I'm so screwed.

Speaker 1

于是我去把二维码递给边检人员。

So I go and I give the QR to the border control.

Speaker 1

那人扫描后盯着我看。

The guy scans it and he looks at me.

Speaker 1

他看了看旁边的人,然后他们开始用日语交谈。

He looks at the person next to him and they start talking in Japanese.

Speaker 1

接着他们说:跟我来。

And then they go, come with me.

Speaker 1

我当时是和整个团队一起旅行,其他人都已经走前面去了。

And I and we were traveling as an entire group, and the whole group is already ahead.

Speaker 1

梅根·梅根·罗斯也在那里,而我

And it's Megan Megan Rose is there, and I

Speaker 4

说:哦,梅根。

go, oh, Megan.

Speaker 4

就像,我要

Like, I'm going

Speaker 1

进后面的房间。

in the back room.

Speaker 1

她当时就:哦。

Like she's like, oh.

Speaker 1

她看起来特别担心。

Like, she looks so worried.

Speaker 1

我当时也是:哦。

And I was like, oh.

Speaker 1

比如,我完全明白这是怎么回事。

Like, I know exactly what it's about.

Speaker 1

然后那个女人走出来,她来到我面前说,你有刀吗?

And so the woman comes out, and she comes to me, and she goes, you have knife?

Speaker 1

刀?

Knife?

Speaker 1

然后她开始比划,真的开始在空中对我比划捅刀的动作,就像在问,刀?

And she starts like air she literally starts air stabbing me like, knife?

Speaker 1

刀?

Knife?

Speaker 1

我就说,没有。

And I'm like, no.

Speaker 1

没有。

No.

Speaker 1

没有。

No.

Speaker 1

就是,没有。

Like, no.

Speaker 1

不,不,不。

No, no, no.

Speaker 1

那是个意外。

It was an accident.

Speaker 1

那是个意外。

It was an accident.

Speaker 1

然后她说,哦,误会了。

And she goes, Oh, mistake.

Speaker 1

误会。

Mistake.

Speaker 1

哦,好吧。

Oh, okay.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

然后她说,好吧。

And so then she goes, Okay.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

她人真的很好。

And she was so nice.

Speaker 1

说实话我真的很幸运。

I got so lucky, honestly.

Speaker 1

我当时有点担心,但同时又觉得,好吧。

It was I was, like, a little bit worried, but at the same time, I was like, okay.

Speaker 1

就像,我现在在日本。

Like, I'm in Japan.

Speaker 1

这里的人都非常友善。

The people are so nice.

Speaker 1

但她对着空气捅我的动作,完全是另一个层面的体验。

Like but the fact that she was air stabbing me was, like, a whole another level.

Speaker 1

我在这个后屋待了大概十五分钟,然后那些人问了我一堆问题。

And I'm in this back room for like fifteen minutes, and then the guys ask me a bunch of questions.

Speaker 1

之后他们就让我通过了。

And then they let me through.

Speaker 1

然后梅根说,哦,谢天谢地。

And then Megan was like, Oh, thank God.

Speaker 4

我以为我得走了

I thought I had to go

Speaker 1

返回那里或做些什么。

back up there or something.

Speaker 1

我不知道我们接下来要做什么。

I didn't know what we were going do.

Speaker 1

不过对,那就是我的东京之旅

But yeah, so that was my Tokyo travel

Speaker 4

的故事。

story.

Speaker 2

真的,刚才还和你在一起,然后你就消失了。

Was literally, like, with you and then you vanished.

Speaker 2

我坐在那里,心想是谁来着?

And I'm sitting there and it was who?

Speaker 2

比如我、汤米·保罗、弗朗西斯·蒂亚弗,还有奥斯汀·克日克?

Like, me, Tommy Paul, Francis Tiafoe, who's on the Austin Krzyk?

Speaker 1

奥斯汀·克日克?

Austin Krzyk?

Speaker 1

妮可·网球·梅拉卡,贝瑟尼。

Nicole Tennis Melacar, Bethany.

Speaker 1

不对。

No.

Speaker 1

网球网球没和我们一起飞。

Tennis Tennis didn't fly with us.

Speaker 1

哦,那是

Oh, that's

Speaker 2

对的。

right.

Speaker 2

是马科斯吗?

Marcos maybe?

Speaker 2

我不知道。

I don't know.

Speaker 2

但我肯定和汤米或者弗朗西斯一起在那里。

But I was definitely there with like Tommy maybe Francis.

Speaker 2

然后我就...嗯。

And I just Yeah.

Speaker 2

梅根和杰斯——梅根·罗斯和杰斯·巴塔利亚负责所有的表格,简直太疯狂了。

Megan and Jess Megan Rose and Jess Battaglia were in charge of like all of the forms and, like, it was wild.

Speaker 2

我们有太多事情要处理。

There was so much stuff we had to do.

Speaker 2

当然,她们替男生们包办了一切,因为根本不信任他们能填完这些表格。

And, of course, they did everything for the guys because they did not trust them to actually, like, complete all these forms.

Speaker 2

我记得前一天——我们去奥兰多的时候你在吗?

So I remember the day before, were you there when we had to go to Orlando?

Speaker 2

他们甚至翻查我们的手机,确保每个应用、每项检查、每份表格都齐全,还随身带着所有材料。

And they literally went through our phones and made sure we have every app, everything checked, every form, every like, and they had all this stuff that they carried.

Speaker 2

所以你的行为对他们来说简直是噩梦。

So it was it was like their worst nightmare that you did that.

Speaker 2

然后我们就站在那里。

And then we were just standing there.

Speaker 2

嗯。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我们还在问:珍妮在哪?

We're like, where is Jenny?

Speaker 2

最后我们觉得...这过程太漫长了

And then finally, we're like like, it was a long

Speaker 1

时间。

time.

Speaker 1

那是很久以前了。

It was a long time.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

那是很久以前了。

It was a long time.

Speaker 1

说真的,我做了所有我们被告知不要做的事。

Literally, I did everything that we were told not to do.

Speaker 1

我的意思是,并不是说我们被明确告知不要选择携带武器。

I mean, it's not that we were told not to select that you have a weapon.

Speaker 1

我们只是被告知要遵守规则。

We were just told, just follow the rules.

Speaker 1

只要把每件事都做对。

Just do everything right.

Speaker 1

确保你把名字写正确。

Make sure you write your name correctly.

Speaker 1

都是些简单的事。

Just simple things.

Speaker 1

还有,是的。

And Yeah.

Speaker 1

珍妮·班尼特。

Jenny Bennett.

Speaker 1

对,是的。

To yeah.

Speaker 1

我当时慌了。

I panicked.

Speaker 1

破解了你的密码

Cracked your for

Speaker 2

不过是为了你

you, though.

Speaker 2

我们当时就像心知肚明一样

We were like we know.

Speaker 2

就像,感觉我们整队人都不能丢下她不管

Like, it was like we can't the team is not leaving her.

Speaker 2

就像,我们不能离开

Like, we cannot leave.

Speaker 2

因为我觉得我们当时就在海关出口附近

Because I think we were, like, right outside customs.

Speaker 2

你知道,当你走得太远时,就真的回不来了

And, you know, when you kinda, like, walk too far, you, like, can't really get back.

Speaker 2

所以我们真的就原地等了四十五分钟,连行李转盘都没去

So we literally just sat and waited for like forty five minutes, like not even at the baggage claim.

Speaker 2

我们还困在海关区域,因为梅根说不能丢下珍妮

We were still like in customs because Meghan's like we can't be Jenny.

Speaker 1

我们不能丢下任何队友

We can't leave this no soldier left behind.

Speaker 2

No.

Speaker 2

同生共死

Ride Together, die together.

Speaker 2

那是我们的座右铭

That was our motto.

Speaker 1

当时就说,伙计们,我们没事

Was like, guys, I'm We're good.

Speaker 1

谢谢你的等待。

Thanks for waiting.

Speaker 2

我不记得有什么东西,她突然就出现了。

Don't think I had anything She just pops out.

Speaker 2

等等,

Wait,

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我们就很疑惑,什么情况?

We're like, what?

Speaker 3

其实我能让你心情变好。今年在奥克兰,办理飞往阿德莱德的登机手续时,我在自助值机亭为比约恩和我办理登机,不小心勾选了携带武器。

I can actually make you feel better This year, in Auckland, checking in for my flight to Adelaide, doing the kiosk, checking Bjorn and I in for our flight, selected that I had weapons.

Speaker 3

就一直点下一步。

Just kept clicking.

Speaker 3

耶。

Yay.

Speaker 3

比约恩就问我,你在干嘛?

And Bjorn is like, what are you doing?

Speaker 3

我们没带武器啊。

We don't have weapons.

Speaker 3

我当时就,

And I was like,

Speaker 1

我是不是说了我

did I say did I

Speaker 3

说了我们带武器?

say we have weapons?

Speaker 3

他就说,你刚才按了确认键。

And he was like, you just pushed the yes button.

Speaker 3

我当时就想,哦,这可能会是个问题。

I was like, oh, that that's probably gonna be an an issue.

Speaker 3

然后到最后,显然他们没给我们票。

And then when we got to the end, obviously, they didn't give us our tickets.

Speaker 3

我不得不...是啊。

And I had to Yeah.

Speaker 3

比如,走到柜台那里,对值机小姐说,好吧,我们没带武器,我保证。

Like, go up to the kiosk like, to the check-in lady and be like, okay, so we don't have weapons, I promise.

Speaker 3

但我们能不能别检查所有行李了?

But can we just, like, not have to go through all of our bags?

Speaker 3

然后她说,老实讲这种情况经常发生。

And she was like, honestly, it happens a lot.

Speaker 3

我当时就,

I was like,

Speaker 1

太好了。

great.

Speaker 1

好的。

Okay.

Speaker 1

谢谢。

Thanks.

Speaker 1

哦。

Oh.

Speaker 1

嗯,这让我感觉好点了。

Well, that makes me feel better.

Speaker 0

我相信是的。

I'm sure it does.

Speaker 2

人们直接刷了'不'。

People just swipe No.

Speaker 2

穿过你的一半

Through your half

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

是。

Yes.

Speaker 0

不。

No.

Speaker 0

比如,某个下午。

Like, one afternoon.

Speaker 2

嗯,特别是现在很多东西都在手机上,因为你就是,就像,我觉得在纸上很难做到,因为,就像你,就像

Well, especially especially now when everything a lot of stuff's on the phone because you just, like like, I feel like on the paper, it's hard to do because, like, you, like

Speaker 1

你当时没在读它。

You wasn't reading it.

Speaker 2

它更有实感,就像你正握着它。

It's more tangible, like you're holding it.

Speaker 2

但当你在屏幕上时,你就只是像这样。没错。

But when you're on the screen, you're just like Exactly.

Speaker 2

而你试图快速完成。

And you're trying to go really fast.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

我就像

I am like

Speaker 2

那位女士

the lady

Speaker 1

是滑动,就像,我觉得是滑动。

is Swipe, like, I think swipe.

Speaker 0

我不认为我的滑动

I don't think mine swipes are

Speaker 1

很差

bad at

Speaker 4

比如,你在用Tinder。

Like, you're on Tinder.

Speaker 1

滑滑滑滑。

Swipe swipe swipe swipe.

Speaker 1

滑滑。

Swipe swipe.

Speaker 1

珍妮说,不行。

Jenny's like, no.

Speaker 1

我用鼻子滑动。

I Swiper nose swiping.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Oh my god.

Speaker 1

用鼻子滑动。

Swiper nose swiping.

Speaker 3

我不认为我的只是

I don't think mine was just

Speaker 0

那么差。

as bad.

Speaker 0

我想想,当时我正在过TSA安检。

I think well, I was going through TSA.

Speaker 0

那是我带着行李从红土赛季回来,球拍上还沾着红土,包里也有。

This is when I was bringing my bags, and I was going from clay season, and I had clay stuck to it and in my bag.

Speaker 0

他们检查时说要取样检测,看是否需要二次筛查。

And they had checked for it, and they were like, we need to swipe to see if there's anything in here for, like, I don't know, secondary screening.

Speaker 0

结果检测显示红土成分被误判为爆炸物。

And the clay came back as explosives.

Speaker 0

我就解释说,我不可能用球拍上的红土制作爆炸物。

So I was like, this is I'm not making explosives with the clay that's in my rack racket head, like, in my head guard.

Speaker 0

我说好吧。

I was like, sure.

Speaker 0

请便。

Go ahead.

Speaker 0

但这种情况...我平时从不托运网球包。

But this is like I I was like, I never travel with my tennis bag.

Speaker 0

现在我只随身携带。

I only carry on anymore.

Speaker 0

不过只带球拍。

Just my rackets though.

Speaker 0

那次让我长了教训。

So I learned from that.

Speaker 0

但比起你们被当成携带武器的情况还算好。

But nothing to your guys' level of saying I had weapons.

Speaker 0

不过

But

Speaker 1

我会检查所有东西。

I check everything.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

我们刚讨论过这个。

We just talked about this.

Speaker 2

你现在必须检查所有东西,因为你永远不知道他们会拿走什么。

You have to check everything now because you never know what they're gonna take.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 1

他们会拿走你的绳子、球拍和跳跃维生素。

They're gonna take your your string, your rackets, your jump vitamins.

Speaker 1

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

比如,弹力带。

Like, bands.

Speaker 2

是啊。

Yeah.

Speaker 2

比如,绳子或者弹力带或者

Like, ropes or And bands or

Speaker 3

他们不想

they don't want

Speaker 1

让我做三分钟跳绳热身。

me to they don't want me to do my three minute jump rope warm up.

Speaker 4

他们不想让我

They don't want me to

Speaker 0

变得更好。

get better.

Speaker 0

我从未被偷过球线,但球拍确实被拿走过。

I've never had string taken, but I definitely had my racket.

Speaker 0

确实被拿走过

I definitely had

Speaker 1

我的球拍。

my racket.

Speaker 1

他们想阻止我。

They wanna hold me back.

Speaker 1

等等。

Wait.

Speaker 1

我有他们想让我拿到

I had They want me to get

Speaker 3

我以前用天然羊肠线,那很贵。

my I had when I used I used to use natural gut, which is it's expensive.

Speaker 3

即使有赞助,有时他们也只给固定配额。

And even when you're sponsored, like, sometimes they only give you certain allotments.

Speaker 3

那是多年前的事了,当时我每年能领100包左右。

And it was years ago, so it was when I was allowed, like, a 100 packets a year or something.

Speaker 3

所以我确保每一包都留着。

So I made sure to hang on to every single packet.

Speaker 3

我记得当时正要从澳大利亚飞回家,在澳洲转机。

And I'm going through I think I was trying to fly home from Australia, and I connected in Australia.

Speaker 3

所以我得从国内航站楼转到国际航站楼。

So I had to leave the domestic and go into international.

Speaker 3

过国际安检时,工作人员拦下我的包,开始掏我所有的羊肠线包装。

And when I was going through international security, the guy flags my bag and starts pulling out all of my gut packets.

Speaker 3

我当时就惊了。

And I was like, woah.

Speaker 3

发生什么事了?

What is happening?

Speaker 3

我需要那个。

I need that.

Speaker 3

我刚拿到。

I just got it.

Speaker 3

你在做什么?

What are you doing?

Speaker 3

他就这样,不不不。

He's like, no no no.

Speaker 3

这是个武器。

It's a weapon.

Speaker 3

你不能带上飞机。

You can't take it on the plane.

Speaker 3

我当时就,什么你在说什么?

And I was like, what what are you talking about?

Speaker 3

就像,这是绳子。

Like, it's string.

Speaker 3

我我本来可以的,然后我有点失控了,开始说,我可以用鞋带。

I I could and then I got a little unhinged, and I started being like, I could use a shoelace.

Speaker 3

我可以用来...所以我开始列举所有可能成为武器的东西。

I could use so I started, like, naming all of these things that could be weapons.

Speaker 3

我的教练就说,哇哦。

And my coach is like, woah.

Speaker 3

冷静点。

Calm down.

Speaker 3

我当时就说,不行。

And I was like, no.

Speaker 3

到处都是武器。

There there's weapons all around us.

Speaker 3

我当时就说,我需要我的绳子。

And I was like, I need my string.

Speaker 3

然后那家伙说,不行。

And then the guy's like, no.

Speaker 3

我要拿走你的绳子。

I'm I'm taking your string.

Speaker 3

然后我就彻底崩溃了。

And then I got really unhinged.

Speaker 3

我问,你是要卖它吗?

And I was like, are you selling it?

Speaker 3

比如,

Like, do

Speaker 1

你知道这有多贵吗?

you understand how expensive this is?

Speaker 1

就像TSA工作人员在卖东西,这家伙显然

Like, the TSA guy is selling This guy is like obviously, he

Speaker 3

完全不明白。

has no idea.

Speaker 3

他其实只是在做本职工作。

Like, he's literally just doing his job.

Speaker 3

我当时简直要崩溃了,因为我在想,我怎么回家啊?

And I was just absolutely melting because I was like, how am I gonna get home?

Speaker 3

我连绳子都没有了。

I'm gonna have no string.

Speaker 3

我可能得连夜快递了。

I'm gonna have to, like, overnight it.

Speaker 3

我已经拿到了大约50个分配给我的包裹。

I've already gotten, like, 50 of my allocated packs.

Speaker 3

我可能没法通过空中运输了。

I'm not gonna make it through the air.

Speaker 3

在安检处彻底崩溃了。

Just having an absolute melt at security.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

天啊。

Dang.

Speaker 2

说真的,这太疯狂了。

Actually, the way That's crazy.

Speaker 2

在路上时

On the way Did

Speaker 1

明白了吗?

get it?

Speaker 0

没有。

No.

Speaker 0

我们全拿走了

We took all

Speaker 1

全部。

of it.

Speaker 4

全都拿走了?

Took all of it?

Speaker 1

哦,它

Oh It

Speaker 3

那可是我30磅的东西。

was, like, my 30 pounds.

Speaker 1

我错过了那部分。

I missed that part.

Speaker 3

内脏直接不见了。

Gut was just gone.

Speaker 1

哇。

Wow.

Speaker 1

太疯狂了。

That's insane.

Speaker 1

而且内脏很贵的。

And gut is expensive.

Speaker 1

不。

No.

Speaker 2

大概要多少钱?

Like, how much okay.

Speaker 2

所以那值多少钱?

So how much is that?

Speaker 2

那个值多少钱?

How much is that worth?

Speaker 2

多少?

How many?

Speaker 2

30。

30.

Speaker 3

意思是,对的。

Mean, that's Yeah.

Speaker 3

要几千块。

It's thousands.

Speaker 3

那可是几千美元啊。

That was thousands of dollars.

Speaker 2

数千美元。

Thousands of dollars.

Speaker 1

是的。

Yes.
